It's already there! Try a `#include ' in 4.2BSD! Of course it
was too easy to look there, Chris Torek had to find it in a much more
sophisticated place :-) Take a tip from Dorothy: when you go searching
for happiness, look first in your own backyard. Now close your eyes,
click the left mouse button three times, and repeat: "There's no place like
/usr/include"! "Toto, I don't think we're in our home directory anymore!"
