    ....Buy a Tektronix scope, there is a number you can call for technical
help with funny trigerring , how such and such a function works, etc.  By a
DEC computer, same thing.  Buy a 15,000 car and can you or can you not speak
with someone that can explain technical things like why some hose under the
hood is going where it is going, or why such and such a part was used this
year instead of the part used last year?  Ask the dealer and he will give
you answers to your question, usually just to shut you up and make the sale
or get rid of you and the answer to your question is either 1) A LIE.  2) A
HALF TRUTH explanation that probably applies.  3) The true technical truth.
Are there factory numbers that the public can access to speak with someone
at the drafting tables at the big companies?  Obviosly, if the numbers were
too accessable they would have all kinds of kooks asking simpleminded
questions. Does anyone know?
