This is my first attempt at a message into networkland, so hello to
everyone.

I'm interested in obtaining information on the "beefed-up" version of
the Haba 10Mb hard disk for the 520ST. I want to buy an ATARI
development system, which would seem to merit the purchase of a hard
disk, but I do not want to fall into the "IBM-AT trap", where I would
not be able to leave the system on for more then eight hours at a time
and obtain a 40% disk failure in two months time.
I had called Haba at the 818-989-5822 number but the person I spoke
with was somewhat less than informative. He was not even aware that
a heavy duty development version of the 10Mb hard disk was available.
Is he right?? I live in the Cambridge, Mass. area, and I would like
to know if there is someone/place to go for information on obtaining
the drive. Thank you all....
