It seems to me that it's not a good idea to ask for people to mail a
copy of something.  If fifty people (unlikely I agree) decide to
respond, then a lot of machine time and phone cost has been wasted.
Instead, it's a good idea to look for people who have the package
desired.  Then, the needy person can request the stuff from the
closest respondent.  Just a thought.
