I posted a message a while ago about my experience with Northeastern,
which at that time was: Order placed, "7-to-10 day" delivery asserted,
three-week wait, was told "someone will get back to you" after calling,
and no one did.

I waited another week, and then my wife called, and she also was told
someone would get back to her.  No one did.

I cancelled the order.

As I noted before, all phone representative were friendly and courteous
(including the one I spoke to when I cancelled the order), but I'd rather
have service with a snarl and get the product, than service with a smile
and no product.
