    You will get HANDSHAKE FAILED messages when you uucico to  a  site  that
    still  has  a  LCK.YourSite  file in the /usr/spool/uucp directory.  The
    last connection with the remote site might  have  failed  to  clear  the
    LCK.YourSite  file  and  now when you call, the remote uucico thinks the
    connection is already active and sends back a RLCK message  or  maybe  a
    RLOGIN.  Heck,  I  have  no  idea  what  RLOGIN  means otherwise.  Which
    version of uucp sends RLOGIN messages anyway?
