Coupla years ago I went around some of the local computer stores in Red Bank, NJ, asking if any computer they had could run my home heating-cooling system and do my income tax at the same time. That sounded to me like a common mass-market need. They told me there were no home computers yet that could do multitasking (that is, the ones who knew there was such a word as "multitasking"). Now I find out the CoCo coulda done it. Y'see, Red Bank didn't have a Radio Shack then. BTW, too bad there isn't a net.micro.os9 for this discussion. M. B.
