The resulting circuit is now much more robust, it is also smaller (min 2 chips plus ram), cleaner and allows one to dial in the bank of memory in which the memory sits. For this reason I am reposting the latest version of the previous article, along with its diagrams. Note: there are 6 parts, posted in the order 1, 5, 6, 2, 3, 4, with the most interesting first.
