The 520ES is identical IN FUNCTION to the 302 with the exception of an extra
search speed activated by putting the player into pause mode.  This search
speed raises the already far too high slow search speed of about 15 sec/sec
3x to 45 sec/sec.  The 520 also has tighter spec'd and higher quality
components and a 3-year (vs. 1 year) warranty.  Audibly, I've been told 
they're statistically almost indistinguishable.

The high speed search mode is useful for discs with only one track on them,
like the Dutoit/Daphnis & Chloe.  However, I would have liked a slower slow
search speed to nail position to the second.  Right now, it takes a light
touch on the advance button to get within 2-3 seconds of a desired time hack.
