By way of insuring privacy, perhaps the ideal solution
would be to automate the whole process.
It should be fairly straightforward to have personals posted
through a program which would generate a "personal id",
and then handle routing of responses.

Of course, somebody would have to write the code in the first place,
and convince a system administrator to install it....
