Micro-diag 2 had a nasty habit of leaving the interleaving registers set
wrong, which meant you had to power down to get to half your memory.. This
especially gets you when you have 2 controllers, the second one goes away..
Gives you a great feeling when it happens (What do you mean 12000 pages
permanently allocated to VMS???)
