I would really appreciate if someone out there could help me with the following
question:

I need to write a program with text editing capability that should
support more than one font (size, and style). Based on what I know
and read in IM TextEdit routines only handle one font ( size, and style)
and if more than one is needed a new handle should be created.

My problem is how to find out the editing and scrolling activity
belongs to which handle if there must be more than one handle for
each part of the text, and how to manage them efficiently.

An example of how to do it would be the best that I can expect, but any
guidelines and hints are welcomed. I would compile the results and post it
if there would be enough interest.

Thanks a lot.
