Is there some good way to coerce people into using relatively current netnews
versions?  An automatic flame generator, perhaps, that would send mail to the
administrator of a machine running news versions <2.10.2 - obviously it would
have to leave alone people running notesfiles and other systems, but there's
people out there running *ANCIENT* stuff!.
