  Speaking of strange happenings, I was sitting around one
evening watching "Live & Let Die" on TV about 6 years ago in
Balto. MD, when a "Special Bulletin" announced:

     "State tracks radioactive cloud.  Details at 11:00".

and went back to the film.  Sounds almost like the classic
line "USSR launches pre-emptive nuclear strike.  Film at 11:00".
Anyhow, it turned out that some satellite had released a cloud
of sodium to study the solar wind, and that some local
researchers were tracking it.
