   Yes, the Torah is on computer. At the University of Md some of us
have been doing some statistical analysis on the tanach (zero and
first order statistics) to try and compute the likelihood of various
gematrias.In order to facilitate such study, we got a hold of a copy of
the tanach in Hebrew. It has some errors in it; also, there are extra
letters inserted in the text to represent the vowels. It is done in
Hebrew, although it has to be converted from an alphanumeric represen-
tation (for example, aleph is represented by an A bet by a B ,etc.).
