This is a question about the way a shift-key mod would be done on
a Apple ][+ purchased in August 1981. This enables use of the shift key
with software/hardware that handles upper and lower case ASCII characters.
I have an 80-column board in Slot 3. I have heard about very simple
ways to enable the shift key, but need a specfic recipe for one. Do all
of these involve attaching a jumper between a pin on the keyboard
controller and the game i/o controller? My game port currently has a
joystick attached.
Thanks, in advance, for any help.
