Unfortunately, the CFL is virtually ignored in the USA.  It is really too
bad because they play some exciting football up north.  I don't believe
ESPN has any plans to carry CFL regular season games this year.  They
might broadcast the Grey Cup and if we're really lucky, the playoffs.

I believe Toronto and British Columbia were the favorites to make this year's
Grey Cup.  British Columbia has kept up their end of the deal, they are in
first place in the West.  Something has happened to Toronto, however--I don't
know what.  They are well below .500.  The Concordes are leading in the east.

From memory the current standings are something like this:

West                           East
British Columbia               Montreal
Winnipeg                       Hamilton
Edmonton                       Toronto
Saskatchewan                   Ottawa
Calgary

That's pretty close to the way it is.  I think Montreal is the only team
above .500 in the East.  Saskatchewan seems to be improved (based on an
improved record).
