I have a question about how to link a program which uses the following:
tty window support, echo(), initio(), exit(), and printf().
I was just linking to Stdlib, StdfileIO, and StdIOprim until I added
the calls to echo() etc. The original manual + new sheets which came
with 2.0 upgrade lead me to believe this entire list is required:

FStdlib
Floatlib
Floatconv
MacCStrings
MacCStringUtil
MacCFileIO
MacCTTY
MacCUtil
MACCMEM
MacCSioLib
MacCIO
MacCIOSupp
MacCIOPrim

Apparently option +Z will allow you to substitute Stdlib for FStdlib and
not use the two other float libraries.

Now my question: On linking this way I now get an undefined external
MAIN! Is there something silly I'm not seeing here?
