To those who complain of dough creeping over the top of your KitchenAid
dough hook:  If your machine is more than a few years old, you might
want to buy a new hook.  The latest model has a collar about four inches
in diameter.  I replaced my smaller-collared hook a couple of years ago
at a cost of about seven dollars, and have had no more dough-climbing
problems.
