It's truly amazing what some people will do for an adrenalin rush. I don't
suppose you've ever considered just how sick, disgusting, perverted, violent,
and horrid these films actually are?  If people didn't patronize these films,
they would eventually go away--something I would love to see.  Isn't there
enough horror in the real world?  If you really need adrenalin that badly,
why not consider taking up skydiving or bungy-cord bridge jumping?
