The ONLY common media is RS232. What I was hoping to do was to do a BACKUP/SAVE to make a single file and then use some hexify program to make that file printable. The resulting file would get KERMITed accross and then dehexified. I have tried to use the VMS Kermit VMSHEX and VMSDEH programs, but they don't work on large files very well. Has anyone fixed them or have a method that works? Thanks, Jim ARPA: Jiml@Score UUCP: ...!ucbvax!Jiml@Score -------
