Finally:

	>>>	The USENET top 78 album list <<<

First, the apologies/explanations:
Sorry that this took so long to get posted, but I did say that I would
post the results in the middle of September. I was delayed because the
system was down for a week and a half and I also had other work to do.
Only some of the following errors are mine. Hopefully there aren't many.
If someone didn't know the name of an album, and I didn't know it either,
then I left their comment. I think that I didn't lose anyone's list, but
  if I did, I'm sorry.

Second, the rating system:
I felt that an album that more than one person included in his/her top
ten list deserved more points than one that only one person included. So,
for albums that were in an order, I gave 20 points for 1st, 19 for 2nd,
and so on. Albums that received equal ratings split their points (so
for the people that refused to order their lists, everything received
  15.5 points).

Third, some explanations of what's being posted:
This posting only includes the albums that more than one person voted
for. I wasn't planning to post the albums that only got one vote, but
then I realized that people did spend effort compiling their lists, and
would like everyone to see the neat albums they included, so I will
post a separate list of albums that only received one vote. I may also
compile some sort of list of artists (probably one that doesnt' give
multiple points for someone who includes the same artist multiple times).
Finally, I'm still working on the collection of longer reviews, and will
mail it to the people who requested it when I'm finished. I will continue
to mail it to people who request it until I'm crazy or sick or bored.

The following list is in the form:
ranking) artist - album title - number of points
