Has anyone ported the SUN RPC to the Symbolics LISP machine? In
particular, has anyone made it possible for C programs on a SUN (or
any other type of machine running the SUN RPC) to make remote calls on
a server running on a Symbolics machine? NOTE: I'm not talking about
NFS or anything like that, just the underlying RPC (which I might add
is a pretty nice package for SUN to have posted to net.sources, bravo,
SUN!).

I would appreciate any word on this, particularly cheap, readily
redistributable versions.

thanks,
dave mankins
