Personally, I think the postings by Black are of great service to
us all. By presenting his arguments to us in detail, he is giving
us good information and excellent practice at responding to his
ideas. This can come in very handy when someone like him tries to
have your school change its policies, or tries to take control of
your local government. The best way to fight bigots and fanatics is
to completely understand what they are saying, what their sources
are, and what their motivations are. Then we can respond by
effectively pointing out fallacies, marshaling our own sources,
and discrediting theirs. Don't forget - ignorance is the ally of
such people. Since the net isn't the real world (what is said here
doesn't really affect anyone, does it?) he is providing us with
an excellent opportunity to practice how to expose his ideas for
what they are. So let's encourage him to post! If someone doesn't
really want to read his postings, just skip them. The rest of us
may gain from the chance to pick apart his ideas.
