Woooooooo! Woooooooooooo!!!! (sorry, still yelling after the
awesome Cardinal/Expo game today...)

Anyway,

(1)	the Cardinal fans *cheered* the Canadian national anthem today
before the game (you decide what that means to you. I've already
	decided),

(2)	the Expos' Hubie Brooks let go of (i.e. threw) the bat so many
times in today's game that a message was displayed on the
scoreboard stating that fans could *not* keep a baseball bat if
one was thrown into the stands... (when I heard this I was almost
on the ground laughing.... I wasn't laughing at Brooks, but the
	message sounded hilarious.)

(3)	the Cardinals came from behind in all 3 games of the Expos series...

(4)	yet another of my "east coast teams get the most publicity" things
happened today when one of the networks had their sports on (might
have happened immediately following one of the football games) and
'mentioned' the Cards win over the Expos. They even mentioned the
home run that Tom Herr hit to win the game. But did they show it?
Noooo! I'll bet they would have shown Keith Hernandez if he had hit
a game winning home run... Sigh.

(5)	come on I-70 world series! come on K.C., get out of your slump...
	(did they win today?)

My congratulations to Dr. Gooden for his home run yesterday (did someone
say it was his first?). Must have been an awesome game if you were a Met
fan. Sounds like they trounced the Pirates.

Oh well. Enough biased stuff. :-)
