Uh... gee, last I checked, "distributed != central"... the so_called
"central authority" involved in domains is local (and relative) to
any given sub-domain. Thus there are many of these "central" authorities,
dare I say they are "distributed" throughout the domain tree...

Why is it everytime you make some claim of "impossibility" you
footnote it with "luckily we don't have to worry about it... " ??
