*NBI is currently looking into the possibility of remote software
and hardware service. We currently use remote diagnostics for
hardware problems but would like to expand the capabilities of providing
remote service into software problem solving. Does anyone know of
any companies that are currently using this method of support for
their software? I'd like to see in advance what the problems are
and what the long range benefits are. If anyone has any experience
in this area, I'd really like to hear from you.
Thanks,
Cathy Curley
