Rusty,
	Try talking to one of TI's Regional Tech. Centers.  They
should have some stuff for TMS320 development though I don't believe
it will run under UNIX (not the last time I saw it) and it won't be
free.  What they did have(at least in Dallas) was some nice
assembler/debugger/whatnot that ran on either the IBM-PC or the TIPC
and ran rather fast.  Unfortunately there's only about a half dozen
of these centers in the US and the closest to you, guessing from
your UUCP address, may be in San Francisco(?).
