As of last October, the CMU Spice Lisp implementation ran to 39706 lines 
(of Lisp, comment, and whitespace) for the interpreter and 12315 lines for 
the compiler.  There's also assorted microcode.

At least the following companies have Common Lisp for their machines:
DEC, HP, Tektronix, Xerox, Sun, Apollo, Symbolics, LMI, Data General, 
and Gould.  Note that, in many cases, "have" does not mean "sell" (yet).
Guy Steele recently collected a list of implementations of CL to take with
him on a trip to Japan.  If he posts the note to the Arpanet, I'll copy it
here.
