I'm looking for a debugger for Lattice C that has the following qualities:

1) runs on a generic MS-DOS machine. (non-IBM compatible)

2) allows you to look at and change local and global variables symbolically.

3) allows redirection of input and output to a separate terminal so that
   the screen isn't ruined.

4) allows single step and goto procedure name.
