The Sep 2, 1985 issue of "Electronics" has a 4-page article on the computer
industry in India.  Primarily a review of the recent changes in government
policy, along with names of companies in Europe and the US that may or may
not be entering into joint ventures in India.  Not very substantive, but
that is probably indicative of the state of the industry at present.
