I just saw an AP wire story confirming that Hughes considers Leasat 4 (the
new one just launched, not Leasat 3, the one repaired on the same mission)
to be a total loss. Since it has already reached geostationary orbit, there
is no chance that it could be repaired.  The fact that it was launched on
the Shuttle doesn't help.
