I have heard from several people here at NASA that its pure junk, that
it doesnt do what its designed to do, and that they make lots of
promises they cant keep.  All parties concerned are in the process
of trying to get their money back.  The product involved here was the
VAX/VMS stuff, and XENIX for the 68000 boxes...
