A couple of messages have speculated about whether Sabaki Go, Inc.
still exists. It does: they filled my order with admirable promptness.
I sent my order on 9 September, the package (volumes 2 and 3 of Ishida's
Joseki Dictionary) was postmarked on 14 Sep, and I received it on 23 Sep
(book rate through U.S. Snail).

They also sent an in-house newsletter, "The GO Gazette", dated Sep 1985.
It has a few blurbs on the front, including an announcement that the
First U.S. GO Congress was a success, with 130 participants. (Was that
sponsored by the American Go Association?) They also apparently sell
Nemesis (the program by Bruce Wilcox) for $75.00 on the IBM PC. Its strength
is 20 kyu, and they expect to get a stronger version soon. The newsletter
includes a reprint (with permission) of an article on go from Games
Magazine, July 1985.

Sabaki Go Company, P.O. Box 23, Carlisle PA 17013

A friend of mine called Games of Berkeley (number given in net.games.go
a few days ago), and they filled his order and sent the books immediately.
So they're O.K. also (even though they don't seem to be answering their
800 number).
