Sorry, it wasn't me. My early UNIX mistakes were far dumber
and more embarrassing than that. If you are ever on the West Coast
and buy me I few beers, maybe I'll tell them to you. Until then,
my lips are sealed.

Then there was the case of the slightly more experienced UNIX programmer
who managed to format the root disk of a running system. No, that
wasn't me either.
