	Has anyone noticed a problem with the set process/priv command
when used from a subprocess??? It the parent process does not have the
authorized priv's turned on there seems to be no way of turning them on
for the subprocess.

Example:
		$ set process/priv=(noall)
		$ spawn
		Now at the subprocess
		$ set process/priv=all
		Error message...

	Note: The process has the authorize priv of setprv but it is not
		the default priv...

This problem seems to have appeared first on VMS V4.0 ( when authorize utility
was expanded to include default privs and authorized privs ).
