We have a user doing galaxy simulations who is looking for a good
matrix transpose algorithm to run on a Cray. The current matrix
is limited by memory to 64 x 64 x 64 and he wants to scale up to
256 x 256 x 256. We have one algorithm, but it's still rather
expensive.
