There are many people teaching childbirth classes these days that are
not associated with a hospital or doctor.  These 'independant' childbirth
educators usually do not require a woman be pregnant to take the class.
They often are willing to be labor coaches, too.  They usually teach their
classes in homes or in rented space in churches, etc.
