I've often wondered why so many women have this fascination with the
equine(?) species. The answer is probably Freudian. A man may say
"no!" but the horse won't (with the possible exception of Mr. Ed).
Generalizations be that as they may, are a neccesary means of simplifying
the complexities of our day to day existence.

Whoever suggested doing something "you don't like" ? My suggestion in
a previous posting was to try something new!

>If you don't like horses FOR THEMSELVES and the girl/woman you want to get

How do you know what "YOU like" unless you've tried it? The point I was
trying to make, is that there are merits in trying new things whether or
not the motive involves women. The opposite sex is not the entire
spectrum of life, it is a part of it! By the way, many succesful
relationships are complementary in nature (where the partners share
their differences much to the enjoyment of all).

Which "discussion doesn't belong in net.singles any more"? If you're
referring to horses I wholeheartedly agree. The topics of dating
services and meeting women certainly do belong in net.singles!
