	Thanks to Frank Owen (..!inhp4!ttrdc!fjo) we have discovered a major
bug in the ciruitry used in the original article, this problem was 
masked in my implementation, probably by the long cabling I use. The resulting
circuit is now much more robust, it is also smaller (min 2 chips plus ram),
cleaner and allows one to dial in the bank of memory in which the memory sits.
For this reason I am reposting the latest version of the previous article,
along with its diagrams.
