I have been stung! I placed an order with;

	'Lolir Lectronics, Inc'
	13933 N. Central Expressway
	Suite 212
	Dallas, Tx. 75243	(214)234-8032

I ordered several products from this company. They had placed a full
page ad in _The_Computer_Shopper_ July '85 issue. (page 209). I never
received the items that I had ordered. I placed a series of calls to
the company and never received a response or a return call. My VISA
Statement now reflects a billing from this company for $117.45, it was
billed on the date of the order (July 16, 1985). After receiving the
statement, I called 'Lolir,' they don't answer the telephone anymore.
I guess that I am out of luck. I have called VISA, they sent me a form
to register a complaint. They said that they will investigate the
claim, and that I most likely will not have to pay this amount.

I am looking for anyone else that may have had problems with this
company. I intend to pursue this to the end of all legal means. If
you or anyone that you know has had any dealings with this company,
please send me the details of the transaction and its current status.
If there is sufficient cause, I will post the results to the net.

I am really disgusted with companies that treat customers this way. I
have dealt with several other companies that also advertised in the
magazine, and have had good results. I only want to stop those
companies that rip-off people.
