Yes, it's true!  My uucp, on large files, will actually dump it's
environment variables into the middle of the file it is receiving.
It doesn't seem to break on anything less than about 150K (i.e.
news works just fine).

My system is a pdp 11/73 running 2.9 unix with 4.2 uucp.

Does anybody have any suggestions?
