My favorite line from Star Trek was uttered by Spock in
the episode "Metamorphosis". It happens after Zefrem
Cochraine and our heros discover that the Companion is
a female and is in love with Cochraine. Cochraine then
storms about in disgust and McCoy states that there is
nothing disgusting about the situation it (Companion) is
just another life form. Cochraine is still p.o.ed and he
walks out of the room. Spock looking towards the doorway
	through which Cochraine left says:

	"Fascinating, a totally parochial attitude."
