A good point. It shouldn't apply to us, since we're planning to buy
a Volvo there and drive it around, but it's worth warning other parents
about. When we were there last year, I had to reject several rental
cars to get one with rear seat belts. We ended up with a VW - I forget
the German model designation, but it was the equivalent of what's sold
here as the "Quantum". It was also outrageously expensive, and also
from Avis.
