Rather, it is probably getting a limited REdistribution.

Unless the movie was reshot, or unless this is a sequel or something, I
would be VERY surprised if this is not the same movie released some 6 years
ago as "Twinkle, Twinkle, 'Killer' Kane."  I saw it at that time and
really liked it.  It's a very well-crafted thriller, and Stacy Keach gives
an eerily wonderful performance.  I remember that it wasn't a resounding
success then.

Anybody remember this movie as "... 'Killer' Kane?"  Any idea why the
retitling and rerelease now?  (I know, the original title it pretty awful).
