I have the Umodem program (written by Lauren Weinstein and others), which works fine on the REMOTE end of a virtual terminal connection, but what I want is somthing on the LOCAL end that will establish the connection, and then talk Xmodem. I am in the process of hacking the appropriate Umodem code into the UNIX "tip" command, but it is a messy job. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks! -Dan Chernikoff -- ===== Dan Chernikoff, CADLINC Inc, Menlo Park, CA UUCP:{amd, decwrl, hplabs, nsc, seismo, spar}!turtlevax!danc ARPA:dan@sri-tsc
