	I'm booting vanilla BSD4.2 on a vanilla VAX-11/730 with an R80 drive,
and I have run into problems configuring the kernel to recognize the DMF-32
that's on it. 4.2 finds the controller on the unibus, and I've hacked up
/etc/ttys to include ttyh[0-7], and 'MAKEDEV dmf0', and edited /etc/ttytype
to include the terminals. when a terminal is included and a 'kill -1 1'
executed to rebuild the getty's has been executed, no header comes up... And
when a terminal has been disabled from /etc/ttys, and kill -1 1 executed, any
redirection to/from the terminal results in the program hanging, and the
error "/dev/ttyh?: Cannot create" appears on interupt(even when the super
user is the UID)...

Anybody have any ideas on how to get my dmf-32's running???
