I've used Lattice C 2.15, Microsoft 3.0, and Wizard C 2.1b.  I like Wizard the
best -- best code, most Unix-like, and best support from the vendor (Mr.
Wizard, I presume.)

It does not have mixed-model hackery like the Microsoft compiler does,
but does support huge model.  If you subscribe to the update service for
$100/year, you get an updated compiler every month or so, and he really
does fix bugs promptly.  Wizard also has an option to produce code which
you can link with Lattice objects which is handy if you have things like
Halo or the IBM graphics development toolkit.
