Center; LA CA Lines: 12 I am currently working on a program which attempts to predict the structure of a protein molecule from its primary sequence and enviornment. The predicted structure is to appear on the screen in the form of either a space filling or ball/stick model. I wanted to know if anyone has ever heard of such a program to be already in existence and if so wrote it and where is it in use.. Thanks in advance, Dowdy Jackson UCLA Neurology/Neuropharmacology UCLA School of Medicine
