Hullo! Last night my wife and I bought the new Dan Fogelberg
album "High Country Snows". I had heard a couple of the songs
off the album on the radio and really enjoyed the sound. I also
recalled a posting on the net. that had mentioned the fact that
it had a bluegrass sound to it. I really like this album. Dan
isn't the sole performer on this album like he has been on
some of his earlier releases and I feel that is a plus with
this album. When you get the likes of Doc Watson, Chris Hillman,
Dave Grisman(sp?), and Ricky Scaggs together your talking a lot
of talent. (my opinion of course) No he is not breaking "new ground"
musically, however, being his first attempt at a bluegrass sound
it is an album with a lot of feeling and one I think you would
enjoy listening to. (if of course you like banjo, fiddle, guitar and
harmony ect.)
Any other opinions out there? Need I ask?:-)

so long,
Dave Schumacher
