Ronald,

LAT-11 and DECnet coexist just fine on the same DEUNA.
We run both with multiple LATs and multiple systems.
The only catch is that you have to start DECnet before you start LAT.
DECnet doesn't know how to ask the DEUNA for any other than the first
channel.

(Wollongong TCP/IP can coexist too, I understand.)
