More places to dance (to hard rock/new wave, of course):

LONDON

	The Hippodrome (at Covent Garden)
A very impressive operation, run with a sense of style. Good
groups. 8 pounds admission, can be difficult to get into, but
worth it. Gets going around 2230; it's worth being there then to
see how they start the evening.

The Camden Palace (on Camden High Street)
Huge, wild, punkish place, especially on Thursdays. But the
brass is polished daily; there'll always be an England.
	Live music some nights.

SAN FRANCISCO

Club Nine (9th Street, south of Market)
Another Mark Rennie operation, like the Billboard Cafe. New,
not finished yet. Needs better ventilation. Semi-punk crowd,
can be difficult to get into. Going for an after-hours license
(to 0400). Upstairs art gallery. Crummy food. Recorded music.

	Oasis (update)
	Now totally yuppie.

	I-Beam (update)
Packed on weekends with everybody who used to go to the Oasis.
