Is there any accepted syntax for mailing to an ARPA or CSNet site? Which
Usenet sites act as gateways? I realize that this is a common question,
but repeated attempts to reach CSnet sites have ended in returned
messages, and I am trying to get syntax and routing straightened out
to avoid problems.

Also, a set of ARPA hosts was posted sometime ago, in a form usable
by pathalias. Could someone direct me to a copy, or if it is small
enough, mail it along? Thanks to all.
