It's not too surprising that the west coast gets skimped on as far as
aircraft goes.  We bought 18 Auroras, after the CAF had firmly stated that
22 was the absolute bare minimum needed to meet our obligations.  We're
buying 120-odd CF-18s, as compared to a bare-minimum-requirement of 150
quoted a few years ago.
