Excuse me for straying from net.nlang, but there is no such thing as:
"a women"... unless you can only ever (fail to) relate to the females of
the species as singular examples of a stereotype, rather than as whole
autonomous individuals.

Women:		more than one individual of the female persuasion.
A Woman:	exactly   one individual of the female persuasion.
A Women:	A grammatical/syntactical or macho/pschological ERROR.

		Can you say: "America's Schools are Failing"? boys and girls?
