Hit your "n" key now. The Turtles are slowly replying to me in the proper manner. Those of you who replied with abbreviations (ybysaia) and asterisks( A**) owe me a St. Pauli Girl at the Short North Tavern in Columbus, Ohio. At last count, there are 20 real Turtles (that are on the net AND read net.bizarre). There are a couple of "mock" turtles (don't know the proper response, or have it wrong). By the way, if anyone would like to become a Turtle (and deem themselves worthy), I still remember the initiation ceremony. To the person who thinks I owe him a drink because he got the response right: you must be a mock turtle! We didn't do it that way back in Virginia in 1958. I'm always amazed at how wide-spread this thing is, and how long it's been around. And, yes, I'm told it's VERY sweet! -- Carl Yaffey at AT&T Bell Laboratories Columbus, Ohio 614-860-3399 cbosgd!cbdkc1!cly
