i talked to Sue, and ve some more information about the software 
avaliable from Wisconsin:

	1) The 'gateway' software is not generally avaliable, as it is
	very specific to the local situation.

	2) WISCNET is a complete tcp implimentation, and is avaliable.
	WISCVM, our ibm machine, is on both our local ethernet and pronet.

	3) The contact person, as previously mentioned, is Sue Klein-Lebeck,
		sue@wisc-rsch.arpa or ...uwvax!sue
