This sounds so familiar. I could have written it myself. I wish I had. This (to the letter) is exactly what I have happening on neuro1. I try to maintain a UUCP database for uucp routing. neuro1 can effectively forward mail to ARPANET (although it cannot cope with .EDU, .COM, etc. yet), to MAILNET, to CSNET and to BITNET.
