It has been a long time - but at some point, for some reason,
I thought, at the time, it was Schubert - but I seem to have
been wrong.  Maybe it was some piece of Schubert that was ruined 
by something else.

To add a new bit of trivia (this is correct - I hope):  where does
the second part of the dragnet theme come from; not the "duum de dumdum"
but the "dum dum dum dum dumde dum"?
