Now, if I am stopped I won't get a ticket for drunken driving because I am not legally drunk by quite a bit; but I will get a ticket for having an open container in the car... /* End of text from convexs:net.legal */ Well, now, that depends--you see, it's like this: all the reports I have read concerning "breathalizer" (sp?) tests show that if you've had even ONE beer within 30 minutes of the test, you will show in excess of .10 -- which is drunk in most states. This is the reason many of the states that once used the "breathalizer" have stopped (they kept losing in court)... blues, II world's leading exopsychologist (If Carl can do it, I can do it)
