Interested in corresponding about go with players in Japan and around the
world, many of whom don't speak English? The Esperantista Go-Ligo
Internacia is organized to help you do exactly that, using the international
language Esperanto. For more information, write: EGLI, 2-26-2 Kozima,
Tyohu, Tokyo, 182 Japan. Dues are $2(US) per year.

Learning enough Esperanto for simple correspondence about go should be a
matter of a few weeks of occasional spare-time study. The simplest way to
get started with Esperanto is by the free correspondence course offered by
the Esperanto Information Center. For the first lesson, send an SASE to:
Verda Stelo, 410 Darrell Road, Hillsborough, CA 94010, USA; or reply to me
by e-mail for an ascii version.

[An announcement along these lines may have appeared here some months back;
 if so, sorry for the repetition.]
