Message-ID: <939@brl-tgr.ARPA> Date: Fri, 23-Aug-85 20:23:43 EDT Article-I.D.: brl-tgr.939 Posted: Fri Aug 23 20:23:43 1985 Date-Received: Mon, 26-Aug-85 00:57:10 EDT Sender: news@brl-tgr.ARPA Lines: 16 We're looking for a way to connect IBM systems using the PROFS mail system to the DDN. This presumably would involve producing RFC822 headers and running a SMTP server/client process. Does a product exist that accomplishes either or both of these? This assumes that the IBM system either has a TCP/IP implementation or talks to a gateway that provides TCP/IP service for it. Any information, anecdotes, vendor names, or suggestions gratefully appreciated. Thanks in advance. ----- Michael C. Berch Control Data Corp. / Lawrence Livermore Natl.
