I need a board to plug into an IBM PC to collect some Analog data.
I would like to monitor 5 channels. I want the data for these 5 channels
at the same time. ie, I want to freeze all five chanels then store each
away, then get another five (simultaneously as opposed to sequentially)

Now I have little to no experience with this sort of thing, but it shouldn't
be too hard.

Can anyone recommend a board that does this type of thing.
