Ann,
		There are a couple of things you can try.
		1) Attempt to talk to her and tell her
		   she is very noisy.
		2) Talk to the landlords of the apt. complex
		   and see if they can resolve the problem.
		3) Have sex yourself and be noisy so she
		   can hear and maybe she will quiet it 
		   down the next time.

		   There isn't much more you can do....
