I've just posted yet another shell script to transfer files using
macput.  One thing it does which macsend does not is to convert
BinHex'd files automatically (using xbin) before sending.  Other
files are assumed to be text files and are sent via macput -u.

In addition, if no files are specified on the command line, it will take
input from stdin.  This allows file transfer directly from your
favorite news reader, via "| xmac" (in rn) and "s |xmac" (in
vnews/readnews).  This feature provides a quasi- MacBinary/FreeTerm
feel to downloading from net.sources.mac.
