By saying 'America's appetite for drugs' you seem to implicate the American government. It is the criminal element that imports drugs. And in no way do they represent the government or the U.S. population. Let us also not forget that some Latin/South American governments are heavily involved in the growing and production of illegal crops and drugs. Are you suggesting for a moment that because some acid head wants/needs drugs that I am somehow responsible for the improper use of land in some other country, especially if that countrie's government looks the other way?
