My question to these people is: how? What does one do when hearing it sound off (presuming that the speed is already <= the max)? Brake and go ultra-slow to make it obvious that one is not speeding? Sounds dangerous to do--you may catch your neighbor to the rear by surprise and get your tail bashed in. Please explain what these defensive maneuvers are supposed to be.
