I am currently thinking of re-working my Hafler 200 and/or Hafler DH-101,
and have seen some articles on doing so. If I recall, they mostly deal
with replacing the transformer in the 200 with a beefier one, re-wiring
the output by running something like monster cable from the output caps
to the speaker terminals, replacing all connects with gold plated
contacts, replacing all resistors with high tolerence resistors, replacing
all caps, etc., etc.
Does anyone have any experience doing mods on either piece of equipment,
and if so, what kind of "bang for the bucks"? What mods are most likely
to result in the biggest performance improvements?
   Thanks in advance...
