	Instead of adding sugar to applesauce, I add
	all or part, of a thawed can, of frozen apple
	juice concentrate.  The apple juice is better
	because you use "natural" sugar.  Using juice
	in this manner is recommended by many diabetic
	cookbooks.  I also use apple juice when I make
	apple pies, and it seems to give the pie a more
	natural taste.
