Well good for you.  On numerous occasions I have been tailgated while
doing 55 in the right lane by cars twice my size.  If a deer were to
run in front of me, I would be dead.

No, sometimes you can tell there's a cop there when he walks out onto
the road and forces a car off onto the shoulder.  I've seen that several
times too.  Ever been to Austerlitz, New York?  Ever driven in Rhode Island?
Ever heard of Willard, New Mexico?
