R+D, Santa Monica Lines: 8 I went to a supermarket in LA last night, and I saw a sign saying "Classic Coke." Now, the New Coke was selling for $1.79 for a six pack of 12 oz. cans, and what they were calling "Classic Coke", which looked to me like old Coke that they were storing, was selling for $2.79 for a six pack of 8 oz. cans!! I assume the store was storing the cans of old Coke- has this happened anywhere else? How much are they charging for the new old stuff?
