Has anyone out there had problems with programming the 3-COm Ethernet
card to listen for Multicast and/or promiscuous traffic on an IBM PC/AT?
It appears that I can program the card and it will receive serveral
packets before it decides to not detect packets of interest. Even
issuing a reset command to the card does not always clear up the problem.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions? Thank you.
