        I think you are right the imbalance in San Diego is mostly  in
        the  25-34  age  group,  the others are closer to the national
        average.  I think it is largely because of the large  military
        population  in  San  Diego.  Norfolk and Honolulu show similar
        ratios in the 25-34 age group.
