The first place I would look for used test equipment is:

Tucker Electronics Co.
Box 461966 1717 Reserve Street
Garland, TX 75046 Garland, TX 75042 (street address)

800-527-4642 or 214-348-8800
Telex 79-1726 Easy/Link 62812862 (What is that?)

They put out a big yearly catalog and a number of smaller supplements,
which are handy as reference works in themselves. Give them a call and
get on their mailing list. They also advertise that they have a "vast
inventory" of reasonably-priced operating and service manuals for test
equipment.

There is another place called "Lectronic Research Labs" -- I think it is
in Philadelphia, but that is a wild-eyed guess. I don't have any of
their catalogs here at work; they come out with a monthly (or so) flyer.
I don't recall getting any recently, though, which might mean just that
I was dropped from the list, or that they aren't there any more. Anyone
else on the list know details about them?

Another source are the big equipment rental houses -- they all sell used
gear, and often print up special sale catalogs.
