All North American AM and FM band broadcast stations (as well as
TV) are listed in the excellent "North American Radio and TV
Station Guide" by Vane Jones, available most anywhere that
carries Sams books.  Or you can buy it directly from Vane Jones
in Indiana.  If you want his address, I will put it on the net.
The book lists lots of useful information for the BC DXer
(day/night power, networks/formats, impending frequency changes,
etc) without being cumbersome or expensive.
