Now I know I'm not alone,
For these two postings have made it known
I'm not the only one around
To post a message never found

Several times I'd post a letter,
But no one else would ever get 'er
I'm not quite sure where they went,
But I don't believe that they were sent

For a reply, I'd wait and wait
And then I'd start to contemplate
The reasons why all of my letters
Never made it to any netters

So here it goes: one last try
I hope I get just one reply
If I don't, I'll know what went on
I'll know where all my letters have gone

Down, down, down: into the dark abyss
And with my luck, so will this.
