The question was about network games not being shown live on the left coast.
Whenever a game is on ABC, on Monday Night, here on the right coast it 
starts at 8:15, which would be 5:15 on the left.  Presumably the networks
like to show them in prime time, rather than at 5:15, so yes, I think it's
safe to say that you on the left see them on tape.
