I recently heard about an unusual breed of cat: the Tibetan Temple/Guard Cat.
They are apparently VERY large cats, like 40 pounds, and are trained to guard
religious objects in Tibetan Buddhist temples. They are supposedly akin
to siamese cats.

Another person who recently was on a Mt. Everest assault said he had heard of
and seen them. He said that they were huge and could be vicious, like kill.

I'm looking for information and most specifically pictures of these cats.
Somehow they have struck my fancy (not to have one, mind you; I value all
my body parts!). Any exotic cat fanciers or world trekkers out there?
