It is interesting to note that this > is not true for Monday night football. Unfortunately, KATU TV, (the local (Portland) ABC affiliate) in its infinite wisdom, does indeed tape-delay Monday night football by an hour, so that it airs at 7pm rather than 6pm. Most football fans I've talked to don't like it, but KATU seems not to care. I believe that KOMO in Seattle also does this. Can anyone in Seattle confirm this? Do they do it even when the Seahawks are playing on MNF? Other than watching a game that the rest of the country already knows the result of, my options seen to be: - don't watch - listen to the game on the radio - tape the game, and watch it at my own convenience - get a strong enough TV antenna to pick up the Eugene ABC affiliate ~100 miles to the south Steve Vegdahl Computer Research Lab.
