Let's take a look at the situation the way it might be if the shoe were on OUR foot. The following is from the publications of Nord Davis Jr., PO Box 129, Topton NC 28781. Route all Flames to Mr. Davis; I'm sure he'll tell you what to do with them. "'...And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; Twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.' (Genesis 17:20) "So, my Christian friends, for all the centuries since Ishmael, there have always been Twelve Princes of the Arabs. In 1948, one of these Princes, the one for Palestine, was banished from his land, and the land renamed Israel. Over the land was flown the Flag and Symbol of Arab witchcraft, the sign of the ancient god of Moloch. Now, instead of relative harmony in the Middle East, the absence of one Prince has thrown the whole area out of balance. Furthermore, the Arabs being sons of Shem too, know far better than the rest of Christendom, that those who call themselves Jews are not the sons of Shem at all, but the sons of Ashchenaz, who was a son of Gomar, who was a son of Japeth! (See I Chronicles 1:6) Therefore, they have no rights whatever to the ancient land of Israel. Now, just suppose you were living in Minnesota and saw your kindred in Iowa being driven out into an uninhabitable desert, and then you saw the flag of a Heathen People flying over Iowa, what would you do? And then suppose that they sent warriors into Minnesota to steal that good rich farmland in and around Fairmont; robbed and plundered the farmers; took the crops and equipment; and captured your sons and carried them off into Iowa. Would you just sit there and take it? To make the matters worse, suppose that Washington gave these Heathen every sort of military equipment to make it difficult to go in and get your sons back. Now what would you do? "My guess, you would just sit there in frustration, pray about it, and then adorn your mailbox with a pretty Yellow Ribbon! Jerry Falwell and your local pastor would insist that they are God's Chosen, just because they were clever enough to adopt one of the Bible names and speak in a foreign tongue. "No, if it were happening in Iowa, you would see right through this nonsense; gather some of the men together into a 'terrorist strike force,' and county by county retake Iowa. As for the Heathen and their Flag of Abomination? In the Name of Christ, dispatch the heathen to their Final Reward and burn the flag." As I said, this is not originally my material, nor is it copyrighted. Have fun discussing it. I'm on vacation for a while. --Don Black ******************************************************************************** And then there's this little jewel: ******************************************************************************** All you big-hearted "We-Are-The-World-We-Are-The-Children" people really have been generous to Ethiopia. Even more generous than you may realize. Here's a little gem from the Spotlight of August 26, 1985, entitled "Big Business": "The Marxist regime in famine-stricken Ethiopia will make an estimated $20 million in hard currency this year through the collection of tariffs imposed upon grain being exported into the country by foreign nations. Since December, Uncle Sam has paid Ethiopia more than $5 million to unload 400,000 tons of grain given to that country. World Vision International, a Christian relief agency, has paid about $750,000. Concern, an Irish organization, has paid at least $282,000 in order to unload its grain aid shipments. Ethiopia charges $12.60 a ton in port fees for grain unloaded there."
