Sorry about that. Our WWVB clock suddenly went berserk and started handing
out timestamps eight hour off. I discovered that on Saturday morning and
resynchronized DCN-GATEWAY to the GOES radio clock in Dearborn, MI. I'll
kick the WWVB clock on Monday. Meanwhile, subtract 38 milliseconds from
all timestamps handed out by DCN-GATEWAY.

See the July issue of the ACM Operating System Review for suggestions on
how to tell the good guys from the bad in a clique of clockwatchers. The
invitation to expand the set of good guys in our timetelling community
remains open.
