IBM have what they call IBM Professional Editor, which is XEDIT, more or less.
Try finding that manual. Also, try contacting an IBM branch office, or something like that; they might give you a XEDIT manual free. XEDIT is the editor that
works under VM/CMS on 'big' IBMs, (series 370, if any are still left, 43xx, 30xx and so on).
