Tower Records' phone number is 800-648-4844; the store
(and probably the mail order department) is open 9 AM to
midnight, Eastern time, 365 days a year.

However, if you're interested in ordering classical CDs,
consider Darton Records instead. They are a tiny store
located across the street from Carnegie Hall, open
normal 9-5 sorts of hours Monday through Saturday.
They have a LARGE stock of CDs and will happily order
anything they don't have in stock (but remember, classical
only). When they have stuff in stock, they ship UPS the
same day they get your order. Here in north central NJ,
if I order on Monday, the discs usually arrive Wednesday.

They will take credit card orders over the phone, and if
you expect to order a lot of stuff they will open a house
charge account for you. Their phone number is (212) 582-7350
and their current price for CDs is $13.95, all labels and titles.

(they also have an extensive stock of LPs at 20% off list)
