By quotable, I mean a MIL standard, OSHA spec, or the like that I can plug into a military Request for Proposal. We all instinctivly know what we can live with, but firm dB levels seem hard to come by. Minimum I need are noise levels, but any other (like levels at specific frequencies) would be appreciated.
