RE: Shipping Firearms vi UPS

Having just sent my S&W 469 back to the factory for repair, the
drawbar broke, I can state that yes you can send firearms
via UPS. I believe that the regulations state you may ship firearms
to federally licensed dealers, gun smiths and manufacturers for repairs
or modifications. You may also recive shippments for the same reasons.

I have also shipped a rifle to Beeman's in CA.

By the way, S&W is doing the repair with no charge. I have also
found Beeman's repair service to be a good deal.
