    Banks raise my ire little more than the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.  Did
you ever try to get your liscense plates renewed over your lunch hour?  I did,
and I will never try it again.  I arrived to discover my self sixth in line, and
the two slowest workers the state ever hired behind the counter.  This office
usually has six people working when the workload is light (i.e. 8-12 & 1-5), and
skimps down to two when people really need prompt, efficient service.  *SIGH*
Well, I stood in line for 40 minutes (I only get 30 minutes for lunch), and a 
dozen people were in line when I finally made my escape.  Luv ya' Gov. Celeste.
