Intercetpion of phone conversations...

Someone suggested that they were illegal to intercept. Therefore, they went on
to say, interception of radar signals emitted by the police were also illegal.
(Well... that was the implication.)

Read the rule and regulations published by the F.C.C. and you will see that
licenced radio operators are prohibited from divulging any information
recieved on private or commercial transmissions. (Sec. 605)

I've never seen any mention prohibiting the reception of RF. (except NJ)
