What I worry about is all the science, biology, physics and math teachers who are sued in little towns where they can't defend themselves, and who are either run out or bankrupted by the lawsuit. Being the right party in a lawsuit is the same as loosing, if you're the defendant. Just look at the cost (that you canNOT recover) of defending yourself.
