	I read an article about "People's Court" a long time ago.
If memory serves me right, the "lump sum" is $1000.  Any "decision"
is taken out of that sum, with the rest being split equally.
(seems I remember that the judge's maximum jurisdiction was $1000;
if I was to be sued, that would be the place to be sued at).
