The code is from the Berkeley distributions and I think it originated with Tektronics. We currently interconnect two VAX's, and internet gateway (11/34), and our CYBER with the Hyperchannel. Netex sucks, by the way. It's the only hardware specific protocol I've ever seen that is more inefficient than TCP/IP. -Ron
