Help. I'm in need of some advice about begonias.

I have a begonia (pink blossoms, if that helps) that looks
sick. It is drooping pretty badly and its leaves are turning white,
then a dead brown around the edges. It is next to a north-facing
window that admits plenty of indirect light. I try to water it about
every third day. It was in bloom when I bought it mid-May but all
the blossoms fell off within the first 6 weeks. It's still in the
soil that it came in.

What can I do to perk my plant back up?

Please respond by e-mail as I don't read this group regularly.

Thank you for any help!
