  I read parts of Doug Comer's excellent book
	Operating Systems Design: the XINU Approach
which was very well done. Some friends of mine and I have decided
to write a similar system for a homebrew computer. We were cosidering
making the board with a 68k, but although less popular, the 320XX
has many nicer features. Can anyone point to a 320XX board with
1M RAM and various controllers on it, with price and opinions?
