Is that it doesn't work well for programs that have a significant
market in "corporate" environments. Consider a communications
program similar to KERMIT, which has a major user base of corporate
type people who use it to send files back and forth to their large
mainframe computers. Ok? Now try to picture a "DP manager" trying
to tell their purchasing department "please send off 100 $35 "donations"
to "Chop's Shareware Inc". No, it's not required. No, its not exactly
a purchase. No, they won't accept a company PO. No, we dont have quotes
from 3 different distributers, etc, etc..."

BillW, whose communication program might have been very successful in
corporate environments, but is instead sitting on a shelf, 80% done.
