Berry I have a question. What is the law in Pennsylvania? A few months back I got rearended at a stop sign by a guy who had no insurance. He begged me not to call the police and seemed pretty scared that the police would do something to him. Turns out the damage was minor and he's paying for it. I just wonder if there is a law about liability or not. Clare
