What happens if you have an accident with a police car illegally parked?
To be more specific, once, I saw a speed trap on a 4 lane divided road (not
highway) where the police car was parked illegally in an intersection near
a divider WITH HIS LIGHTS OFF!  By no stretch of the imagination, I could
imagine some one turning left and colliding with him, after being slightly
blinded by the glare of oncoming headlights.  Oh well...
