The main problem with this is the number of early "uncut"
episodes.  In the Hartell years, we have well over half
of the episodes existing:  Unfortunately, with Troughton,
only 6 out of about 21 complete stories still exist 
(As of 1984).

Then of course, who would want to do it?  I doubt the
BBC really cares, and I doubt Lionheart is intelligent
enough to think of it.
