I've been trying to write a terminal program for the DG-1, which uses the
82C51 UART instead of the 8250 in the IBM-PC. The manuals have not been
adequate. Has anyone done this? Has anyone got a description of the differences
between the '51 and the '50? Are the people who ported Crosstalk to the DG-1
on the net? I've been able to write characters to COM2 using the BIOS, but not
read them back or do anything with COM1.
