I'd vote for keeping it at 7:00. These days I'm much more likely to be near
a radio at 7 than at 5. Why does Minnestoa Public Radio insist on live
broadcast? Is it just for WILL or for all Midwest stations or all stations?
Does it mean they aren't allowed to rebroadcast on Sunday afternoons?
Doesn't this kind of wipe out *All Things Considered* for *any* station?
