In my first attempt to make Quiche from the recipes I received,
I placed the leftover filling in a pyrex dish (with cover). I cooked it
in the microwave oven (it took a few minutes to cook) and got a good
indication of what the oven-baked version (35 minutes with crust) was
going to be like. I intend to combine a few more of the ideas given to me
this weekend. Thanks to all of you people for sending me the recipes.
In a separate article I am going to post all of the recipes so that
those interested can view them.
