Thanks, John, but I have a question for other and Scott in particular:

	I've typed the `tr' command exactly as it appears and STILL can't
	read the articles.  Are they truly readable?  Why is SCOTT using
	a non-standard rotation scheme?  If it is necessary, why not
	just use some other number rather than 13 (thereby forcing
	additional thought before reading the article)?

I would really like to read these things.  In spite of my earlier anger
at Scott's stuff, a lot of it is truly funny and I would like to be able
to share in it.  Help.
