Now, aside from the fact that I wan't asking *why* these records were being released, as far as I know Billy Gibbons was never in the Elevators. He was is a 60's garage-punk band called The Moving Sidewalks, whose ``99th Floor'' appears on the compilation ``Pebbles, Volume #2.''
