it appears that AT&T is making extensive use of generic X.25 as well as
Bell X.25.  thus, a number of packages have a handful of common include files
which have ended up in /usr/include and /usr/include/sys.  since all of these
go out in a System V Release 2 distribution, we get to see these but have
nothing that actually used them.
	now, if you want X.25 for UniPlus+, you can ask UniSoft if they are
selling any, or check with X.25 vendors who may have just what you want.
in the Bay Area, try Adax, TITN, or X.Dot (there may be others).  on the
east coast, NYC area, try System Strategies.
