Also, in "Journey to Babel", we actually see the green blood running through tubes when Sarek, Spock's father, is undergoing open heart surgery and Spock is the donor because he is the only one on board with blood type T-negative. If I recall correctly, don't we see Spock's blood on that episode where he gets shot in the back with a musket?
