Has anyone experienced problems with DECnet under VMS 4.x? We have a
network with '750s and Tops-20s (v5.1, DN20s), and when we try to copy
files from the '20 while on a VAX, we get 'Data Overrun Error' msgs.
This can be avoided by 'pushing' the file from the '20 end. Do we
have perhaps a SYSGEN parameter set incorrectly? Our remaining VMS
3.5 systems don't do this.

In another (possibly related?) problem, I am trying to transfer large
blocks across DECnet between two 4.1s. Whenever I go above 4Kb, RMS
gives me a Data Overrun Error, File Read Error on the receiving end.
In my program, I have a FAB with: fac=GET,fop=SQO,rfm=FIX,mrs=8192,
and a RAB with: rac=SEQ,ubf=...,usz=....

Any hints would be appreciated. Thanks.
