Summary: More funny fortran

We had a homebrew fortran compiler named RALPH here years ago. Reentrant
Algorithmic Language Processor or something. It did Fortran and Mad and
even let you change back and forth between languages IN THE SAME PROGRAM
using an ENTER RALPH and ENTER MAD statement. It had more bells and
whistles. If you got more than 50 diagnostics in a program it printed out
a picture of Alfred E. Neuman with a funny message (What me worry, but your
program you should be worried about...) To this day it announces on the
first line of its listing the birthdays of all its authors, plus other dates
of interest (Joan of Arc burned at the stake today, 1088), etc.

It also had a dirty word filter. It would not let you say "GOTO HELL" or
anything like that. But, one day it bit us. We had a *very* irate
professor of Poultry Science who was trying to get a program working, and
he just could not understand why it let him have an array called HEN, but
not one called COCK...
