Summary: 

Get an OPUS board for your PC. It runs full UNIX System V using the National
Semiconductor UNIX System V chip port. It is expensive though (I think
around $5000). It is a nice product. Or, wait for Xenix System V the upcoming
System V compatible Xenix from Santa Cruz Operations and Microsoft.
