Not necessarily. An overall proportion need not show itself
in a limited sample. Maybe only men take these classes!

Frank, please do me a favor and stop speaking for
all the women out here. HOW do you know it's
"often true"? Do you sneak up to the living-room window
and listen in on those conversations? (If you really
did, you'd probably learn a lot about yourself.)

First of all, I have never discussed draperies with any of my friends.
In fact, I have only discussed them once in my life:
with my landlady, when I was taking my present apartment.

Secondly, even assuming that SOME women stay at home
with girlfriends when they could be going out and meeting
you (have you told them what they're missing? :-),
have you ever considered the possibility that they
might feel more comfortable relating to a close friend
in the privacy of their home than throwing themselves
out on the meat market? Why should men have the monopoly
on shyness?

If I were to make assertions as insulting as you
have made, I would say that most men sit at home
with their buddies and talk about baseball scores.
Feh.

This year's fashion tip: asbestos maillots,
