P.O. Box 747 Vashon, Washington 98070 Steam cubed tempeh as described in general instructions. Stir fry tempeh with diced carrots and a bit of oil. fry also an onion and celery. Add some tamri to this mix. At the same time blend together in a blender a sauce of: 2 garlic cloves 1/4 tsp ginger 1 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp basil 1/4 cayenne (optional) 16 oz. tomato sauce 1/4 tsp parsley Combine the sauce and the tempeh and vegie mix in a baking pan. sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley.
