Our research group here is involved in surface studies using
XPS, Auger, SIMS, photoacoustic and FTIR spectroscopies. We are aquiring
a microVAX running Ultrix 32m (4.2BSD) for doing image processing of Ion
Microscope images. I would like to use it to upgrade our spectrum
processing techniques which are currently performed on several
microcomputers. If any of you are doing analysis of spectra (plots,
smooths, derivatives, integration, satellite removal, deconvolution, factor
analysis, etc.) and are willing to share your software, we would very much
like to hear from you.--
