The dealers were all real good about taking it back until the problem was resolved. In the Bay area they are available at Pacific Stereo, for about $450. My husband has one in his car that sounds better than my $600 Blaupunkt(sp?). Incidentely, the problems encountered by various people were never the same, so I'd say take your chances, and be sure you buy from a reputable dealer, not your local flea market!
