Turned out tasty (and quick). Boil water. Throw in dried fruits. Optionally, throw in honey, brown sugar, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon sticks. Throw in cous-cous, take off heat, wait a few minutes. Serve with almonds on top. Was good hot. Was good cold. I didn't try it with milk or cream, but it seemed like that would work also. Takes about 5 minutes. ,Karl
