My father was a photographer. One of the things he did was to restore and copy old photographs. One day a woman came in and wanted a picture of her dead husband restored. My father said it would be no problem. The woman then asked to have the person removed from the group picture and made into an individual portrait. Again no problem. Finally the woman asked if my father could remove the man's hat. My father replied, "I can do that, but I need to know something. Which side did your husband part his hair on?" The woman replied "You will see that when you take the hat off." (True story, honest)
