What exactly is the writable control store, and if I were to use someone's neat tools for using it, what would that get me? Anything in improved system performance? (We have a 3220 which is gradually becoming overworked, and I'm looking for solutions. Two possibilities I'll be exploring are the memory upgrade from Eyedot, and upgrading the CPU to a 3230 with more memory.)
