I believe in roadblocks for DWI (or OUI as MA books state it).

MA state troopers set them up every summer and no one has been
bitching about them (except the guilty...)

It is sobering (pun intended) when last year 38,000 people were
arrested and arrainged for OUI. That's on every 12 minutes of everyday! This
is just in the state of MA! I could imagine what the numbers look like for
the entire US. I would like to hear of detterents against OUI from people
out there.

In MA a first offense results in 30 day suspension and enrolment in a
10 week alcohol education course at a cost of 480$, plus one year probation.

	It is a sobering thought...
