Quite some ways.
Presuming we are talking about the most modern of the indian 
toilets, the first thing is that they do not have a seat.
You squat on it, presuming you can do that, and then 
think pleasant thoughts while communing with nature.
Chew on that buddy (and that is not to be taken literally) 
while you think up of some more detailed 
questions to ask on net.nlang.india.  :-)
