1) Flow control. I hacked (ie: attacked with a meat cleaver) GNUemacs
to add the function "flow". This resets the screen to run it in
cbreak mode with intrc turned off and startc/stopc set to their original
    values (this was for INTERRUPT_INPUT).
Users can then add there own keyboard-translate-table to map what they
like to fill in for the missing C-S and C-Q (I use C-\ and C-])
You also have to be carefull when checking the result of select. Sometimes
it will return due to the arrival of a ^s/^q.
If there is any real interest I could post the diff's.

2) On the subject of posting diffs. I've GNU Emacs running on a machine with:
	unsigned characters only
	unsigned bitfields only
	essentially word based
	no alloca
address of first arg != an array of all args
	a very strict C compiler
BSD 4.1 (I think shell in a window works OK now)

I won't claim to have all the bugs out but they are few (and
	peculiar).

I've tried contacting RMS via mail but my messages seem to black hole
between here and mit-prep (I don't even get rejections).
My fixes are for 15.34, would there be any objections to me posting them
to this group? Or can RMS mail suggest an alternate path to him.
