That's "Cookery", not "Eatery".  I agree that it's a classic.  My favorite
line from it (possibly paraphrased):  "It is difficult, though not impossible,
to misuse garlic."

I don't have my copy in front of me, but I think it was published by the
Reed College Alumni Association, and distributed by Doubleday.  It may be
possible to get it back in print by starting a write-in campaign to one or
the other.
