No, I heard that on a Foster Brooks (the drunk) album.  He was talking about
his polish cousin, the astronaut.

His other polish cousin walked into a bait store and asked the man "How much
is bait?"  
"I can let you have all you want for a dollar" was the reply.
"Let me have two dollars worth."
