Well, UUCP isn't under any pressure to conform to rfc920, unless of course
they want to become a top level domain (which seems to be what Mark
Horton is pushing for...). However, there's no reason to IGNORE it either. 

We don't want to exclude ourselves from the Big_Guys, ya know...
