Lines: 10 I'm looking for information on the buildup of a BMW 4 banger for compression and cam suggestions. What seems to be the best trade- off is domed Mahle pistons (9.3 ratio) with the 300 degree European stock cam used in the old ti motors. The engine is circa 1971 (121 head type). Does anybody out there have experience with this setup as far as performance, streetability, and premature wear? Also, will it be necessary to mill valve reliefs into the domes? Thanks in advance. jeff@wjvax
