/usr/src/cmd/cmake, the shell file that builds programs which are too
small to have Makefiles of their own, has been heavily revised. It now
gets its information out of cmake.list, instead of having it wired in,
and is much more knowledgeable about defaults and such. See the comments
at the head of /usr/src/cmd/cmake.list for details. This thing possibly
should be tidied up and turned into a general utility, but I really don't
feel like doing this right now.
