I see nothing racist about "Black is beautiful".  Saying "Black is more
beautiful than white" or something would obviously be racist.  But
"Black is beautiful" is simply saying that blacks should not be ashamed
of their racial heritage but should be proud.  I think it is a very
constructive phrase and not a lie at all.
