Any such subject dump should match an entire subject (stripping off all "Re:"s) in (almost?) all cases. This should probably be software enforced, since even SA's are (allegedly :-) human, and might make a mistake on occasion. Equivalently, any dropping of an individual should definitely require a site/account pair, so that people who share an asshole's login name don't get censored accidentaly.
