Cmon, I don't know what part of the USA you looked in.  But wherever I've
been, it's been easy to get Kiwi shoe polish (and other shoe and leather
care products) even in the supermarket.  It's put out by THE KIWI POLISH CO.,
PTY. LTD., Douglassville PA 19518 (reading off a container of Kiwi liquid wax).
All these products have a picture of the funny looking kiwi bird on the label.
