San Jose, CA Lines: 14 I'd like to hear from anyone who has first or secondhand knowledge of the MacBottom hard disk (just having read the press releases doesn't count). The ability to plug in an external hard disk without loosing one of the serial ports would seem to be a big win. My specific questions are: (1) How well does the built-in printer port function? (2) Does it require a driver that interferes with "Choose Printer"? (3) Does it interfere with AppleTalk or LaserWriter? (4) Other comments? Reply to me, and I'll post a synopsis. Please note that I'm not asking for a comparison between MacBottom and HyperDrive. Thanks. -- David W. Smith {ucbvax}!tolerant!dws Tolerant Systems, Inc. 408/946-5667
