Todd Jones mentioned Boston's restrictions against happy hours.
Mike Sykora asks:

> What exactly is the restriction and where is it in force?

I do not know the exact restrictions in Boston, but I do know
that in NJ recently, a bill was proposed that if passed would
prohibit bars from offering "happy hours." I would expect such
a bill to prohibit a bar from, say, changing the prices of its
drinks more than once every two months.
