I've recently gotten interested in Skydiving, and am considering
taking it up as a hobby, but need some information on a couple of
things:

1) I'm fairly heavy: 6' 1", 270 lb. Is this going to cause any major
problems as far a equipment, etc?? I'm in good health, an my Doctor says
I'm really 'only' about 40 lbs overweight, due to my bone and muscle
structure. He says there are no medical reasons I couldn't jump (he
should know, he used to jump himself), but I'm concerned about
equipment.

2) I live in Frederick, Md. 45 miles from Baltimore and Washington,
does anybody have any suggestions as to locations?? The only one I know
of is up in Pennsylvania, about 80 miles away....

Thanks in advance!
