Summary: Neutron Bombs


     As I understood it, Jim's point wasn't the size of the hole
a neutron bomb makes, but the amount of radiation it leaves behind.
This determines when the target area will be humanly occupiable.
 
     OK.  Guys, I'm out of touch with that technology.  Are Neutron
bombs currently feasible?
