I recommend the following paper to those of you who have been following
the recent discussion of psychic phenomena:

"The Persistent Paradox of Psychic Phenomena: An Engineering Perspective"
by Robert G. Jahn, Proceedings of the IEEE, Vol. 70, No. 2, February 1982.

The author was (is?) the Dean of the School of Engineering / Applied
Science at Princeton University. [There are 255 references at the end of the
paper!]

   regards, Patrick
