My point is that for best results, I must appeal to the woman physically.
Then it's much easier.  I use two approaches here.  First, I try to be
as good-looking as I can (grooming, fitness, posture, voice).
Second, I observe her reaction to me, so I can avoid wasting my time
and ego with someone who just isn't interested to start with.  This leads
into my previous posting about the importance of reading body language.

I find that it is only when a woman is physically attracted to me
that she is willing to take the time to appreciate my inner qualities
(such as they are).  Otherwise, she is likely to refuse to go out
with me, saying something like, "I'd rather just be friends", or
"I have a boyfriend already".
