Does anybody out on the net know anything about PROMAL?

+ What is the language like? (C, Pascal, or Action! [on Atari])
+ How fast is it?
+ Is the generated code native 65002 or pseudo-code?
+ Does it generate compact code?
+ Can you compile modules separately (ie., does it have a linker)?
+ Does it come with an usable editor?

ANY information on this language/compiler is welcome, though I am interested
primarily with the Apple version.

Thanks!
