No, Kenneth Kaunda did receive the Nehru award. I made the mistake of calling him the President of Kenya. Like I said in my original posting, I'm sure there was at least a little politics involved in the selection of some of the Award winners (especially political figures like Kenneth Kaunda). I'm surprised that a followup stating this error on my part was not brought up on net.nlang.africa. And again, thanks to Eric for the correction.
