A new version of the Rand editor (e19) is now available. Newly
added features include the (long awaited) word-wrap mode for
power typing, a delete-word command, and a fair number of bug
fixes over e18.

We run e19 mostly on Vaxen and Sun-2's under 4.2BSD but it will
also run under Sys-III and Sys-V.

In case you're unfamiliar with 'e', it is a full screen, multiple
window editor that we find extremely easy to learn and use. E can use
termcap and a standard keyboard layout to talk to a terminal, or it can
be tailored to support function keys. New features of e18 included
+word and -word commands, regular expression patterns for the search
and replace commands, and support for 4.2BSD's symbolic links.
