While this is a fine idea, much caution must be used.  For example
(given Chuqui's example) any article with the subject "Discussion on
Orphaned Computers" or "How to get rid of 'Orphaned Reponse'" will also
get dumped.  Any such subject dump should match an entire subject
(stripping off all "Re:"s) in (almost?) all cases.  This should
probably be software enforced, since even SA's are (allegedly :-)
human, and might make a mistake on occasion.

Equivalently, any dropping of an individual should definitely require a
site/account pair, so that people who share an asshole's login name
don't get censored accidentaly.  This should certainly be software
enforced.
