Actually, I was thinking more like:

   Chicago: Sat., Sun.
   Other team: Tue., Wed., Thur.
   Chicago: Sat.
   Other team: Mon.

I realize that this is a change in format, but
last year, Bowie Kuhn was thinking of making
a schedule change to take the home field advantage
away from the Cubs. So, why should there be
a problem this year with making a schedule
change? As for the seventh game being on a
Monday night, why not? The final game of the
NCAA championship is always on a Monday night.

I've been thinking about calling the Commissioner's
office and suggesting this; but, I always come
back to the thought -- will they even take me
seriously. Probably not.
