I have tried twice in the past few days to hear the RS5 and RS7
satellites on 10m with no success. Both times were in the early
morning (~3:30 a.m. E.D.T.). Do these satellites have an operating
schedule that includes a period in which both the beacon and transponders
are off?
I have heard the satellites in the past and believe my equipment
adequate: ICOM R-70 and external dipole.
	Any ideas?
