So... I'm in the market to spend ~$2000 for a pair of speakers. I listen to all sorts of music, and I in any case what I listen to today may not be anything like what I listen to next year (and I'd like the speakers to last at least that long :-). I've got a Carver Receiver that I'm really sorta happy with, so telling me to change my other equipment isn't the answer I'm looking for. So, does anyone have any recommendations? I've heard some good things about JSE's, would anyone care to comment? Also, what about the new DBX speaker? Thanks for any info you can give. I'll be glad to summarize for the net if I get enough response. -- Roy J. Mongiovi. Office of Computing Services. User Services. Georgia Institute of Technology. Atlanta GA 30332.
