Exactly. I am continually amazed at how much personality can change my
perception of a person, both negatively and positively. I can think of
a number of people from my earlier days (which isn't really all that
far back!) who, just by being outgoing, became much more beautiful.
Looking at earlier pictures, I can't SEE any changes, but by golly by
the time the image travels from my eye to my brain, they sure look
nicer! On the other hand, I can also think of several people whose
pictures I look at, shake my head, and think "Y'know, they sure LOOK
pretty."
