Message-ID: <929@houxf.UUCP> Date: Wed, 26-Jun-85 16:52:48 EDT Article-I.D.: houxf.929 Posted: Wed Jun 26 16:52:48 1985 Date-Received: Thu, 27-Jun-85 06:35:09 EDT Organization: AT&T Bell Labs, Holmdel NJ Lines: 16 xx I have tried twice in the past few days to hear the RS5 and RS7 satellites on 10m with no success. Both times were in the early morning (~3:30 a.m. E.D.T.). Do these satellites have an operating schedule that includes a period in which both the beacon and transponders are off? I have heard the satellites in the past and believe my equipment adequate: ICOM R-70 and external dipole. Any ideas? Thanks, Jim Boddie, NG2J houxf!signal
