I am just wondering if states that have Driving While Intoxicated (DWI)
laws are different than those with Driving Under the Influence (DUI)
laws. It seems to me that DUI requires a lot less alcohol in the blood
than would DWI. That is with DUI, you are not necessarily intoxicated
but you have had some alcoholic beverage. Here in Illinois we have
a DUI law. Does anyone know if this is really more restrictive than
those states with DWI laws (NJ) and if it impacts on the accident statistics?
