 Again not exactly a valid comparison when the are going to have to
 contend with the US.  In fact in a nonnuclear world the US might
 be a little more vigorous about things like Afghanistan since the
 risk entailed by interfering might not be so great.

 If they take over the world then they can take over the world? Probably.
 It's just the first time through that would be a problem I think.
