Another cous-cous recipe -

	I made this up one day when there was almost nothing in
the house to eat.  Turned out tasty (and quick).

	Boil water.

	Throw in dried fruits.

	Optionally, throw in honey, brown sugar, nutmeg, vanilla,
cinnamon sticks.

	Throw in cous-cous, take off heat, wait a few minutes.

	Serve with almonds on top.

	Was good hot.  Was good cold.

	I didn't try it with milk or cream, but it seemed like
that would work also.

	Takes about 5 minutes.
