Well, not exactly. You see, I don't like getting rebuked very much,
so I don't usually try kissing or physical contact unless I have
a pretty good idea that this is what the woman wants also. Through
experience, I have learned to look for telltale signals, such as
her longing glances or "accidental" brushing up against me.

Thus, women don't simply wait for the guy to kiss her. If she 
wants to be kissed, she can (and often does) offer strong 
encouragement to her shy gentleman, and fall far short of 
jumping him.

The man still has to take some risk of rejection, but, hey,
c'est la vie!
