One day he decides to sell his farm, so he calls a real estate agent over to make an estimate. When the real estate agent arrives he notes how sturdy the house looks. The old farmer replies "yup, built it with my bare hands, ... did it the hard way. "These steps to the front door, here, carved 'em out of field stones, ... did it the hard way". They enter the house. The old farmer continues, "See that hardwood floor, dovetailed the pieces myself, ... did it the hard way." They enter the kitchen. The farmer says "See those ceiling beams, made 'em out of trees out back, ... did it the hard way". Just then the farmer's **BEAUTIFUL** daughter walks in. I mean, she is **GORGEOUS**. The farmer looks over at the real estate agent who is drooling at the sight of her and the farmer says "yup ... standing up in a canoe."
