I can think of a few good possibilities..

Clint Eastwood (of course he'd never get to say "Bond..James Bond" since
	he never says anything)
Tony Randall (Wasn't he the original choice for "Dirty Harry"?)
David Letterman (Larry "Bud" Melman could play Q)
Michael Palin (but _only_ if dressed as Cardinal Richelieu)
Martin Short ("Oh, what if he were to shoot me..now that would be
	a TERRIBLE thing I must say..")
the actor who played Reginald Perrin (what is there to say?)
