There are those >of us who don't enjoy your postings. Should we nominate you for >removal from the net, or send complaints to your system administrator? I think you misunderstand my motivations. I don't mind in the least if people choose to write obscene, unpleasant, or distasteful articles (my opinion, of course). I mind when it seems that someone is attacking someone else in a violent and inappropriate fashion in PUBLIC. If the exchange of abuse were taking place in my presence, I would attempt to stop it. If it were taking place in my home, I would ask Scott to leave. I do find much of Scott's writing funny and enjoyable. I didn't enjoy the attack on Jeanette. No more than I did the suggestion someone made that you kill yourself. You just can't tell what those kind of things will do to someone. And if you know them well enough to joke with them in that fashion, it should be clear to the rest of the audience. In summary, it's not my failure to appreciate the humor. It's my indignation at violent, misdirected, antisocial behavior and abuse on the net. I don't think I'm entirely alone. Then again, you're not the only one to disagree with me. Life sure is interesting here in net.land. Thanks for your thoughts.
