"The Impoverished Student's Guide to Cookery, Drinkery, and Housekeepery"
is still sold here at the Reed College Bookstore, cost about $1.50. The 
inside cover says it's published by the Reed College Alumni Association
and by Arcady Press, Portland, Oregon.  I guess writing the bookstore would 
be the best way to get it.  It is indeed a classic.
