Your situation is, unfortunately, not so uncommon, and certainly
your feelings are natural. My last SOship ended last October, after 5 years--
~25% of my life. Since then, I've re-evaluated my life, and made quite a
few changes, so in many ways I have actually benefitted (as you may) from
the loss. The cliched advice about finding new friends, and increasing your
social life all applies, but I've come to realize that there really isn't a
quick fix for the pain involved. Even now, 8 months later, I enjoy a life
vastly different from what I had known, but now and then I find myself alone
and depressed, and I feel full force the pain, anger, frustration and Love
that my loss has shown me. In a sense, that time is wasted, and I won't have
her around to remember it with me. That is a tragedy.
Time (and another woman) will ease your pain, and it may help you
next time. I certainly hope I've learned from past mistakes.

					Good Luck to you.
