Does anybody out there prefer the Old Coke in refillable bottles, compared
to its other forms? I've been fortunate enough to have a distributer who
keeps doggedlly pursuing bottlers to keep him supplied, occasionally getting
shipments from out of state. I find it (a) 1/3 cheaper, (b) fizzier, and
(c) more ecological. Recently NJ narrowly avoided a bottle bill that would
ban refillable bottles, requiring everyone to meticulously collect the
bottles so that they can be crushed before being remade into bottles. Dumb!
