Well, Ken, I hate to shock you, but there are many tribes which use the parts of their dead for... you got it! Food and ornaments. They consider this due respect. Did you know that some tribes discovered the blood of their dead made great fertilizer? What better honor than to grant your tribe a good harvest after your death?
