My trusty USDA handbook says that 200 grams of cooked oatmeal (roughly one
serving) has 110 Calories, 4 grams of protein, 2 grams of fat (80%
unsaturated fat and 20% saturated fat), 0.6 milligrams of iron, 61
milligrams of potassium, and trace amounts of various vitamins. Not in the
"Kellogg's Concentrate" nutrition category, but quite respectable and
completely yummy.

Note that the biggest nutritional hazard of oatmeal is the salt that recipes
usually recommend that it be cooked with.
