Here's the answers to the first geography quiz:

1) What's the 2nd largest freshwater lake in the continental U.S.?
Assuming that Lake Michigan is the only Great Lake 'in' the U.S.
(which is what most people assumed) and that it is fresh water
(which is debatable) that makes the second largest freshwater
U.S. lake Lake Okeechobee. (Okefenoke is a swamp on the Georgia -
  Florida border).

2) What's further West: Pensacola, FL or Indianapolis, IN?
    Pensacola, Fl.

3) What's further South: Key Largo, FL or Brownsville, TX?
Key Largo, FL. All of the Florida Keys are farther south
than Brownsville, TX. Brownsville is at the same latitude
    as Miami, Fl.

4) What's further East: Miami, FL or Pittsburg, PA?
Pittsburgh. Notice the h on the end? My error was pointed
    out by only one person.

5) What state, excluding Alaska, has the northernmost point in it?
    Minnesota
