In my area, we've started using CTRM (at least I have, and a
good number of people I work with). It's written by Ted Roycraft
at AT&T Bell Labs in Whippany, and it's the best one I've used so
far. The features that make it particularly attractive to me:
   -	Runs at up to 9600 b/s.
   -	Supports XMODEM and KERMIT, as well as "cat-capture".
   -	Return to DOS without taking down line (many do this).
   -	The "biggie" for some of us -- it allows scrolling back
through about 700 lines of recent script.
It emulates an HP 2621A terminal.
