Here's my list of differences in the televised version of STII:TWOK.

McCoy making reference to the glasses being 300 years old.
Dialogue between Kirk and Peter in engine room,
	Scotty remarks Peter is his nephew.
Turbo-lift scene between Kirk and Saavik was shown in close-ups rather
	than seeing both of them at once.
Additional remarks by Spock during the 'Genesis summary' sequence.
Scene in Regula I when they are argueing ("I cannot and will not subscribe...)
	was a different take, also had Carol remarking about taking
	Genesis somewhere.

(a good friend called right here and I missed some)

Spocks remark to Saavik about explaing the human ego.
Additional dialogue by David in his 'proud to be your son' speech.

Anybody have any others? We might as well make a list...
