[Remember the days of Deep Shit Alerts?]

Believe it or not, some day I will be able to post some answers instead of
just questions...

In the explor.c DA, Jim uses register A4 in conjunction with global/static
data (I believe). Can somebody explain what is going on here, or point me
to the section of IM that gives clues?

Second, I would love to hear from people that have Hyperdrives; I am getting
ready to plunge in for one of these little buggers, so send your comments
today! I would like to have an Apple-Approved product just for compatibility
sake, but what the hell... Does MacUnderground *really* come through with
their guarantee, or is it just smoke? Is it really as fast as folks claim?
Is it really as wonderful as folks claim?

Also, I heard a rumor that we can expect a change in the "interface" to the
next system release -- this would tend to support the rom-based finder.
