[ Please Follow Up by MAIL, I will summarise]

Would anyone with any experience (good or bad), of Quality Circles in a
software development environment be willing to share it? What benefits
did they bring? Our particular interest is for a large project with
about 100 people (split into numerous smaller working groups).

We would also welcome any pointers as to what is the best way to start,
and whether you found them to be worthwhile?

We already operate formal reviews (as recommended by Gerald M. Weinberg).

If there is sufficient interest I will post a summary of responses to
the net.
