Anyone know who makes a modem/LAN transciever which

	- accepts the standard Ethernet connector and 10MB signalling, and
	- produces a 10MB carrier on a baseband LAN coax, and
	- deals with CSMA/CD such that the Ethernet controller is unaware
          of the broadband media?

I believe that I read recently (somewhere!) of such a thing.
