	I seemed to have missed something here. You don't have
to be driving to answer this survey. I've gotten pretty smashed
while RIDING in a car. Heck, I didn't even have my driver's license
yet. But that didn't mean that the driver was bombed of his ass
also. 
	I believe that's what the disclaimer meant to say. I agree
that drinking and driving is a terrible thing and that no one should 
go out and get data for this survey if they are doing the driving. 
But I don't see any reason why the passengers can't have a good time.
Why do you think I take the bus to Vermont to go skiing? You can't
party and drive at the same time.
	And to add a datapoint(kind of) I'll say that two friends
of mine drank nearly a whole bottle of scotch between Holmdel, NJ
and Sugarbush, Vermont. And boy, did they feel LOUSY the next day!
