According to the Sunday Mirror, the suit, which was filed in New York, claims McCartney earns more royal- ties from the Beatles hits than do the other Beatles. Bob O'Neill, legal spokesman for Capitol-EMI Records, was quoted by the paper as saying that McCartney's extra money comes from the record company's cut and that it does not affect the other ex-Beatles' shares.
