Here are my three least-favorites, in no particular order.

1.  Spock's Brain.  Space-girl rips out Spock's brain without stitches.

    He blinks, he walks, he even arm wrestles, and his hair is in place!
    AAARRGGGHH!

2.  And the Children Shall Lead.  Melvin Belli embellishes a bunch of
    dippy kids with hallucinogenic powers...

3.  Spectre of the Gun....as David Gerrold said in "The World of Star
    Trek.." , this one was done because they "didn't have a science-fiction
    script, so they did a western"  (words to that effect..)
