Seems like there's a rash of this going aroound. First it was VDIR, now SAP. I guess the only way to avoid this sort of thing is for ALL RCP/M SYSOPS to copy any un-heard-of file to a floppy (unless this joker renames it to an existing program... shiver) and test it out there.
