WAIT A MINUTE!!!!! THE SOLUTION isn't courting companies on the net?!?!?
This is NOT TRUE!

I posted a job listing in net.jobs, and received a phone call from
THE SOLUTION! Now, I really don't think that the caller wanted more
information on the job. The caller, ALSO had the audacity to use the
home telephone number of the person whose ad it was. (It was on the
answering machine when I got home).

I see no problem with head hunters on the net (freedom of the press, etc.)
BUT I DO see a problem when falsehoods are told regarding their conduct. I
also didn't appreciate the phone call. If I wanted to go through a head
hunter, there are plenty in the Boston Area to deal with, I don't need them
calling me on the phone.
