If you have problems with the electrics on your car (and who doesn't from
time to time) you can get a handy brochure telling how to use a Digital
Multimeter to solve some of the problems that crop up on both foreign and
domestic cars. Problems such as troubleshooting alternator diode-packs,
electric cooling fans, computer fault codes, and High Energy Ignition
Systems are covered. The brochure does assume some sophistication on the
part of the user so it might be over the head of some novices. It is free
