I just corrected an error in the vt100 entry in /etc/termcap:  the
various keyboard sequences were given as \EOA (for example) where
the correct sequence is \E[A .  A quick scan of /etc/termcap shows
the same possibly-incorrect substitution elsewhere, but I haven't
done a global change for fear of fouling up some obscure terminal
that really *does* want the O.  Beware.
