There is a *lot* of risk involved in being a drug dealer. In particular,
if you get caught at it, you go to jail. This will keep prices artificially
high as people do not produce enough to make up what one loses on a price
cut with a growth in sales -- simply because you may have to get rid of your
stock at hand quickly to avoid arrest.
