The click loop procedure is called by TEClick while the user is holding the
mouse button down.  It is intended to be used to implement automatic
scrolling when the mouse moves outside the window.

The routine should set D0 to 1 and preserve D2.  If you set D0 to 0, you
will abort TEClick.
