I have had this nagging feeling all through this debate.  I didn't see
any difference between a HH and any other company posting.  I did see
some benefit from HH's and *DO NOT* tolerate censorship well.  But
still I felt that something was wrong here...

I think I now know what it is.  A HH has two products.  They sell jobs
to applicants and sell applicants to employers.  This is what they do
as a commercial enterprize.  This is what makes them different from a
person or employer posting.  They are directly advertizing their product.

An employer or job seeker (Hello seekers!) is searching to fill their
own need for something other than a product.
