MC68000 16-BIT MICROPROCESSOR User's Manual from Prentice-Hall is
about the best I've seen for 68000 assembly code.  It explains the
registers, addressing modes, instructions, exception handling and
anything else you might want to know about programming the 68000.
It is not a tutorial, but if you have messed around with assembly
language for other machines, this is the book for you.
