Someone mentioned that "The Creeping Terror" was done on such a low budget
that it was shot as a silent and a narrative soundtrack was added later.

This isn't true.  It was shot with dialogue, however the soundtrack was
lost before it was release and they couldn't afford to re-do it, so they
