Message-ID: <2199@drutx.UUCP> Date: Sun, 10-Mar-85 00:11:17 EST Article-I.D.: drutx.2199 Posted: Sun Mar 10 00:11:17 1985 Date-Received: Sun, 10-Mar-85 08:03:20 EST Organization: AT&T Information Systems Laboratories, Denver Lines: 42 NOTE: I posted this a couple weeks ago, but I have reason to suspect it never made it out of Denver. My apologies if you've seen this already - trb. ---- Since this is a comedy artist, it may not fit in net.music, but since there is no net.comedy, and this is album oriented, I'll post it here. I've really gotten a kick recently out of some old Mort Sahl records I've been able to find, but even in the big-city used record stores, his records are difficult to find. And, unfortunately, he never comes to Denver, so I've never seen him live. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone HAS or KNOWS of any other of Mort's albums than the following, which I have: Mort Sahl at Sunset FANTASY The Future Lies Ahead VERVE At The Hungry i VERVE Look Forward in Anger VERVE A Way Of Life VERVE The Next President VERVE The New Frontier REPRISE Anyway...Onward MERCURY Sing A Song Of Watergate CRESENDO If anyone has any others, would you make me a copy if I sent a tape? (for the flamers - these albums have been out of print for 20 years, and no effort has been made to re-issue them. I would much rather buy an album than make a tape. So, please don't lecture on copyright laws) Also, if you know of any others, or even know of a store which might have some others I could buy mail-order, I would appreciate knowing that as well. --- Tom Buckley AT&T Information Systems (303) 538-3442 ihnp4!drutx!trb
