Terry Scott and David Janson are the actors whose voices are used for
DM and Penfold. Terry Scott has made a few records (and  commercials) using
a *childish* type of voice. Although I have not seen DM for a long time, My 
guess is that it could be him, but I do have a few resevations about this 
statement. I think it could also be Mike Harding, a *North Country* 
commedian/singer/songwriter who had something to do with the creation of
Dangermouse.
