I am the one who posted that game. All I can say is that I am sorry that
I posted it. When I downloaded it from the CURA bulleting board at
(718) 624-9141 the message accompanying the file said that it had been put
into public domain by ATARI. When I ran it, it too said public domain and I
swallowed the bait. What I have learned at least is never to post anything
from a bulletin board which looks too good to be true. Also in the future
I will not post anything without its sources. I have deleted all pertaining
files locally using the notes interface but I'm not sure if I can delete
stuff which has left this machine. Could the people in charge of the various
installations delete it from net.sources.games ? I have informed the sys op
at that CURA bulletin board to delete it too.

I received flames calling me a "bonehead" and "hoping to achieve fame 
through generous net postings". You were right and I'm sorry...
