In my experience in the computer industry, I've come across quite a few
ex-artists, part-artists, would-be-artists, and artists. This has led
me to wonder why there's no "net.art" newsgroup. Is it because artists
are not interested in talking about art? (I was always more interested
in creating art than in talking about it, and I suspect others feel the
same way.)

I'm not proposing a new newsgroup, but I'm curious about what others
think about this.
