Aside from owning Bach and Black Sabbath or Tommy Roe and Yes, here are groups
that are eclectic on one album:

Popol Vuh- like hearing classical, Eastern, folk, rock all at once sometimes
Can- lots of improv from rock to jazz to fusion to electronics and even some
      jazz grass and free form   "Ege Bamyasi, Limited Edition, Soon Over ...
Amon Duul II- folk rock, space, progressive, classical, etc.  Try "Yeti", "Made
      in Germany", "Dance of the Lemmings", "Phallus Dei"
 Gong- rock, jazz,folky, space, electronics "You", "est Mort", "Angel"s Egg"
Gentle Giant- hard rock to chamber music and jazzy and Baroque, sometimes in
      one song  "Acquiring the Taste", "Free Hand", Octopus, Live, Gentle Giant
Grateful Dead- some lps are quite a mix  "Anthem of the Sun" has electronic,
      tapes, jungle music, jazz, rock, blues, maybe a hint of country on side A
      "Aoxomoxoa" has traditional, classical, electronic, rock, blues
     "Europe 72" has rock'n'roll, C&W, blues, free jamming
Magma- Wagnerian space opera, jazz,rock, classical, opera, electronics
Brainticket- electronic, Eastern, jazz, rock, Egyptian
Vangelis, Aphrodite's Child (his former band)- various folk, rock, etc.
Mothers of Invention- early Zappa had a good hodge podge
           most of this is obscure and hard to find, some are imports
