A couple of things. One, a member of our local Dr. Who Fan Club (WHOM)
heard that Colin Baker and Nicola Bryant aren't in any trouble of not having
a job as they are under contract and will be paid for the 18 months.
Colin Baker has said that he would rather work and is upset with the whole
thing. He even made a comment about him causing the hiatus as he was only
the Doctor for one full year and now it is in trouble.

Two, a previous comment indicated that ALL stations that air the Doctor
pay the same price. Not true. I discussed that with our local person
in the programming department that is responsible for having the Doctor
on our station. There is a separate price per market and that also can
be negotiated. In other words: One price does NOT fit all.

A note about royalties paid to Lionheart. Of the royalties paid to
Lionheart from the makers of Dr Who products, 17% stays with Lionheart
and the remaining 83% goes to the Beeb.
