Lines: 8 GE also makes a surge protector suitable for connecting to a 120/240 v single phase residential service entrance. It is self-contained with a conduit nipple, and is attached to a knockout hole in the service entrance panel by the main switch (I don't remember the catalog number but any electrical supply house should be able to get it (or an equivalent made by a competitor) for you).
