After an admittedly slow start (the fist 45 minutes are spent setting up the finish, but what's so unusual about that) and some rather unconvincing models the story really hots up with our Earthling heroes joining an interplanetary battle with some really great visuals. This is the movie that E.T. spent some of his time on Earth watching. "Battle Beyond the Stars" footnote. This was shown on commercial TV over here in little ol' England and we were allowed to see the huge-breasted one. You didn't miss THAT much!!!!
