Wow, remember the good old days when a fairly complete BASIC fit in the
4K (or maybe it was 16K) ROM of a TRS-80 model I?  Or how about the
BASIC I learned to program on, which ran in the 4K address space on a
PDP-8 (it used overlays and demand-paged the P-code generated by the
cmopiler, but it was still fairly tiny).
