While doing some unofficial "hacking" in the INFO-MODEM7 directory
(I am a registered participant), I came across the file hams.archiv.txt
and being a ham myself, I FTPed it out of curiosity. Lo and behold,
ham did mean amateur radio. I am a new user to ARPANET, not new to data processing
and have been a ham (WA4YCM) since 1976. What are the requirements
to join the info-hams network ? Need instructions on it's use, etc.
