Be advised, dear friend, that Franco Columbu, the fellow who (along
with Arnold Schwartznegger) made bodybuilding into a paying sport,
was 41 when he last won the Mr Olympia.

So what, you say, they're all drug-monkeys?  Well, Cap is a supersoldier
thanks to supersteroids a long time ago, y'know.

Even if he WERE 40+ (and they say he's about 36 years physical age) he
would still be in better shape that WE are, lying around reading comicses.
