The cursor movement is extremely slow - about 2 chars/second. The problem does not exist when using VT-220s, nor does it exist when using CCA EMACS on either type of terminal. In view of DEC's lawsuit against C. Itoh, maybe EDT checks to see if the terminal is a CIT and, if so, runs slow? Any help would be appreciated. We have carefully examined the setup on the CITs and it seems OK. Martin Cohen Northrop Research and Technology Center One Research Park Palos Verdes Peninsula CA 90274 (213) 377-4811 x 373
