We are having a problem using CIT-220+s with EDT under VMS 3.7.
The cursor movement is extremely slow - about 2 chars/second.

The problem does not exist when using VT-220s, nor does it exist
when using CCA EMACS on either type of terminal.

In view of DEC's lawsuit against C. Itoh, maybe EDT checks
to see if the terminal is a CIT and, if so, runs slow?

Any help would be appreciated. We have carefully examined
the setup on the CITs and it seems OK.
