Our new MILNET site is having trouble recieving mail. Any host that
attempts to send them mail recieves the following message from SMTP:

451 (No such file or directory) Mail trouble (sndmsg balks), try later

Can anyone shed some light on how to fix this problem? They were
provided with a copy of the KASHTAN 4.1cBSD s/w which runs under VMS. We
are running the same thing on our vax, and we have no problem.

There is a logical symbol SYS: which is defined via a command procedure
that is executed at boot time. Does anyone know what causes the 451
message, and how to correct it?

Thanks for any help.
