Help, please. We frequently telnet from our IBM 370/MVS host to UNIX hosts
on the net. I have found *no* way to send a CNTRL D/EOT signal to the UNIX
system from the IBM 3278 terminals I use. It makes it hard to use UNIX, as
you can imagine - try sending mail, or even catting a new file from input,
or *lots* of things.

Does anyone know how to do this? Is it possible to set a function key to do
it? We are using UCLA's telnet and ftp software, and I'm not too familiar
with it or with the IBM terminals.

Thanks muchhhhh in advance!
