It is most certainly not true that

	Sampling a 20 kHz sinewave at its zero crossings (at exactly 40 kHz
	sample rate) captures "ALL the information". It omits certain
	minutia, e.g., the *MAGNITUDE* of the sinewave.

	I may not be a golden ear, but I *do* require a dynamic range greater
than 0 dB from my digital audio system!
