By Susan Schenkel, Ph.D., McGraw-Hill Paperbacks, 1984.

Overall, a very interesting book. It first examines how women have been
conditioned to not succeed in professional life, and then proceeds to
discuss techniques to break out of this conditioning. As a male, I
think I've had my consciousness raised, and the techniques seem to
be plausible and rationale, even "common-sense" once you've been
introduced to them. Highly recommended for guys and gals.
