Does anyone know a source from which De Re Atari is available? The Atari Program Exchange, which once sold the book, is reportedly no longer in existence. It was also excerpted in Byte in 1981/82, but that series of articles is probably not as complete as the book. I'm surprised that there are no advertisements in Antic or Analog from someone who feels the need to provide the Atari user community with this seemingly invaluable document. If there is no commercial source, I'll have to find a local Atari expert who would be willing to loan me the book.
