He has also flip-flopped (twice!) on whether he will return to NYC voluntarily to face charges there. The hero has no clothes. Or something like that... My opinion (no doubt you are breathlessly waiting to hear) is that this guy, whoever he is, has a right to defend himself and if he were threated by ``street scum'' brandishing weapons then the matter at hand is deciding if his shooting all four of them was necessary to maintain his safety.
