In this respect, they were acting just like any other vendor that is trying to sell a service or product. I think I would scream bloddy murder at the ice cream parlor for selling my name if it happened to me. It pisses me off when magazines do this. I really appreciate the magazines that now send me a form to be sent back asking if I would like to have my name on their "sold" list.
