I, for one, *am* willing to be a moderator of a newsgroup.  (Does a FW
for a Conference Tree count as experience?)  But is ncoast! close enough
to the backbone of the net to be host to a moderated newsgroup?

Perhaps others feel this way.  It's a big net.  (Which is, in the end,
what caused all this.)
