In this case, the "victim" was assuredly *not* Goetz. Are you not angry
at a mugger who shoots someone for 10 bucks? From the facts as they appear
in the NY papers (from the Post to the Times) Goetz was not actually mugged,
threatened or attacked, only harassed. Granted that New Yorkers in general
and subway riders in particular are under stress (:-), but it looks to me
that Goetz greatly overreacted.
