At about 1800Z on 1/15/85, the unidentified "feedback" signal was still
going strong.

For the first time since I began monitoring the frequency (sporadic
basis since Christmas vacation), what sounded like a SPREAD SPECTRUM
signal also appeared, centered around this frequency.

On past occasions, males speaking Spanish on lsb could be heard under
the "feedback" signal on 14.563 MHz.

Now I'm certain that these signals are not used for commerce.
