For the first time since I began monitoring the frequency (sporadic basis since Christmas vacation), what sounded like a SPREAD SPECTRUM signal also appeared, centered around this frequency. On past occasions, males speaking Spanish on lsb could be heard under the "feedback" signal on 14.563 MHz.
