I have second thoughts about posting files that are available to a wide number of people elsewhere, but I received several particular requests for it. I would be curious about reader's perception of the benefit of duplicating the postings on other networks. Further there is probably a choice to be made in the near future about how long programs should reside in the dirrectory, and It would be best if there was a simple rule about this.
