Actually a better scenario is that if you want to send mail to the
houxm.UUCP, you connect to the UUCP domain name server host.  It returns
you the address of the most appropriate relay machine.  After it gets
plopped onto the relay mahine, the rest of your message about what the
relay host decides to do with the message holds.
