Any > suggestions will be welcome. > Scuba / snorkel destination I'd suggest Cayman Brac - one of the Cayman Island group. The Brac Reef hotel is new, nice and not too expensive. Food is good too. First rate snorkeling off the beach. Island's only dive operation - a very well run one - uses the dock next to the hotel. No windsurfing that I'm aware of, and the scenery is the pits.
