Answer the add. Ask for $20 bucks postage(or something reasonable). 
Give plausible explanation like you work for such and such and the company
can use it as a writeoff. Then send hime some nice pictures of the 
equipment he asked for. Making a tidy profit. Or just take the money and
run.
