I can't agree with Greg enough. I've recently come through a situation
where the only action I could do was cry, and the crying let me cope with
enough of the pain and the grief to get back on my feet and work it all
out. The only other alternative is a chemical rebalancing (tranqs or some
other form of deadening) or simply going bonkers. Of all the choices, I
find crying the most helpful (and the least dangerous-- worst you get is
funny looks...). I should also point out that crying isn't always enough--
sometimes you need to be with people you care with while you cry. You can't
always do it alone...
