       Questions Please:


           1.   If you buy a fix-up property and physically make it
                look like your primary residence, what is the least
                time limit you can keep the house before selling?


           2.   Are repairs and/or construction on the property
                deleted off selling price?


           3.   What rate is the taxable income subject to?
