Wrong again!  The witnesses have been very supportive.  They
said the punks were making trouble and being harrassing.
Without them, he'd be up the creek.  Eight of the people on
the subway volunteered to come in and help him out with
the case.  Those who know NY know how rare that kind of 
involvement is.
