The netnews recapitulation time continues to shrink...] The lseek.2 manual entry in 4.2 BSD is wrong. It has been changed (here and at Berkeley) to describe the 'offset' argument and return value as being type 'off_t', consistent with their use in the kernel (as Chris points out). The lint library entry has been changed accordingly.
