RESULT: MATCH DRAWN  SERIES TIED, 1 MATCH APIECE (1DRAWN)

England earned the accolades of the crowd on the fifth day when they continued
to play the match, as opposed to India, who attempted to stiffle it.

In Australia, the West Indies, led by Desmond Haynes' 123 not out, beat
Australia by 7 wickets in the first World Series match.  These matches are
one day matches played between Australia and two touring sides each winter.
Sri Lanka is the third side this year.

Sri Lanka beat Queensland in a one day international on a faster scoring rate.
