I bought my drive almost a year ago, and only received 2 out of the 3 promised programs. A friend of mine bought one even earlier, and only had one of them included. After filling out the warranty card (which promised delivery of programs when available), we have heard nothing from Indus. We have heard from other sources that the third program is now available. My question is this: has anyone heard about the promised SynchroMesh, which would speed up the functioning of the drive? Any information on this topic would be much appreciated.
