DISCO:	An obnoxious form of music in a hardly subtle 4/4 tempo.
Each heavily accented quarter note is driven home with
drums, bass, hammers, etc. with no room for variation.
The metronome timing is now part of the recognized "DISCO
standard" and set at 128 beats per minute.
A label is to be placed on each DISCO record to warn of
the permanent brainwashing effect this music might have
	on small children and dogs.

This was reprinted, without permission, from the "DISCO Gazette
quarterly", Vol 2, No 4. in an article entitled "DISCO and its
place in the shrubs".
Seriously, I have to confess that I took a liking to Manhattan
Transfer's "Twilight Tone" (Twilight Zone theme) and this
could be classified as DISCO. Nobody's perfect.
