Chicago - Computer Science Lines: 13 There have been a number of messages about how MacPascal's copy protection scheme can cause apparent failure of the disk. The problem seems to be particularly severe when a MacPascal is used on several different machines, e.g., in teaching. One simple solution is to use good 'ole Copy II to revive dead MacPascal disks. (Copy a good MacPascal disk to the dead MacPascal disk.) It works. It is within the spirit (I'm not a lawyer, so I can't comment as to the letter) of the MacPascal license. I hope this is helpful (and legal). It's certainly an ethical, effective, and inexpensive solution. Stu a.k.a. ihnp4!gargoyle!stuart
