An examination of the last three seasonal Heathkit catalogs
indicates that Heathkit has decided to do away with their high-
end stereo kits. I come to that conclusion since two seasons
ago, the catalog had all of the Pro-series components and the
catalog distributed last season had the audio tuner kit
replaced with another manufacturer's preassembled product
(without having offered their usual last-chance warning in the
preceding issue either.)

This season's catalog has the pre-amp kit replaced and the rack-
mount cabinet displayed as a last-chance item.

This means that they will probably sell other manufacturer's
products as a component system, but these will all be
preassembled.
