A "serving" of "lights" has as many calories, and everything (except small differences in sodium and potassium) as FRITOS "Regular Size" corn chips. The difference is, each "light" chip weighs less than a "Regular Size" chip. Hey, now I know why they float out of the bag and pile up on the ceiling like that!
