In looking at what commercial versions offer, I find that many boast full compatibility with the 1525 printer. Short of buying the printer to get the manual, can anyone out there explain what constitutes 1525 compatibility? I'm NOT looking for hardware info on the serial bus. What I need to know about are any applicable secondary addresses and special characters that are interpreted as printer commands. Any info or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
