senator barry goldwater,  k7uga,  has  introduced  two  amateur
related  bills  into  the  99th congress.  senate resolution 36
asks the fcc to act favorably on federal preemption for amateur
antenna  systems,  and  senate  resolution  66  would amend the
communications act of 1934 to  prohibit  willful  or  malicious
interference  to  radio  communication.   both  bills need your
