Summary:

Does anybody out there have an algorithm or program for converting an
arbitary Gregorian date to a Chinese (lunar) calendar date? Calendar
makers in the east seen to know the algorithm. I would like to too.

Thanks in advance. I would be happy to forward answers to interested
parties or post to the net.
