Statistics, The punks will spend much of their life in prison for major crimes. What exactly was the records of these 4 punks. - - > Do you normally walk around with sharpened screwdrivers ? - - Do you normally walk aroun with a .38? I personally do not. Based on his personal experience, Mr. Goetz thought it was necessary to carry a gun to insure his safety on the NYC subways. He definitely should be prosecuted for possession since the gun was not registered. He should also be prosecuted for leaving the scene of the crime. - - > Next, Why don't the 4 have jobs ? What were they doing on the subway - > at that time ? - - What was Goetz doing on the subway at the time? Didn't he have a job? Mr. Goetz was a respected businessman and I am quite sure he was going to some legitimate place. The 4 punks were "hanging out". Mark
