Okay, now I'm offended.  I'm not sure where you get off drawing a parallel
between women as a group and wasps as a group.  It seems to me that groups
that are institutionally disfranchised deserve not only the space to
commune, but also a measure of protection.  (If these groups weren't on
the outside in the first place there would clearly be *no* need for
net.*.only.)  Sorry, this probably doesn't include wasps.  They have plenty
of their own space already :-)
