This may be too late, but I'd like to suggest that a different name be found,
for the reason that the name "esper" could conflict with a possible newsgroup
for discussing ExtraSensory Perception.  Well, sorry, this is the first thing
I thought of when I saw "esper"--probably comes from having read too much
science fiction as a juvenile (especially Andre Norton and Alan E. Nourse).
