You seem to be saying It's all right for them to mug so that they can have luxurys! They *do* have a means of getting that, it's called *work*! Granted jobs aren't easy to find, but if they made an effort to make themselves presentable I'm sure they could at least get a job in a convience store or doing assembly work or something.
