	I would relax if we could be sure of having "USENET, as it is" after
stargate went into effect.  There has been NO mention of continuing any service
other than:

	Basicly, this means all sites call stargate, stargate transmits.
The argument can then be raised at many of the backbone sites, "Why have
any service other than stargate?".  If enough of the backbone sites drop
all but stargate service, there goes the unmoderated portion of the net.
	In any case, I think that this discussion should be moved to
net.news.
