For one thing, adultery != wanting to make love to somebody (now perhaps,
adultery == wanting to fsck somebody, but I'm talking about making love here,
no lust intended).

I am not advocating that anybody go to bed with somebody who they are not mar-
ried to. What I was trying to say above is that the sin is the lustful
thought, however God still loves the sinner (but hates the sin). It is not
*acceptable* but God will forgive it anyhow, if the sinner acknowledges his
sin. (If you want to hear more about this, let's continue it in net.religion
please.)

Again, I never said that such activity was ok. It isn't. However, you have
got to understand that God forgives man's sins. (More discussion in net.relig-
ion.)

What I was trying to say here is that a person's going to have lustful thoughts
no matter what religion they are -- that's because all have sinned and fall
short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23).

>> Don't you think married Christians go to bed with their mates?

Nope, he's not married. I don't think you should equate having sex with some-
one as a sin (that's what you did in your original article) and I was pointing
out that it's OK to have sex with your spouse.

>> Some unmarried ones do too, probably, but I won't get into that :-)

> Yes, but with who's wives?

No one's wives! They have sex with other unmarried people.

I'm not going to say anything else on this subject in this newsgroup. It's
to be followed up in net.religion (note the header) so PLEASE don't continue
this discussion here!
