If you want to talk about diminished role capacity, how about Kavi Raz, who
plays the Indian anethes.. or, the guy who puts 'em under :-).  He used to
be in the credits, and now he has a walk-on, non-speaking role (except for
maybe "His blood pressure's going down...").

As to the point of Jack being a "quack"... that's the point the show is
trying to address, re does a poor medical educational program imply that the
person is a quack?
