Lines: 39 I just recieved my upgraded 512K Mac back from Mass Tech they did a fine job, they even put in sockets for the 256K DRAMs!, It took exactly one week from the time that I entrusted my Mac to the post office to get accross country and get upgraded until the time I got my Mac back. Total cost $499 + 3.22 postage. I highly recommend this outfit. If you have a cheap source of 256K DRAMs they will upgrade your Mac for only $150. They pay postage one way they also give you a tool to take your Mac apart (about a 10 minute operation) and a disk with a public domain RAM disk. Mass. Tech. Development Labs Inc. 451 Boston, Groton, MA 01450, (617) 448-3450 (call them first) Now that I finally have my 512K Mac I want to use the extra memory as a RAM disk for the Manx C compiler. My problem I transfered over the editor and the C compiler to the RAM disk and then brought up the Manx shell. However, when I inserted the Manx Key disk the system hung. Has anybody tried using the Manx compiler with a RAM disk? Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could use a RAM disk and this compiler?
