He is perhaps better known as the author of the "Telzey Amberdon" stories. Unfortunately, he died a number of years ago, leaving no sequel to Witches (which badly needs one). If you are interested in his other work, I would recommend the two "Telzey" books I know of in print (many other Telzey stories were in Analog magazine 15 or 20 years ago).
