[i have with me mr. stephen beck, former software engineer at exxon
office systems, princeton. (or is that software engineer at former
exxon office systems?) mr. beck, could you answer a couple questions
for us?]

fire away.

Exxon Office systems down, meaning no more!?!

that's right, bucko.

Does that mean just in Princeton?

the world.

	The entire staff or partial?

they kept only the incompetents. [deeper probing reveals his meaning:
they closed all of manufacturing and development, there never was a
research division, but they preserved the management structure.]

	Or does that mean everywhere/everybody as in HQ: Stanford,CT;
	Clinton, NJ; wherever else?

HQ is still going strong, there never was anything in clinton.
princeton is dead, as is lionville pa.

How come it wasn't in the Wall ST/NY Times?

they both wrote us off on november 20, so it's old news. their only
interest was in the humiliation factor should some texan named bubba
buy us, but even he wouldn't touch it.

[thank you mr. beck. what will you do with yourself now?]

as you know, i'm here today [princeton university] abasing myself in
search of a job.

[well good luck to you.]
