It's been bundled into a package call "Documentor's Workbench" and costs about $7K. If you have a license, I believe that at UCBezerkeley they have a version of it that runs on their systems. They may be prevailed to give you their BSD modified version. (However, I don't believe we had any problems porting it to BSD.) -- David C.
