Kittens and breasts are quite different.

(1)	Kittens are soft, warm and furry.  Breast are soft and warm,
	but (usually) not furry.

(2)	Kittens need to be fed every day.  Breasts don't.  (Don't be
	misled by the term "breast-feeding".)

There are other differences, too.  Consult a veterinarian if you're
still confused.
