Would we significantly reduce the chance of getting an obscenity-type lawsuit if we encrypted all the news? Would the same argument used for rotated jokes in net.jokes work when dealing with the sorts of people interested in ``protecting us all'' from such things? [for those of you who stopped reading net.jokes before rotation, the argument goes, you can't object to it 'cause you rotated it.
