After hearing many people "bad-mouth" System 5 and/or 4.2, I would like
to know what the real differences are between them.

I figure they come in two distinct flavours:

1)	User interface differences
2)	Kernel differences

How about a nice, polite discussion (flames to $HOME or ~ ) regarding
the pros and cons of each?
