In general, inflatable breasts would solve most of the problems
and complaints that are manifested in the breast of today.

Given that cosmetic breast surgery is the most common operation
performed in the U.S today, (yes tonsilectmies are now a close second)
it would allow the women who feel dissatisfied with their current breast
situation to add or subtract from their endowment.

If a woman went out with a real breast fanatic, she could the
woman could just pump up her breast and let him/her have a field-day.

When out jogging, the breasts could be deflated and stored
comfortably out of the way.

For humors sake, one could be larger than the other.

When out boating, they could be inflated with air and used as a
PFD (Personal Floatation Device).

Given that men can now have inflatable penises implanted,
equality dictates that women should be offered something of comperable
value.
