I think that a large percentage of the people here will agree
that everybody needs somebody. I like to think of myself as self-sufficient
and able to exist wholly on my own, but the truth is that I need others
sometimes. I am often much happier when I am with friends. Sure, I can
(and do) spend time by myself, and there are times when I *need* to just go
off by myself, but when I have a choice, I usually prefer to be with others,
particularly those whom I call 'friends'.
A need for acceptance is fine, if it doesn't turn into a need for
acceptance by *everyone* (after all, not everyone is going to accept you).

	Everyone *likes* to be needed.
