How many ways can there be in common use to scramble a TV signal, anyway? The cable company has to buy their unscrambler boxes from somebody (I doubt they make them themselves), and if you can buy a cable tuner from Jerrold (the same ones the cable company rents you) why is an unscrambler box any different?
