If the pieces are truly that small (which from the things you've tried
already, it sounds like they are) try vacuuming the clothes.  Also, a good
clothes brush just might loosen the glass particles.  Put masking tape over
the places where there is glass, and the glass might stick to the tape.  If
there is still glass left in the clothes, ask a reputable dry cleaner to deal
with it for you.
