One of the women I date is gay.  I didn't know this when I
asked her out for the first time, and in retrospect that was
probably for the better.  In ignorance I got to know her as
herself before the issue of her sexuality was raised, and
I find that it doesn't make any difference to me.  We  have
a lot of fun together.  If she had hit me over the head with
"By the way I'm a lesbian" the first time I called her up,
the outcome might have been much less satisfying.
