It's the people who are at fault; folks who demand perfection from corporations and other entities (who themselves aren't so perfect) are the folks that keep these lawyers up to their ears in cash settlement dollars. They keep the prices of our consumer goods sky-high (yes, all of you who buy Eveready batteries will be paying for what happened in Bhopal, India).
