I've written a few menu- driven packages, and they all work well, except for the inter- mittent error of too many files being open... I'm aware of the fact that if the USE command is issued without an argument, all open files should be closed, but even this tactic doesn't seem to work. Is anyone aware of a different approach to this problem, or has anyone found a way around it? Please send your responses to me at CRDC, and I'll forward the solution to the net, if there is one. Thanks, JACK H. SMITH
