In early October I issued a query about the 85' Pontiac
Grand Am and some of you asked me to report what I ended
up doing. After combing the west side of Chicago Pontiac
dealers, I found that there was quite a range of prices
and cooperative spirit. The look was worth the effort
because I saved about 1k. So all you price guaging victims
take note. The car itself has the look of cars 5-7k more
expensive. I found no problems upon delivery whatsoever.
The only thing negative I could say about the car is that
the tail light bulbs are hard to replace. The dealer promised
the car in 6 weeks and we got it in 5 !! It looks like GM
is trying to get it's shit together at last.
