I've had good luck getting old manuals from Zeiss themselves (I succeeded for
both a Contax IIIg and an old Contessa). They have an office in NYC, and
that will usually get it forwarded to Germany. I don't have the address at
hand, though; look for one of their microscope ads in Scientific American,
or such. Be sure to send both the model name and the serial number.

Be prepared, though, if it's an old camera, the manual may only exist in 
German!
