It would be time to buy some Hallmark stock.  Most Jews that I know,
from New York, do not send Hanukah cards.  Sending Hanukah cards is
not part of our tradition nor a religious obligation.  The few Jews
who do send me Hanukah cards are usually so assimilated that they barely
know that they are Jewish.  They are also the ones who buy Hanukah bushes.
