Yeah, and what other corporation spends whatever it wants with no regard to how much money is available, then tries to get back at least half of it's overspending by raising prices (taxes) and still manages to be billions and billion of buckos in debt. And then wonders why the consumer (taxpayer) thinks something is wrong.
