	Chocolate Chip Cookies
	(a little different variation)

	ingredients

1/2 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup+ flour (glass measuring cup filled to the top)
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup choc chips

Cream together the butter and brown sugar, add egg, vanilla and
mix, add honey. (I usually don't measure honey it's to messy !!!)

measure flour and baking soda (I usually just mix the soda
in with the flour)

Add flour and soda to batter a little at a time and mix.
It should be stiff.
Add choc chips.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 5-8 mins at 375 F.

For those of you who like your cookies warm !!!
I always make up only enough to eat and store the
batter in the fridge

			Enjoy
