Here's a bit of an oldie.  It is still all too true.



A woman to her butcher:  "How dare you charge $6.00/pound for pork chops.
Why, the butcher down the street is only charging $2.50/pound."

Butcher:  "Well, then.  Why don't you just buy your pork chops there?"

Woman:  "He's out of pork chops."

Butcher:  "Well, when I'm out of pork chops, my price is $2.50/pound, too."
