Try again... Nah, after you pull the valves (to stop it from going away!) you call the towtruck. Now it will cost the fool more because they'll need extra equipment on the truck. I suppose one could be charged with vandalism, but I doubt that the guy would have the gall to press charges ("You see your honor, I was illegally parked in the handicapped spot when this man removed the valves from my tires."), but even if he did, I doubt that the jury would convict. rick
