Phila., Pa. Lines: 21 Hi, I usually use prof to profile my code. Just for the hell of it, I decided to use gprof. I gave cc the '-pg' flag, and got the message "Cannot open gcrt0.o". I checked /lib and /usr/lib. No joy! I looked in /usr/src/lib, /usr/src/ucb/gprof, etc. In a fit of desperation, I even grepped for gcrt0 in all the Makefiles in /usr/src/lib/libc. I couldn't find any reference to it. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. We are running 4.2 BSD. Regards, -- Binayak Banerjee {allegra | astrovax | bpa | burdvax}!sjuvax!bbanerje P.S.
