This is my favorite recipie. Sugar Cookies 4 c. flour 3 eggs 2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp vanilla 2 c. sugar 1 c. butter Sift dry ingedients; cut in butter; stir in eggs and vanilla. Mix with hands and form into a large ball. Wrap and refrigerate 12 hours. Break off a chunck and roll *very* thin (~ 0.1"). Cut with cookie cutter and sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake 5 minutes. The secret is to not make them too thick and to bake until just before the edges turn brown. This makes them nice and crispy. -Bill Randle Tektronix, Inc. tektronix!tekred!billr (uucp) tekred!billr@tektronix (CSnet) tekred!billr.tektronix@csnet-relay (ARPA)
