The velcro trick was used in 2001 in the Pan Am flight to the space station (and
perhaps not as obviously in part 2 of the flight, to the moon). Remember the
stewardess (her hair in a all wrapped up) walking up a wall in a circular
portal to enter a differently-oriented corridor? It was not obvious in the
movie that she had velcro on her feet, but that is what it was.

Second, in 2010, I forgot to mention one seen I really liked -- when the two
first entered the Discovery, and Alexi pulled up his visor. I found I was
really into what that must have been like -- 9-year-old cold air in a ship
loating in space -- with rotten food! Together with the pant-pant scene that
precedes it, this was one of the best parts of the movie for me.
