Who knows of a FORTRAN - C converter?

I have info on one called FORTRIX-C. Has anyone used it? Is it any good?
Are there any others?

I have 30,000 lines of code to convert over the next two years. Should I be
doing this by hand? Will a converter produce good enough code to be worth the
price (FORTRIX-C is $2000)?

Thankxxx
