A little farmboy shows up late one morning at his rural school.
The teacher is quite irritated.  "Why are you late, young man?"
she snaps. 

"Well," says the boy, "I hadda do my chores first.  I hadda
take the cow to be serviced."

"Couldn't your father have done that?" asks the teacher.

"Sure," says the kid, "but the bull does it better."
