It seems to me that what's really needed is a new Icon Editor. I have
been hearing that the Resource Editor will solve all of our problems and
that it's coming REAL SOON NOW. Judging from Apple's rate of producing
software, i think it's time for someone to write a real Icon Editor.
It's interface should be like Apple's but it should work. It should also
be able to make a file with the icon in it as a resource in the resource
fork so all you need is RMover. It'd be nice to have it generate ICN#
too! And be public domain. I may try it, but I'm not sure I know enough
or have the time.
