I don't think the hackers are annoyed or worried that there seem to be
fewer and fewer of them nowdays. Hackers enjoy being an elite group. They
also enjoy challenges. The harder the administration tries to shut them
down the more they will enjoy it. Don't expect them to become extinct.
Expect them to become invisible.
