or, as I alluded to in past responses, the window frame is rusted out.
Does your car have a vinyl roof?  These trap water around the window
which eventually leads to rust.  Try stuffing silicon rubber compound
around that seal and make sure that it is smooth before it dries.
   My Impala leaks onto the back deck.  It leaks everywhere else, too
for that matter.  But my rear window frame is absolutely gone, also.
These window leaks are almost impossible to solve unless you are
willing to yank the window and rebuild the frame.
