I always thought that was what net.music was for.  Or at least a forum
for musicians and the like.  Unfortunately it turned out to be 
electronic 'Cream' magazine.  I'd love to see a REAL net.musician
or similar that would be for the discussion of computer/musical
etc.

Things I DON'T want to see in a group like that are:

1. Lists of favorite bands/lyrics/stereo equip/concerts/lp's/videos etc.

2. Critiques,tirades,inquiries,reviews etc. of any of the items mentioned
   above.

Things I would like to see in a group like that are:

1. Discussions of computer synthesis algorythms.

2. Discussions of features of commercially available synthesis hardware.

and I wouldn't even mind:

3. Discussions of features of commercially available musical instruments
   (not necessarily synthesizers etc.).
