They've been on tour in the states for 2 months, so this info is not quite up to date. Phil Cunningham is doing well and playing keyboards again -- he still has limited use of his 3rd finger, but the doctors say that he should regain use of it eventually. His arm is in a soft cast. And now for some even better news -- Silly Wizard will be doing a reunion tour (including Johnny Cunningham) in the spring. They will be starting on the West Coast at the end of April or beginning of May. There will a new live album released at the same time (on Shanachie in the states). Watch your local media for details. And for you SF Bay Area folks who missed Haddon, Rothfield, and Carr last night -- you missed a good show. Plowshares is currently the only place in the Bay Area where you can pick up Jane and Allan's record "There and Back" -- it was released in the UK on Robin Morton's Temple Records but hasn't been distributed in the US because Temple-US accidentally used the same catalog number for a different record. Also, Jane, Allan, and Martin have recorded a new record that will be released in the spring (available in the US on Shanachie). -- David Brown (415) 945-2199 Varian Instruments 2700 Mitchell Dr. Walnut Creek, Ca. 94598 {zehntel, amd, fortune, resonex}!varian!david
