The situation appears to be that Apple is on the Internet through CSNET-PDN.
Perhaps someday we will be able to get software by FTP.  My attempts to
telnet and FTP so far result in timeouts or "destination unreachable".

Thanks for the overwhelming response.  Everyone else's host table entry
looks just like ours (amazing, huh?) :
