I don't know how the current DC comic's version of "Star Trek" is
accepted in the ST universe but they are now running a multi-issue story
about the mirror universe. We haven't met the Klingons there yet but we
are supposed to next issue when both Spocks go before them to ask for
help for our Kirk's fight against the Empire. From this I would guess
that the mirror Klingons are at least semi nice guys. The last issue
did tell us that the Empire and the Romulans fought the same Earth-
Romulan war a hundred years ago but that the Romulans won and conquered
the Earth. The Earthlings revolted and chased off the Romulans, but
this is what makes them so mean. This storyline has been interesting,
Kirk even had the mirror Enterprise for a while. And you would never
guess who is leading the rebellion against the Empire on the mirror
Earth.
