You can't get the ACLU to fight MTV because (last I heard) MTV is a private corporation that has the right to air or not air whatever they choose. They can cite reasons ranging from "it doesn't sell" to "we just don't like it" and there's nothing you can do about it except complain, boycott, and publicize your complaint. There are no civil liberties involved. If there's more to it than that (like they are being banned by local governments from playing in an area or something) you might be able to do something about it. I couldn't say; I'm not a lawyer.
