I would like to hear from netters who have been to Southern Mexico,
specifically Oaxaca, Palenque, Villahermosa and Mexico City. I would
like the usual tips, e.g., must do, should do, must see, should see, and
avoid.

Our itinenary (12/28/84 - 1/6/85) looks like it will be:

Mexico City - one day
Oaxaca - four days
Palenque - four days (flights in and out of Villahermosa)

Presently we are planning to visit the National Museum of Anthropology,
Monte Alban, and Mitla. I would especially like to hear from anyone who
has taken a recent excursion to Yaxchilan, Bonampak, and/or Lacanja.

Even though our trip has an archaeology/nature theme, I welcome any and
all suggestions.

However, please omit all lines that contain the word "disco" :-)
