It is unfortunate that the case is no longer so clean and clear cut as it was. If Tcimpidis did actually put that humber up, or knew it was there, then we're in a different ball game than if things are as he says. On the other hand, it isn't all that clear that Tcimpidas had any real motive to put the number up; and, after all, it's not beyond the bounds of credibility that some third party who knew the one knew the other; even that some other former or current employee posted the number. Is it at all possible that whoever did it MET Tcimpidas while Tcimpidas was employed with the number's owner? And so forth. I do wish it had stayed clean, thouhg. Query--did Dvorak REALLY get the info from the phone company? Do you KNOW this? I'd love to have proof of that...
