    OK, now let's get to reality...GLCMs would take several HOURS to reach
    their targets, which are most likely NOT anywhere in the Soviet Union
    to begin with.  Pershings are probably six to ten minutes from their
    targets which, again, are probably in Eastern Europe and NOT the USSR.

    A cruise missile targeted six minutes from its launcher in the UK would
    land in the Channel, while those in Belgium or the Netherlands would
    land, at farthest, in the Ruhr...
