I am trying to transfer files over a 1200 baud modem between the PC
and a CDC 7600. Unfortunately the CDC doesn't have KERMIT. Any
suggestions? One thing that might work is a program that accepts
stuff coming from the asynchronous port and puts it in a file, and
another that sends a file out through the port. This wouldn't be
as convenient as kermit, but would suffice.

I am peshkin@cmu-cs-a@csnet-relay, and peshkin@cmucsa on bitnet via WISCVM,
and peshkin@cmu-cs-a.arpa

Thanks for your help.
