It is a very enjoyable fruity, semi-dry wine. I have had it with food and by itself. It goes for about $6.50 for the 1.5 litre bottle. Let me take this chance to sing the praises of all the wines from this small NY state winery. All of the ones I have had (7) have been some of the best wines I have ever tasted. They are all inexpensive and not plagued by the usual "make it taste like Concord" mentality of this state's wineries. They also make the only true dry Rose that I have ever been able to find. If it's available where you are, grab any bottle from Chateau Esperanza! P.S. If anyone would be interested in the results of a recent trip to small NY state Finger Lake's wineries, let me know. If the demand is there, I will post a report. *** REPLACE THIS LINE WITH YOUR MESSAGE ***
