I've also ordered some stuff from PC Network (for my PC), and got it
eventually, but it took some badgering.  They seem to have a tremendous
backlog of orders, because their customer service line is always busy
(it took me 2 days to get through at one point).  Once you get through
they're fairly helpful, but it takes a while.  They're cheap (but not as
cheap as they look after you add the 8% above "cost"+3% credit card+2%
shipping)but expect a few hassles...
