I chose the A1 because of LED display for the meter (I can see my settings better in low light) and the general "feel" of the camera (as well as manufacturer's reputation). Others will say the same about why they chose the Super Program, etc., etc. The answer? You have to play with all of them and choose for your own reasons. You will be using this camera, not us. And they are ALL good cameras.
