Geez.  We have 7 VAX 780s running VMS, and 1 780 running 4.2 BSD Unix.  I've
been using VMS for about 3 years, and Unix for about 4 months.  I'm sure you
won't be surprised that I find Unix infinitely more pleasurable and
productive.  As for his claim about the VMS documentation, I can only say
that I waded through that worthless muck for weeks for naught - at only one
place in the mire did it say that yes, I could, in fact do what I was trying
to do, but nowhere did it tell me how.
