Does anyone out there have information and/or sources relating to
Ethernet terminal concentrators?
Is it reasonable to configure a VAX 11/785 supporting 40-80 users with
all tty stuff going down the Ethernet to 5-10 terminal concentrators?
(This theoretical machine would theoretically be running 4.2 BSD.)
Any details of hardware would be very welcome too.
Does anyone know whether such an Ethernet configuration would be
supported by Network Research Corp.'s Fusion software, since we
already have this running on a couple of Codata CTW-300 unix machines.
