I've received a pile of messages from people asking if I found a copy
of the X.25 specs online. Well, yes, and no. I found:

1) A "higher" level doc describing the X.25 world from the standpoint
of the ARPA Internet (in at SRI-NIC).

2) A "lower" level doc (more like what I was looking for, but not
quite) that described X.25 as modified by hams for packet radio
   work.

In other words, I didn't find what I was really searching for, but
there are some other docs around.

I'll let everyone know if I find any others, since interest seems
to be high on this topic.

Thanks much to everyone who responded.
