I've been wanting to hit on that very subject! Thanks for reminding
me (really been too busy with year-end bullshit, etc.).

I thought the Sponge was going to be heaven sent (or should it be scent) :):)
After using it several times I'm GREATLY disappointed. I developed an
infection to end all infections. This was back in
February. So I went to my gyn and he tells me (without doing
a test of *any* sort) that I've contracted trichomoniasis
which, he said, was a venerial disease. I says, "But doc, I'm
married and there's no way...." you know the rest and he
insists that it was a mild form of VD, and the only way
to get it was through intercourse with someone infected.
BULLSHIT! It turned out to be nothing more than a reaction
(a form of vaginitius) from those damn sponges.
But anyway, still hoping it wasn't the sponge, I took the
prescribed medication (28.00 worth!!) and tried the sponge again.
Another infection. (By now it's getting
close to my vacation... par for the course (no pun intended).

Well, to make a long story short I can't use them.
I tried at least 3 times and each time I got an
immediate infection.

Hope the info helps.
