Ken . . . PISS OFF!!!

On net.flame yet you have trouble with 'nit' and 'slug'? What are you, some
kind of sissy?

Words are indeed 'performative', that is how I use them. "Fire for effect!"

Look, sorry if you don't like the way I talk. But that's too bad. If you see
a straight line from 'nit' and 'slug' to 'untermench' then I think you are
lacking any understanding of what happened or what could happen.

I suppose if I used stronger language you would have some kind of attack or
something. What world do you live on?

There is a richness in the language that you would have us all forgo for the
sake of some imaginary standard of politeness.

Relax, sit back and enjoy the differences of expression. Stop trying to
create 'peace' among debaters. One has to choose the hill on which one
makes his stand. Choose better.

I would agree with you if I were saying things like racial slurs, etc.,
but 'nit'??? Get lost.

So as not to leave you in pain (no doubt you ARE a fine upstanding person)
please accept my apology for not agreeing with you.

Regards,

Ken Arndt
