The mode switch allows you to switch in high or low pass filters as needed. With the low pass filter switched in the thing makes a great guitar amp. The 'swinging sound' tremolo uses filters and phase shifters in addition to amplitude modulation to get a sound more like that of a leslie speaker system on an organ. The unit is approximately 4'h x 20"w x 10"d, weighs about 100 lbs and is on casters. It is in very good condition. asking price: $350 (the JBL's alone are worth 250-300!)
