Today's "Family Circus" cartoon shows the little kid watching his mother put
out a three-branched candlestick on the dining room table, and saying to her,
"Mel Lazarus's family has us beat--they have a candlestick with SEVEN candles!"

Should I be pleased that Keane is trying to show the diversity of American
life, or upset that he doesn't even bother to check how many candles are in a
Hanukah menorah?  What do other people think about this?
