We are looking for 68000 in-circuit emulators that have Ethernet
interfaces. We'd like to develop, cross-compile/assemble and
simulate programs on some minicomputer host, and then download
the code into the emulator's memory, so we can debug the code in
the target system at full speed. I know of various emulators that
can be downloaded over RS-232 lines, but was wondering if anyone
knew of devices that had Ethernet interfaces.

	Thanks for any pointers!
