Well, the old Zenith console finally died and it's time
to start thinking about supplementing the fragile Panasonic.
I have been out of the market so long that I don't really
know what to look for in a new set. I can't afford a true
monitor, but I have been impressed by the "psuedo-monitors".
I especially like the 25" tubes in the 19" dimension cabinates.
I also hear good things about the new Toshiba systems. I have
a Sony VCR and a couple of audio speakers that could do double
duty. So where do I go from here? Bells and whistles are nice,
but price is best. I don't want to get into dying or untested
technology, but I also don't want something that won't be
adequate for tomorrow's viewing ( and listening? ) pleasure.

HELP!
