You might also look at the Daisy Personal Logician.  Daisy makes large CAE
workstations.  The Personal Logician is an IBM PC based version of their large
workstations.  The Personal Logician costs about $17,000.00 including an IBM
PC.  I haven't seen the Personal Logician yet, but I've seen the big
workstations Daisy makes.

I've also used the Dash 1 schematic capture package from Futurenet.  I think
P-CAD would be a better choice than the Dash 1.  The Dash 1 was rather painful
to use, and the P-CAD system looked much better.  I've only seen the P-CAD
system demonstrated though.  I haven't actually used it yet.
