One can obtain normal access by working at White Sands Missle Range and using their hardwired lines. Or one can request a guest account and hope they have dialup lines that you can call long distance. What I'm trying to put across is that the answer to your question is a theoretical yes and a practical no. White Sands (Simtel-20) is a government computer willing to dispense information to authorized users of a government network (the ARPANET). -KM< -------
