I do, based on what I have in my kitchen at any given time, what I think might taste good together, and the fact that I own very few cookbooks. I have developed a number of totally original recipes this way. If I someday publish a cookbook, I hope that people would buy it rather than publish the recipes worldwide, but I know it's not possible. Remember that cookbooks don't sell quite as well as, say, Steven King novels, so do what you can for them. -- --Heather Emanuel {allegra, decvax!brunix, linus, ccice5} rayssd!hxe -------------------------------------------------------------------- I don't think my company *has* an opinion, so the ones in this article are obviously my own. -------------------------------------------------------------------- "Such a foolish notion, that war is called devotion, when the greatest warriors are the ones who stand for peace."
