Anybody had the pleasure of hearing Phil Collins teamed with Phil
Bailey (sp?) on their top-40 style single "Easy Lover"? It appears
Phil has finally decided that he's not going to pretend anymore and
blatantly let us all know that he's really a top-40 kind of guy.
For those who haven't heard the tune, it sounds suspuciously like
a Kenny Loggins song - and to clarify for those who may appreciate
some of Kenny's better stuff: it sounds like a BAD Kenny Loggins song.
It has none of the strong rhythmical or emotional qualities that made
me appreciate Phil in the past. Oh wel, I think the subject line
says it all...
