The other day Ann Landers or Dear Abby had an article that said 40% of the children of teen-agers are deformed, retarded, or otherwise messed up, because of lack of pre-natal care, junk food, cigarettes and drugs, and the fact that many of the mothers are children themselves and are not biologically equipped to give birth. Instead of pro-life maybe the anti-abortion people should call themselves "pro-suffering." Isn't there some part of Christianity that makes suffering a good thing? That would explain it. -- scc!steiny Don Steiny - Personetics @ (408) 425-0382 109 Torrey Pine Terr. Santa Cruz, Calif. 95060 ihnp4!pesnta -\ fortune!idsvax -> scc!steiny ucbvax!twg -/
