It seems to me that quadraphonic is sneaking back into the realm of audio
equipment.  There seem to be a new breed of 'decoders' that create the
'theatrical' sound.  What they are, are simply 2 to 4 channel decoders (or
synthesizers, depending on source material), like the QS/SQ systems of a
decade ago, with an added delay line, and Dolby B decoding.
