Message-ID: <942@abnjh.UUCP> Date: Tue, 11-Dec-84 08:52:29 EST Article-I.D.: abnjh.942 Posted: Tue Dec 11 08:52:29 1984 Date-Received: Wed, 12-Dec-84 06:14:58 EST Organization: ATTIS, NJ Lines: 14 Xref: watmath net.audio:3674 net.music:5399 I am thinking of buying a YAMAHA PS-55 electronic keyboard. The problem is, I don't have a guitar amp to run it through. I was told by the salesman that I can run it through my stereo system with no problem, they will supply me with the proper cords. A friend of mine counters that my stereo speakers were not designed to handle the signals of the keyboard, and I might have problems, or be disappointed with the sound. Before I go out and blow money unneccesarily on a guitar amp, could someone please tell me whether or not my stereo system will be adequate for these purposes. Thanks. Jim Collymore
