Does anyone have suggestions as to hardware and software that can be bought or copied? Also, I'm a little stuck on how to do depth queueing. There are several approaches, e.g., stereo, 3d display devices, various shading approaches, but none I've thought of seem adequate, fast, and inexpensive.
