When you listed the shows that will be shown next week you
left one out. My reference is TV Guide magazine. They have Warriors of
the Deep scheduled for Friday December 7th. Other wise they agree with
your schedule. The reason for the unusual scheduling is that they are in
the middle of a fund raising drive. If you like watching Dr. Who and
are not a subscriber this is a good time to subscribe (Yes, I am a
subscriber). It is important what show you subscribe during because
they keep count of which shows get the most money into the station.
This year I wrote a letter explaining which shows I watch and which
shows I would like to see (such as K-9 and Company). This is a good
idea especially if you didn't subscribe during your favorite show or
if you have more than one favorite. When was the last time anyone
with any control over anything having to do with TV asked what shows
you watch. The Nielson's don't even know I'm alive, but I digress.
I was at the convention over the weekend and John Nathan Turner
replied that our stations don't have any Colin Baker episodes yet.
Someone even suggested that they show Dr. Who here immediately after
they show it in Britain but the American distributors for Dr. Who
don't like to buy the rights to shows like Dr Who one show at a time.
They only buy these shows in bulk. After the present season is over
there will be 30 some odd shows and maybe that will be enough.
Also many people have noticed that one Colin Baker show was at the end
of Peter Davison's last season. This show was not included in the latest
purchase. Dr. Who shows are lumped togeather by doctor not by season.
My guess would be that they time warp back to some older shows again
but this is only a guess right now. Channel 11 hasn't said yet one way
or another.

Oh those who over us from above, Please excuse any spelling
errors or the occasional sentence that isn't worded just right. It is late
on a Friday night and I should have gone home already.

The usual disclaimers follow:

I have no connection to Channel 11 or anyone else. The above
views are mine and you can't have them. ***Put your favorite disclaimer
here***.

Reality is just a crutch for people who can't handle Dr. Who
