C.S. Dept., St. John's Lines: 23 AS above, I'd liked to know how netters rate Boston Acoustic speakers, specifically the model just below the 400s, what you people think of the AR turntables and, also, the < $100 GRADO cartridges, in general what level of quality this whole line is. How do you people feel about the LAST line of record/stylus cleaners/preservates/etc. with respect to effectiveness, genuineness (Do they work at all?) and quality? AND, on top of that, for the times when I am not home and really would like some music to enlighten myself, what kind of a walkman type machine is recommended? Am I likely to have to purchase a substitute pair of (much?) higher quality headphones to get decent sound quality from the unit? If so, what companies make really adequate headphone units? A friend has some Koss Porta-Pros, which sound VERY nice, compared with the original Aiwa set which were (are) original equipment.
