Once there was a man who enjoyed drinking. Each night he'd go out,
drink a number of drinks and have a generally good time. He had one problem,
though. What went in one end had to leave from the other, as it were.

And because of the strength of the flow, this man was not well liked
by the local barkeeps. He'd go into the bathroom to relieve himself,
and would blow the urinal right off the wall! So the barkeeps in
town wouldn't let him use their bathrooms, and suggested that he use
the lamp post out back.

Then the utility company got on his case for knocking down their poles,
and suggested that he find another alternative, like just using the
road. So he did.

And the public works guys got tired of having to repave the road. And
suggested he urinate over the side of the bridge into the water below.

Well, as you can understand, this man was very depressed about what he was
forced to do. So he sat down in his apartment to think. And, of course,
had a beer while thinking. He wasn't a great thinker, and his cat kept
on bothering him (jumping on his lap, making noise, etc.).

So he threatened the cat that he'd get rid of it if it didn't stop
bothering him while he was thinking. The cat (not knowing english!)
ignored this advice until the man finally unzipped his pants, and
urinated on the cat, which blew the cat clear to the other side of town.

Now for the riddle:

What was the name of the town???

...

PISCATTAWAY, NJ....of course
