I don't know if this is going to the right place, but someone somewhere
down the line is sending all Info-Mac files to an invalid userid at
our node (CUNYVM). It is IHFCU with a hex A1 in front of the userid.
If this is not the correct place to be sending it to, could you please
try to find who creates the distribution list and let them know?  Note
that IHFCU without the leading hex A1 is a valid userid here.
