Not so fast there, Nick! You can't go blaming an opinion like
that solely on your friend Roberto Nararra. If you don't agree
with him, WHY ARE YOU POSTING HIS OPINION HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE?
I figure it's for one of three reasons (maybe four):

	a) Your bored with current net.comics talk and what to start
	    a heated argument.

	b) You just what to piss some of us off.

	c) You secretly agree with Roberto, but don't want to take
	    the heat.

	d) Roberto is standing there next to you as you post this note,
holding a revolver to your head.

Anyway, the opinion is just that, an opinion. It certainly doesn't
hold any water as comic-oriented religious dogma. It can be refuted
by any of the following statements:

	a) Some of us read "crap" like Secret Wars because we know it's
not going to last for ever, and we what to stay up to date
on what happens there because it may affect what happens in
other GOOD comics like The Fantastic Four and Spiderman.

	b) We read shitty artwork comics like New Mutants because the story
is still good and the current artist can't last forever.

	c) We read mediocre comics like X-Men because you don't desert an
old, dear friend just because he's sick. The X-Men stands head
and shoulders above most other comics even when it's mediocre.
Theres no reason to assume it won't pick up again.

	and finally . . .

	d) We read comics with "dumb characters" like Cerebus because even
at his worst, he makes some of us laugh. In my book, that's
pretty high praise, and more than many real people deserve.
