The day after it should have arrived, we called them and asked where it was. "We won't be able to ship that until next week." We cursed a little, until Federal Express showed up that afternoon with our compiler. Of course, to find Lifeboat Associates, you look under "Marine Supplies" in the NYC directory (unless that's been fixed).
