If you monitors use relatively standard RS-170/RS-343 signals there
exists a product called the NTSC-1 that will convert RGB to NTSC.
Remember that you can only reasonably do 512 line video signals although
the output of your Trash80 will probably not exceed the capability.
The company that makes it is Via Video of Silicon Valley.  There was
another NTSC converter that the people at JHU had on free trial but
it didn't stack up, so I can't remember what it was.
