Well, to paraphrase a paraphrase of Nikita K. in the "Missles of October": "If you have a gun you call it a defensive weapon. If someone points a gun at you, you call it offensive." Granted, different circumstances, but the message still makes sense to me. P.S. Someone (Albrecht?) stated that we can go after anyone fooling with the western hemisphere because of the Monroe Doctrine.
