From "Jouney to Babel": Spock's father was 102.?? years old.  Therefore,
Spock was probably younger.

From "The Deadly Years": Kirk insists that he is only 34 years old.  Add
the years before STII:WOK, and you understand why, in that movie, he was
celebrating his 50th birthday.
