Unfortunately, this is not correct; if teams are 1-1, go down to next category
(division record);  it does not matter if the to games were 6-7 and 73-0
(unless of course you get down to the point differential categories).  Also
the common opponents applies only if there are more than 4 (maybe 5) common
opponents.
