Unfortunately, the version distributed by Wollongong is still using the 4.1c BSD rwho packet format (which is rejected by 4.2 hosts). When the 4.2 upgrade is distributed by Wollongong [it will be for VMS 4.0] the correct rwho packets will be generated and accepted.
