For anyone who's interested, I just went through the 3 standard INIT
resources.  They are:

	INIT 0:	The standard keyboard configuration, and code to
		to install it.
	INIT 1:	The standard numeric keypad configuration, and code
		to install it.
	INIT 2: The standard ds alert table, and code to install it.

So unless I missed something, the system heap size isn't determined
by an INIT resource.
