This is no too surprising since I only see about 3 or 4 articles a week in this newsgroup, but I would appreciate hearing from anyone with an opinion on this. If you sent me a mail message, thank you and please try again with a different message or post the message to this group. Thanks, B.J. ============================================================================ There does not seem to be much activity in this newsgroup, but I hope there are enough people listening to answer this question. I collect coins, or rather I did until I went to college. At that time I left my coin collection at home and have not done much with it. I am now interested in working with it again after 8 years. Part of the collection is a large number of foreign coins. They are mostly cataloged using Yeoman's *Modern World Coins* and *Current Coins of the World*. Since I don't have a copy of CCotW and my copy of MWC dates from 1974 I need to get a new reference. What should I use? Should I stick with Yeoman or are there better reference books available? Also, what coin shops and coin clubs are there in Eastern Massachusetts? I live about 20 miles north of Worcester and 30 miles from Boston, but I don't usually go into Boston. I will send a summary of the answers I get to interested parties. Thanks, B.J.
