"PHILABOARD is a computer BBS. The phone number to call PHILABOARD is 616-780-2595. The hours of peration vary, but in general they are from 9pm to 7am EST Monday through Friday. (This does not mean that it is not operational at other times.) Presently, PHILABOARD is operating only at 300 baud. When PHILABOARD answers the telephone it sends a message asking for the password. Ussers calling for the first time can use ''XXXXXXXX'' a sting of eight X's followd by a carriage return. Type H for help. Leave a system message to get your own password".
