Has anyone out there used the Manx Aztec C compiler running
under CP/M for the 8080/8085 to generate "ROMable" code? If
so, I'm interested in hearing about any problems you may have
had and how you overcame them. Specifically, did the linker
supplied with the compiler have any problems with "large"
(greater than 40K) resulting executable files? Did you have
any problems getting your code to run without an operating system
on your target system, (i.e., without CP/M, and so on)?

Thanks for any information or tips on this product.
