Message-ID: <1004@aecom.UUCP> Date: Thu, 6-Dec-84 15:09:19 EST Article-I.D.: aecom.1004 Posted: Thu Dec 6 15:09:19 1984 Date-Received: Sun, 9-Dec-84 03:08:53 EST Distribution: net Organization: Albert Einstein Coll. of Med., NY Lines: 64 Xref: watmath net.mail:677 net.news:2743 net.bugs:484 I recently sent a letter (a followup to an article request) to someone at or near ucblapis. The address somehow got screwed up. That's OK, it's happened before. However, what is very strange is that I have gotten the MAIL RETURNED TO ME, ON THE AVERAGE, ABOUT 3 TIMES AN HOUR for the last two days (89 copies and counting). Hey, I like mail, but this is ridiculous. (Maybe they should rename it the Mailer Demon :-)) I'd mail the source, but I might end up with another 100+ letters. The article's header (body deleted) appears below, if anybody wishes to dissect it.
