I just heard a rumor that Apple is going to allow some third parties to
manufacture Mac clones (via licensing), and that Atari's new product
is likely to be one. Reportedly, this would buy Apple the same
supposed advantage that the P.C. has with all the clone manufacturers
which expand third party software interest in expanding the software
base. This seems kinda like faulty logic, I'm going to consider it
bogus information unless maybe some of you out there have heard it too.
