I'd still be interested in knowing when this article was published. It is true that there was (and still are) a lot of negative feelings against the traditional family in the feminist movement, but I was never aware of people going as far as saying that "experts" would do a better job of raising children than parents would. If they did, then my apologies for flaming you. It is true that AT TIMES children are better off being raised by non-family members than by their parents but I really can't see how one can generalise either way.
