Message-ID: <1130@dvamc.UUCP> Date: Fri, 7-Dec-84 09:57:35 EST Article-I.D.: dvamc.1130 Posted: Fri Dec 7 09:57:35 1984 Date-Received: Mon, 10-Dec-84 02:37:14 EST Lines: 16 I have pair of 9' transmission line subwoofers, on top of which are my satellite speakers (Rogers LS3/5a copies). These are home built using Kef drivers for the satellites with a Falcon Electronics xover (copy of the Rogers xover). The subwoofers use a 10" Audax driver. But this isn't intended to be a detailed description of my speaker system... Would tiptoes or the equivalent be an advantage here? Would there be any effect above my xover frequency (between subwoofer and satellites)? Are tiptoes most effective for n-way driver speaker systems all in one cabinet? I ask a lot of questions, and I'm not even from New Jerseyr. Thanks for any opinions. Marc mcnc!dvamc!ms
