The words used in this article are loaded with multiple meanings. Whether the bosses are male or not didn't seem to be an issue, when I first started reading, but then Dee refers to the bosses of the other women (I presume she meant full-grown women when she said "girls") as "their guys". As in "my guy==my boyfriend"??? Dee seems to want to give the presents more because the bosses are men than because they are bosses. Is she giving presents to her female co-workers as well?? As for whether anything earth-shattering will come of giving the bosses presents -- I doubt it. It sounds like the worst that will happen is that the other women will be mad at Dee and it will cause one more bit of office tension. I suggest Dee limit herself to giving Christmas CARDS to her bosses (and maybe she should think about the same for her co-workers). --from the sssstickkky keyboard of JAM ...!{ihnp4|clyde|decvax}!watmath!wateng!jamcmullan
