Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar and Napoleon were watching the October
Parade in Moscow's Red square.

Alexander showed the heavy tanks.
``If I had had chariots like these,'' he said, ``I could have conquered the
whole of Asia.''

Caesar, admiring the intercontinental ballistic missiles,
``If I had had arrows like these,'' he declared, ``I could have ruled the
world.''

Then Napoleon showed the Pravda and exclaimed:
``And if I had had a paper like this, no-one would even have heard of
Waterloo.''
