I got the impression that MCI bills exactly as if you had made the call from
your home address.  That is if you have a card issued in San Francisco, and
are on business in New York, and call to New Jersey, the billing is SF<-->NJ!!

Is this correct?  Anybody got bitten by this?

I have Sprint, which bills for the distance covered.  I have to dial the local
number, 8 digit access code (6 digit acct no, 2 digit "office" no), then the
standard 10 digit number.  But in New York, I'm billed for calls from NY, not
from SF.
