I disagree with that version. The Italians and the French are mixed up.
The French are the cooks in heaven, the mechanics in hell,
The Italians are the lovers in heaven, the administrators in hell.
Though I agree that French would make lousy administrators too and
the Italians lousy mechanics ....
(I have a feeling I am gonna get flames from both of these Nationalities,
for your information : I am from Belgium (Flanders) )
