I'm sure your own examples are more interesting than mine: Today I went to my neighborhood Thrifty Drug Store (because it's close by). They are rarely well-stocked; I have to make a weekly stop to get what they didn't have last time. And the cashier -- when I found him -- gave me incorrect change. Again! That's two or three times in the last four! In this case, it might be the Elementary School which failed to educate him! - W.
