I am considering the purchase  of  CP/M-68K  and  an  editor
(called  VED68K)  to  run  on  my  HP 216 from a firm called
Empirical Research Group out of Federal Way, WA.  If  anyone
can comment on their work, I'd appreciate the input.

Surprisingly, HP not only decided to "obsolete" CP/M-68K for
this system in the spring due to "bugs in the operating sys-
tem" (actually, I was told, in the DR C compiler), but  they
also  decided  not  to  re-issue  and support it.  Seemed to
leave people with 216's who wanted to run  CP/M-68K  out  in
the cold ...
