Message-ID: <220@oliveb.UUCP> Date: Fri, 9-Nov-84 16:02:23 EST Article-I.D.: oliveb.220 Posted: Fri Nov 9 16:02:23 1984 Date-Received: Sat, 10-Nov-84 21:22:16 EST Organization: Olivetti ATC, Cupertino, Ca Lines: 13 We are planning a new building and are wondering what kind of carpet to install. There will be lots of terminals and micro computers so we want to avoid damaging them with static electricity. I know that static treated carpets are available and that static treatments are available but that is about all I know. Does anyone out there know what levels of protection are necessary. Any experience with brands of anti-static carpet or anti-static carpet treatment would be appreciated. Jerry Aguirre @ Olivetti ATC {hplabs|fortune|idi|ihnp4|ios|tolerant|allegra|tymix}!oliveb!jerry
