I have to object. Wiccans or "neo-pagans" are only one part of what may be termed the "occult movement"; there are many of us with similar interests who do not wish to be called "pagans". It would be like creating net.religion.presbyterian; the term is simply too narrow. I am active on CompuServe's Religion SIG, and recently inveigled the sysop into renaming a little-used section (similar to a USENET subgroup) to "New Age". This kept all of us Thelemites, Wiccans, and such like, happy. Because it worked there, I would have no objection to the creation of a USENET group net.religion.newage. -- Tim Maroney, formerly known as The Censored Hacker Carnegie-Mellon University Computation Center ARPA: Tim.Maroney@CMU-CS-K uucp: Try sending through a gateway such as DECWRL, UCB-VAX, SEISMO, or HARVARD -- mailer conventions differ on syntax
