Lines: 52 Following is a few more comments I received about DAK after posting my summary to the net. ============================================================================== I placed an order for about $500 worth of stereo equipment ("Smart Sound Detonator", "Automatic Audiophile" and "The Last Mistake") in late September. The first packages arrived in about 26 days... followed by another in about a week. One item is still on back order and has not arrived yet. The merchandise was as described and I am pleased with the quality. I called the customer service line to correct a typo in my mailing address... it took several tries to get through (they only answer during California working hours). They couldn't correct the shipping address but did correct the catalog mailing address list. They are a bit slow to ship but I would deal with them again... expect 30 days for delivery (the FTC limit) and you shouldn't be disappointed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Don't know about their refund policy, but the merchandise is about average to pretty good, service is fine, prices good. No problems. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Could you please forward a summary, or post to the net? Thanks, ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Drew Allan Kaplan Industries I've had no problems with them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have no info for you but... I'd appreciate it if you could forward to me any feedback you get on DAK. I've been considering ordering some items from their latest catalogue and am a bit reluctant. Thanks. ============================================================================== -- The Polymath (Jerry Hollombe) Transaction Technology, Inc. 3100 Ocean Park Blvd. Santa Monica, CA 90405 (213) 450-9111, ext. 2483 {garfield,lasspvax,linus,cmcl2,seismo}!philabs!ttidca!ttidcc!hollombe
