MN Lines: 11 <> Apparently, there are still news programs out there that will not handle a news group that needs > 14 characters significance, such as net.micro.apple.mac. Since the control message to create this group didn't make it very far anyway (is there some connection here?), it would be possible to kill net.micro.apple.mac and create net.micro.mac instead. I would rather not do this, but a significant fraction of news sites would not handle the longer name (at least it's better than 6 character names, case indistinct :-) What is the consensus?
