Hi fellow r/c nuts, I'm fairly new at the hobby (< 3 mo.). Here is the
equipment I started with:

R/C gear : Airtronics XL6 FM transmitter and receiver
		 : Airtronics standard servos

	Planes : Airtronics Olympic 650
: Bob Martin - Katie II (almost done)
: ?? Silent Squire (just begun)

So far I've only flown the 650 but am enthusiastic about getting the others
in the air. I would be interested to hear about others planes, first flying
experiences, etc.

I and a friend are looking into a couple of areas related to equipment.
One is a good charger for the nicad packs. (found a pretty good one in
OCT '81 QST) Also we are considering the possibility of constructing
receiver modules. (Receivers seem to be very expensive items and I don't
particularly like to keep moving the one I have from plane to plane)
Another posibility is constructing transmitters and receivers that operate
in some obscure section of the ham VHF bands (legal if under 1 Watt).
I welcome all comments, information or any correspondence.
