I'm sure that, if you're really concerned about copyright laws, you could
contact the paper to get permission for inclusion on notes.  In most cases
I can think of, though, inclusion of information on the source satisfies
the copyright laws.  Also, the copyright laws usually state that no use
without permission may be used for comercial gain.
