So what about your point that c.'s don't seem to want a subgroup for their own? I'm sure they will let you read it, as long as you behave correct- ly with the contents (so no incorrect or misleading quoting, etc.). Perhaps you might even submit an article to it, if you have some genuine question, or you might enlighten some topic like Israelian Holy days.
