cwruecmp!kadkade has suggested that we discuss foreign policy
more objectively, and I agree.  I'd be interested in hearing from
anyone who has read Copeland's _The_Game_of_Nations_ or similar
works.  It contains a very interesting look at Nasser's Egypt and
the way he played the US off of the USSR for his own and Egypt's
benefit, written by someone who was there.

I'll post the three Rules of the Game, if I can dig them up.
They're very succinct.
