Lines: 14 We use a fair number of pals and at present use MMI's PALASM to design them. This works although it is rather primitive. I have recently been looking for some cleverer software to do this job. So far I have found PLPL from AMD and ABEL from Data I/O. PLPL costs about $1500 and ABEL costs about $2500 and before parting with this sort of money I would like to ask if anyone knows of any other, possibly cheaper, commercial software or even some public domain stuff. Please reply by mail and I will summarise. Peter Ilieve, Ferranti Infographics Ltd, Scotland. {decvax seismo}!mcvax!dice!peter
