I think the problem is the concept of a censory board with the power
to make cuts.  They view themselves as editors, but I certainly didn't
ask them for any editing.  

Personally, I would call it censorship if they make cuts and moderation
if they describe problems and/or produce versions of the same thing for
different levels of censorship.  In otherwords, XXX may be OK, but it should
be labelled as such.
