I was rather surprised that one of Duran-Duran's favorite artists
was Peter Gabriel (or was I?). In any case, Gabriel's lyrics, especially
on his third album (Games Without Frontiers) are excellent. I must say
that I DO NOT like Duran-Duran; i.e. music appreciation is not transitive.
Well, I guess what I like about Peter Gabriel's music is not only the
fact that his lyrics tell stories (as good lyrics do and should)
but also that the music accents them, and is itself rhythmically and
harmonically pleasing. Any opinions?

		   ...And the Governor's car
		      Is not far behind
But he's not who I've got in mind.

                      'Cause here he is,
The man of the hour, standing
                      In the limosuine.
                   ...Holding my breath,

                      I release the catch
                      And let the bullet fly...
