Steve Dyer expressed his concern over the lack of mention of Ultrix
at the recent VAX 8600 announcement.  Such was not the case at the
announcement in Pittsburgh.  The sales representatives specifically
mentioned that while VMS would be shipped with the initial deliveries,
Ultrix would be available within six months.  Maybe it was due to the
large concentration of Unix-types in the audience!  Pitt, CMU, Tartan
Labs, and others were well represented there.
