I have finally got round to trying out Honeyman's pathalias, which was
posted recently, on the uucp map data that was posted at the beginning of
August.

Each site data file causes pathalias to say

"file: syntax error at line 1"

I extracted the data using ar and then ran it through awk using the
expand script that was also distributed. The files all look pretty
reasonable.

Since I haven't seen any other complaints I presume this must be
"driver error" but I can't see what I'm doing wrong. It looks like
pathalias doesn't like the "=" at the start of each of the first few
lines. I took a look at the parser but am not familar enough with yacc
to understand what's going on.

Help!
