It works for me on small files, but trying to append a reasonably large file gets me a 'FILE ERROR' message without even attempting a disk access. If I try twice without reloading the editor, it hangs in some condition that won't recognize the return key. I have a fairly old copy (bought January 84)--does this work in newer versions?
