Todays topic is HES WARE (Hide Engineering Service). For the past 6 mounths, since ive been a proud father of a C-64, I have been buying up all the software that I think will make my computering life more confortable. I have spent $450 on HES WARE alone. I am not the greatist at reading software manuals and need assistance from those who are in the know. Here is the problem. I am having problems with 3 of there software packages. Multi- plan, Graphics Basic, Synthasound. Think that it is probably my error i called HES. They put me on the phone with some secratery that says he/she (ive called 5 times) will take my problem down and they will get back to me by mail. And still 2 1/2 mounths later I have gotten no mail. I have called and tried to talk to some one with a little more athority but of cource got the run around and put on hold for many minutes. I am sure that there are many young C-64 users with questions that if they read the manual they would get the ansures. But there are some things that are not 100% clear in the users manual that some questions may be raised. Please dont get me wrong HES WARE software is excellent and i will try to buy more of there product. But with there attidude tward sevice after the sale keeps up I will not recomend there product with as much power as i have in the past. Thanks For Your Attention. JLE (WASTER)
