Summary (!) of the FLOOD of responses to my question about the open- and
closed-apple keys on a //e , so I could try //e software on a ][+:

1. They are the same as Pushbuttons 0 and 1 on the game port.

2. Some software may not run anyway - this I haven't tried. If anyone
has tried to run Applewriter //e on a ][+, any info will be appreciated.

3. Open apple + CTRL + RESET will do a warm boot with ProDOS.

Thanks for all the help!

Cheers,
Dick Binder ("Beware the Jabberwock, my son!")
