Don't waste you time on it, the stuff's not worth the effort. But if you
must, get one of the cork pullers that consists of a pair of thin strips
of steel, they'll get almost any cork out.

  For the benefit of you poor folks from Ca (who can't get it) Everclear is
190+ proof grain alcohol.  The folks in my shooting club (after the guns
are put away for the night) sometimes get down to some serious drinking,
we held a couple of shoots in Nevada and someone from there introduced us
to a little concoction called Apple Pie.  Take about that much apple cider
add as much Everclear as you dare and sprinkle liberally with powdered
Cinnamon.  It tastes just like "Mom's apple pie". But beware, I've seen
several people poured into bed after only one or two of these.
