I've always wanted to ask this - please forgive me...
What the heck does "Save 50 percent or more" really mean???
My guess is that there is some Truth-In-Advertising law that prevents
people from selling a $1 item for $0.30 and advertising a sale of up to
70 percent without really having such items.  Maybe the amount specified
(50 percent in this case) has to do with a minimum amount of sale items.
Anybody REALLY know?
