I'm using a 1541 and an Epson RX-80 with the Turboprint interface (a good interface, by the way). In any case, it seems that whenever I try printing a "design report" I get a number of strange characters printed in a seemingly random fashion. This is very disheartening after you've spent a few hours designing the report, then find that halfway through the printout there is an expanded double-struck "$" followed by a couple of "m"s in elite font, then a continuation of the report. I've tried a variety of interface modes in the hope that these characters would be blocked, but so far I've had no luck. Before I send the package back to Batteries Inc., has anyone else had this problem and found a resolution?
