Someone mentioned that the children of inter-racial couples could have
problems with other children. Not True!! Being the product of one such
couple (my fathers cuacasian and mother is Indian (as in from India)),
I have found it to be an advantage, not a disadvantage. A lot of my
friends find it really neat, and I never had any problems when I was
younger, either. In fact, it made it easier to make friends, as non-
caucasians are willing to let me into their circles, as well as caucasians.
Also, I believe Lisa's comment that children learn prejudice is pretty
true. What a nice world it would be if bigotry wasn't inherited.
