OF COURSE!!! Similarly, if you think a word means one thing, and someone you are talking to thinks it has a different meaning ( for example "girl" ), and you know they may take it the wrong way, you will still be at fault for using the ( to them ) offensive word... You are responsible for what other people think something means... You'll still get cursed at in Italy for making the hand signal we consider to mean OK... ----- Marc W.
