	If you use the words "left" and "right", and peoplw tell you
that you're using the wrong words...Left is right and right is really left,
are you responsible if you give someone the wrong directions to get 
somewhere??? OF COURSE!!! Similarly, if you think a word means one thing,
and someone you are talking to thinks it has a different meaning ( for
example "girl" ), and you know they may take it the wrong way, you will
still be at fault for using the ( to them ) offensive word... You are
responsible for what other people think something means...

	You'll still get cursed at in Italy for making the hand signal
  we consider to mean OK...
