 I like the idea!!, however
 Can a group have more than one moderator?
 I would suggest two.
 That way one can be on vacation/busy/ill (with some DREADED gay disease :-)
 while not stopping traffic altogether.
 Also, this may allow people to believe they are not relying on "one person's"
 bias.
 Although not a volumnous newsgroup, two people would be able to share the
 load somewhat (afterall, why should ONE person HAVE to do ALL the work?)
 Possible split could be east/west in some approximate geographical sense.
