Well, the second part of DC's side of the story is now out. I have not
read Marvel's side. (For those who don't know what I am talking about, there
has been some finger pointing going on between the two companies over who
is to blame for the breakdown of work on a JLA/Avengers crossover.)

The DC editorial tried to stick to the facts, and seemed more than
willing to offer dates, circumstances, and names. I don't know if it was
sincere or not, but I really got the feeling that the people at DC were
truly sorry that it did not come about. Would someone care to summarize
Marvel's side of things? What has the "independent" press had to say about
it? Finally, does this mean we probably won't be seeing any more DC/Marvel
crossovers in the near future?

On a separate (but related) subject, First is saying that there will
be a series of First/DC crossovers. Anyone know what characters will be
involved?
