I have an 83 Plymouth Colt for almost 2 years. It has 25k miles.
Since the day I bought it I have not had a single problem beside
replacing a $1.30 rubber pad for a clutch pedal. It is relatively
comfortable on the front seat, though, as I understand from people who
used to ride with me, there is not much room on the back. There are
two drawbacks. Because it's small, it is rather noisy, but not
excessively. The second - the heater is somewhat week, it takes some
time to get heat in winter time.

In general I really enjoy driving it. The instrumentation panel is
well designed and convenient to use. As far as mpg - it makes an
average of 40 mpg mixed driving.

Good Luck!

Leo Simon
