Does anybody have the stats on Galactic Dragons?

I don't remember the exact details. It was something like this:

Very large (1/4 mile long or so). "Flies" around space eating space-
ships and other debris. Feeds on the debris by breathing a stream of
anti-matter, causing a huge explosion which it absorbs with its large wings.
If a person is hit by the breath, a saving throw is made. If the person fails
he/she is instantly disintigrated, requiring 1-10 wishes to be cast
simultaneously at the spot where is disintigration took place to bring the
person back. If the saving throw is made, either: 1) the person is "blown"
from 1-10 light years away from the dragon. 2) the person is disintigrated
anyway. 3) nothing happens. 4) something else I don't remember.
The Galactic Dragon has something like 473 hit dice and a few other
abilities I can't recall off hand. One detail I do remember is that it can't
come into the atmosphere of any planet because of the fragile wing structure.
I found this creature in a "monster manual" of sorts a few years ago and
is the largest, nastiest monster I have ever seen in print.

                                                -John
