Not only do you take a similar stand to Mister Reagan, you must also have
the same teacher in Distortion-of-Truth 101.

> = Milo (of course)

>Violations of treaties will be made public 2 days after gromyko leaves NY.
>There are some violations that proof will not be offered for, as giving the
>proof would reveal the extent of US intelligence capabilities.

Specifically:

>There are some violations that proof will not be offered <

As most intelligent and independant thinking persons know, the reason for
not providing proofs is that they do not exist. (National security my ass.
If He (Reagan) wanted to perpetuate security, he would provide these proofs
of alleaged violations).

>The Soviets already have an operational and well tested and deployed system
>online TODAY.

Can you support this alleagation also, or is it another matter of National
Security.

What I know of this situation is that BOTH the US and the USSR have been
developing these types of weapons. Neither has tested their prototypes as
yet. The Agreement does not specifially ban development, but prohibits the
testing of anti-satilite weapons.

>Its about time somebody in the White House realized that all arms control
>agreements aren't good.

Like the concrete proposals that Reagan has offered -:

It is interesting to note that although Mondale held an officers postion in
the Military, his stance with the Soviats is more moderate than Reagan who
held a horses bridle in a lot of bad westerns. Every one says they can tell
the differance between Hollywood and the real-world, but can they?
