Have you ever noticed that neither Windex nor the auto windshield
washer fluids do a good job of removing that stubborn film that tends
to collect on your windshield in the winter time?  I learned a trick
many years ago watching a cross-country truck driver at a truck stop.
He used a can of Coca-Cola (tm) and poured it on the windshield.
That stuff really cuts the film, and your cheap washer fluid works much
better after that!  Not exactly cheap, but interesting ...
