In fact, this is the freeway that the men's marathon event at the close
of the Olympics passed over (the entire length).  Another useless fact
is that if you had watched *really* closely (ha!) as they came off the
freeway and turned left onto a surface street, you would have seen
me standing there staring at the runners, the five helicopters, and the
two blimps which were hovering directly overhead providing "security"
and video relaying for the live world feed.  It's a strange feeling to
see a little cart roll by with a tiny little antenna and realize that
the camera on that cart is feeding into many 100's of millions
of televisions around the world.
