Once again you've been taken in by Yankee Imperialist Dogma.  The Grand
Duchy of Fenwick is one of the most ruthlessly oppressed countries in the
world.  The book and subsequent movie were window-dressing arranged by large
corporations and the late Peter Sellers, who actually owned the tiny country
during the later years of his life.
