ALVN_1_A_Long_Variable_Name_1 ... ALVN_1_A_Lnog_ etc. which compiled on the short name machine break on another machine like the Intel which understands 31 character variable names. I have already experienced this problem with code using names longer than 8 characters when trying to compile it on this system. (not my own software this time).
