Not really GM only posts a recommended retail price it's the dealer who decides how much he will finally charge you. Below are some rough guidlines that you should be able negotiate with the dealer. Most GM compact,sub-compact & intermediates ------> upto 15% off list Cadillacs & Corvettes ----------------------------> upto 25% off list All GM options(including packages ----------------> upto 25% off list Now not every dealer CAN or will give you these kind of discounts BUT they could and still make a profit.
