             Dataflow System Software Position
                             at
                   Loral Instrumentation


Loral Instrumentation in San Diego,  Ca  has  a  product  in
development  which  implements a dataflow architecture using
32  bit  microprocessors.   Current   software   development
involves:

    o    UNIX* to dataflow system interface

    o    Dataflow language compilers

    o    Dataflow processor kernel

    o    Dataflow program debuggers and diagnostic aids

We are looking for someone with a strong systems programming
background  in  a  high  level  language  (C, Pascal, Ada or
Modula-2).    Experience   with   UNIX   drivers,   dataflow
languages,  object  oriented languages (SmallTalk or Actors)
or compilers would be a plus.
