I'm a little disappointed that in the three weeks since my party, I
have seen nary a reference to it in anything by any of the survivors.
No rumors, no threats, no police reports, nothing.

Over 100+ attended, including some crazy people from Texas and a
contingent from Purdue. Massive amounts of food was eaten, fairly
substantial amounts of liquids were quaffed, and the stereo was played
loudly into the early hours of the morning.

The police only had to come by once. No one died, no one underwent any
sex or species changes *during* the party, and no wombats were in
visible attendence. The crew who stayed overnight (does 4am til noon
count as night?) even lived through my cooking brunch.

Basically, dull, dull, dull. I guess I'll have to have another one.
When's a good time so you burn-outs who couldn't make it can attend the
next one? This time, no excuses like "My hamster's at the laundry." or
"I'm committing an axe murder that weekend." Other excuses that won't
be accepted (with thanks to rochester@xenon for compiling these a while
back):

"I can't -- I have to stay home and floss the cat."

   "I can't -- there's a disturbance in the Force."

"I can't -- I'm teaching my ferret to yodel that weekend."

   "I can't -- the grunion are running."

"I can't -- I'm having all my plants neutered that day."

Pretty much any time between now and mid-January are already booked,
so get your requests in now for dates early next year.
