   The simplest (cheapest?) window cleaner I use is white vinegar and
 water. After the windex bottle is empty, add a few ounces of vinegar
 and fill with plain water. This mix seems to work well, even on the
 inside of the car windows where the vinyl vapor deposits.

    Now if only I could kill the intense acetic odor!
