We here have had one as a development system for several months now and have been incredibly disatisfied with the quality of software and hardware. This is a system which runs System V UNIX, but would you believe that the firt release of software we got (their "1.9") didn't have modem control for dialup ports? Two releases later (version 2.1) and there is still no way to remove jobs from the printer queue! Right now we are experiencing either a software or hardware difficulty by which blocks of data are removed from files as they are written to disk. And the system just hangs causing incredible damage to the filesystems. -- Rob Bernardo {ihnp4,ucbvax,cbosgd,decwrl,amd70,fortune,zehntel}!dual!ptsfa!pbauae!rob Pacific Bell, San Francisco, California
