   "Bingo" is a term used to indicate the point at which the pilot MUST
turn back to reach home before fuel is exhausted.
   I use the terms all the time. You'll find them in the AIM. They are accepted
terms for spotting aircraft although many pilots have not heard them before.

  By the way, if you tell ATC your "Below Bingo" be prepared to explain
yourself to the nearest GADO as soon as you find a berry patch to land in.
