This is one of the few ideas that has real worth I've seen
recently!!!  I hope we can get some good discussion going on the
benefits (and detriments) of having limited terms for congressmen.
They wouldn't have to spend so much time worrying about re-election,
they might be able to make decisions based on whats best for the
country not what will most likely get them re-elected.  Why do they
spend so much to get elected to a job which doesn't pay that well?
