2) and 3) may be true, 1) isn't.  YOU prove that it hurts someone.
Put up or shut up.  (And no, just because there may be public health problems
from promiscuous gay activities does NOT mean homosexuality hurts people.
Just because there are public health problems from promiscuous straight
activities does not mean that heterosexuality categorically hurts people.)

Sorry, you won't get the points you expected for this one.  I think that for
murderers and thieves, "it hurts someone through no fault of their own" is
sufficient demonstration.  Homosexuality, non-marital sex, atheism, and
belief in the Great Pumpkin may hurt people who are bothered by the existence
of such beliefs and activities, but that's not the fault of the person who
engages in those activities.
