As I recall, these frequencies stayed the same over a number of flights; why were they changed for this one? There didn't seem to be any more interference than usual on the old frequencies, and, since it is one frequency per band anyway, there can't be any propagational reasons for moving within the band. Anybody have any information about this? Can we get the current set of frequencies announced a week or so PRIOR to the scheduled lift-off?
