2716s are very very obsolete. In fact, 2764s are obsolete. I think
that 2764As are still ok, at least until the end of the month. :-)
27512s are definitely not obsolete.

Seriously, I would recommend using a (CHEAP!) 2764, which comes
with a standard access time of 250 nS and just use the bottom 1/4.
This assumes you are designing something. If you are using something
already designed, a 2732A with an adaptor might be the ticket.
