Does anyone have any experience in dealing with Value Rent a
Car in Florida? Their procedure in the case where you do not accept
the CWD (collision waiver damage) coverage is stated to be that they will
charge your credit card account $300 which is credited upon your return
if there is no damage. An unscrupulous company could easily use this as
an opportunity to repaint the car periodically to correct damages that
occur through normal use. Do they?
