Background:
Cupertino has been experiencing an abnormally high number
of power failures this month. Especially around the
Valley Green Drive area, where Apple, TymShare, Four-Phase,
and IOS (us!) all have major facilities (or, in IOS's case,
only facilities :-)). Today the power failed about 20
times, in the killing fashion of up 2 minutes, down
	20... :-).

Latest, half humorous, rumor being passed around:
Some large computer company is worried about what Apple
is doing next & power failures sure slow down development!
