		Aunt Renabel's Coconut Pie

1 pint half and half         
1/2 pint whipping cream
3 cups sugar
24 oz frozen coconut
9 eggs
3 deep 9 inch crusts

Put sugar in bowl, put in half and half, stir.
Beat egg into sugar mixture.
Add rest of mixture then coconut

Cook 50 min at 350
Makes 3 9" deep pies, can be frozen without harm.

This is very easy to make for something that is soooooo good.
Aunt Renabel says that the recipe has never been the same since they
got rid of their last milk cow (she lives on a farm) but we think
she has it worked out just right.
