I'm sorry, but some of us are unaware of this debate and would like to know more. Can someone please summarize what has happened to these unfortunate people trying to make a few bucks? What law has been passed? Why was it passed? What court case occurred? How does the law stand up against the constitution? What is the scope of the law (e.g. USA, Mass, some city?)
