My other peeve (and I ran into this more in California but as
usual Massechusetts suffers from it as well) is the Freeway
right hand turn from the left lane.  This is when a driver
in the left lane decides that he needs to get off at the
exit that he is just about to pass and makes a right turn
to cross the remaining lanes perpendicular (well almost) to
the rest of the traffic flow.
