After harassing my local Congressman for the past two months he finally sent a copy of the Reagan administrations GAC report on Soviet treaty violations. Every single charge has been dealt with in various scientific journals or the 1981 joint report by the State Dept., Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Defense Dept. on issues brought before the Standing Consultative Committee - except the issue of a phased array radar site. I will deal with the specific charges in a later posting. The report has nothing new in it whatsoever. Tim Sevener whuxl!orb
