  I seem to recall that several years ago there was a paper published
on novel proof methods.  Included were proofs by 
    - circular cross reference
    - nonexistent reference
and several others.  Unfortunately I don't know the name of the paper.
If anyone knows, could he/she mail it to me or post it to the net?
