The above quote is in defense of the assertion that rape is not at
all a crime of sex or lust, just pure violence.
This argument only holds up if there is a non-violent way of having
sex with an unwilling female.  If there are no women willing to have
sex with you, that you can afford, anyway, then how do have sex with
them against their will without violence and intimidation?  Do you
assume there are no guys out there who are so desperate for sex that
they will force a woman into it?  To assume the motive for all rapes
is just violence is insane.
