For individuals with addictions:

	AA - Alcoholics Anonymous
	GA - Gamblers Anonymous
	NA - Narcotics Anonymous
	OA - Overeaters Anonymous
	SA - Sexaholics Anonymous

For those who have been/are in some sort of relationship
with persons who are addicted:

AlAnon - Spouses and others involved with alcoholics
OAnon - Spouses and others involed with compulsive
		overeating
ACA - Adult Children of Alcoholics

More toward the mental health business:

	Recovery, Inc.
	EHA - Emotional Health Anonymous

The above is not intended to be exhaustive. The LA Times today
(10/9/84) had an article about Adult Children of Alcoholics and
how the problems of children of alcoholics did not magically
disappear at age 18. Particularly distressing was how little
a psychiatrist seemed to know. If she had attended some AA and
ACA and AlAnon meetings, perhaps her education would have been
substantially improved.

(Customarily disclaimers about my own opinions, not being an MD,
etc.)
