Well, Ed, it's back to the books for you.  Check out the Honda Civic CRX,
which passed crash tests with flying colors (a few detroit cars, the ford
tempo in particular, failed completely) and has one of the higest milage
ratings of any car.  (Perhaps even the higest)  Now that that's out of the
way, lets talk quality ....
