Hi Allen,

Yes, there is a way to get updates to the call book (the one put out by the
call book company).  If you write them a letter they can give you the info
on that.  They put them out 4 times a year, both foreign and U.S. updates.

Though I believe it is not too cheap.  I used to get it when I first became 
a ham.  Since the ARRL has started putting out their own book, you might
also get in touch with them.
