Years ago, a fellow shot blanks during a parade in London (?) when the
Queen was riding by. The Brits invoked one of the old charges in their famous,
never-written "common law" - the man who did it was charged with the following:

	Causing a disturbance in the presence of the Queen
			with intent to alarm her.
