I can't really say whether the Stylast treatment actually
extends the life of the stylus. However for $15 a bottle, which,
even used frequently, will last well over a year, it seems a
reasonable gamble to take.

I'm happy with the LAST stylus cleaner fluid. I find that
I like to apply the cleaner with its supplied brush, and then
use the brush that came with the STYLAST fluid to remove
the debris that the cleaner fluid loosens.

I don't have one of the "electronic" stylus cleaners (one
marketed by Audio-Technica, another marketed by Madrigal,
both approx $30), but I've heard that they are extremely
effective.
