As an instructor in UNIX for the School of Continuing Education at NYU,
let me fill you in with a few things you might not consider:

	1)	Until the first test, there really is no way of knowing
how well/poorly ALL of your students are doing.
In a class of thirty students, you are a very lucky
teacher if ten respond and/or have questions.

	2)	You have perhaps 15 weeks teach your material.

	3)	You give a test. It is a sure thing that it will either
be too hard or too easy for the majority of the class.
Either way you have to curve the results, and it makes
you either an "easy" teacher or a "ball-buster". Either
		way, the teacher looks bad.

Just for your info..
