Lines: 13 "Amadeus" probably doesn't belong in a list of sf/fantasy movies, and "Starman" definitely does. "Amadeus" does contain speculation beyond what is known about Mozart's death, but nothing that would qualify as fantasy. "Starman" is a real sf picture aboutt a stranded alien, played by Jeff Bridges. I may be misremembering this, but I think Nancy Allen, Brian dePalma's wife, is the female lead, a woman who is more or less kidnapped to help the alien make a rendezvous which is far away. I should remember the director's name, but don't. -- Peter Reiher reiher@ucla-cs.arpa {...ihnp4,ucbvax,sdcrdcf}!ucla-cs!reiher
