I am a playtester for the Chaosium, the company that will eventually release Heroquest. As you may (or may not) know, Heroquest was scheduled to come out anywhere from 1982 to 1984 depending on where you saw it advertised. However, according to Greg (Stafford), we will not start playtesting until at least early to middle 1985. Therefore I would place its release date as middle to late 1986. But from what I've seen of the rules, it promises to be fantastic! And for all you Glorantha fans, the secret of the Lunar Empire and the Jrusteli God-learners WILL be revealed to all. (I already know, but I've been sworn to secrecy). You know, it's interesting, Glorantha is the only "campaign world" in which deliberate lies are published. By the way, have you gotten a copy of Runequest III yet? Jeff "But I only meant to knock him out!" Okamoto
