When I contemplate that I can rent a prerecorded videotape for ($1/day-up),
and the asking prices for said tapes (mostly $39 - up, with anything recent at
$69-$79-up)n and the proliferation of video rental stores (springing up faster
than weeds in the garden), I have the feeling that something is not right.
The stores must have a way to buy their tapes for next to nothing. Does
anyone know a way for us peasants to do likewise? (buy at low price?)
I know that for a reasonable investment I could copy them, but I'd prefer
to stay legal.
