Mr. Seeley was correct in assuming that what I am looking for was the
DECUS c preprocessor.  Would those of you that squirreled away the source
for same please mail me a note (so I can request one copy - thereby reducing
unnecessary net work (sic)).

I must note that I was under the assumption that ONLY PUBLIC DOMAIN SOFTWARE
IS EVER DISTRIBUTED ON USENET!  Any licensee of BTL must know the kind of
trouble they can get into by distributing BTL source software!

I don't need/want pcc - don't send it to me.

Also, the "requests like this [refering to my previous request]" are NOT
the cause of any trouble.  Only when a BTL licensee improperly grants such
a request does trouble arise... and then only for the parties involved.
