I am looking for a program that is commercially (or otherwise) available to
run on UNIX that assists in calculating polar coordinates from information
given on a chart such as radii, etc. The hardest coordinates to calculate
(for me at least) are the blend points of radii. If anyone knows of any such
program, written in C, Pascal, or Fortran, could he/she please mail information
to me as to how I might obtain such. Thank you in advance.
