I have been using an ultrsonic pest control device for almost 2 years
and have had very good results. I also know enough about the chemicals
in flea collars, dips, etc. to know that I do not want to use them.
Although reports have supposedly shown that these devices do not work,
I have also heard that it depends upon which brand is used. The one
that I have always used is called "The Pestilator" and is marketed
by Kerr Wire Products, 4935 LeMoyne Ave., Chicago, IL 60651.
Their phone is 312/378-3600. It
was recommended to me by people who had used them that have more than
one dog in their homes. So if it worked for them, I figured with my
1 dog I should have good results. I found 1 flea on my dog thus far.

I should also add that this year I gave him "Cornucopia" natural treats daily.
They are supposed to help in repelling fleas since they contain
Brewers' yeast. However, last year I only used the "Pestilator" and
still only found 1 flea.

If anyone can add to this testimony, I look forward to seeing it.
