-------------
I'm going to be helping to develop a stand-alone product that includes a
68000 and that will have a medium-sized program on-board. I have a version
of the program written in (Lattice) C. Can you tell me:

	(1) What are the choices of development system for 68000's to
	    produce this ROMable code?

	(2) Which of these systems has a built-in assembler, and which
makes it easy to download from another machine?

	(3) Which of these systems have C cross-compilers available, and
from what source machines? Any other higher-level languages?

	(4) Why are these questions ill-formed, and what should I have
	    been asking instead?

Thanks -
