One very common one is the Discwasher SC-2 brush with fluid.  It makes
no special claims about stylus life other than a clean stylus lasts longer
and doesn't wear your recordsd as much.  I find it easy to use and
have had no problems with it.  I clean my stylus often (about every 10)
plays, but not too often because I'm lazy and because I take enough care
of my records that they don't grunge up my stylus visibly even after 30
or 40 plays (using a 30x microscope to check for dust and buildup).
