Since the DEUNA is a power hog you'll need to have the unibus expansion
happen to option  (some more backplane and another power supply unless you 
already have spare backplane and power.)  Other than that there should not
be any real problems.  We have 750s with one unibus (extended by one DD11
each I believe) and a UDA/DEUNA/TU80/Emulex DMF/DH emulators configuration
running both VMS and 4.2 BSD using the software now available from TWG
and Berkeley.  Not to menthion several 780s....
