Also: does the Mac documentation describe (in detail) the Mac's "Virtual" buss (ie the high-speed serial ports)? I am interested in interfacing various random stuff to a Mac (including other computers) using some sort of high-speed interface (such as Ethernet and/or IEEE-488).
