The MH Mail package distributed with 4.2bsd has a 1000 message per
folder limit. I get enough mail that I exceed this limit in my
"misc" folder in ~3-4 months. Being a "pack rat", I'd like to keep
mail around longer than this. Can I just change the "%3d" [s]printf
specifications to up this number? Does non-4.2bsd MH Mail have this
same limit? How do other users work around this?

Tim Becker.
