Newsgroups: net.veg Distribution: usa I am an international graduate student. I am a vegeterian as my religion forbids eating meat ( i.e. all animal products like red meat, fish etc, except dairy products ). Although on some occassions I have taken eggs, I do not prefer to take it. I would like to know what I can order when I go out to eat. Especially, when I travel, I have to eat in a restaurant. I want to know all vegetarian dishes (remember no meat or fish) which I can order in a typical American restaurant like Mc Donalds and other well known chains. Some items which I am familiar with are: Fries, grilled cheese, vegetable sandwich, vegetable salad, yogurt, milk and cheese pizza. Specifically, what do you recommend for (a) breakfast, (b) lunch (c) dinner and (pizza is good I know.) (d) snacks ? I appreciate all suggestions. Thanks in advance. -murali.
