The fact that we have freedom of speech in our country and the USSR doesn't has *NOTHING* to do with our foreign policy!!! Our having freedom of speech doesn't give us the right to fund Contras in Nicaragua who burn hospitals in an attempt to weaken the popularly supported government. So let's not bring this "The US is morally right because of our constitution" crud into foreign policy. Our constitution says nothing about foriegn policy except that the president decides what it is, and if our president makes bad decisions it is our duty as citizens to make a *BIG* stink about it.
