If you think Apple is making any money on the upgrade, you are sadly mistaken. I wish we were -- I own stock. If you want to complain to someone, try the dealer you bought your Mac from. They are the only ones making money on the upgrade. Actually, you might try Japan inc. as well, I believe they are making money on this as well. Sorry to disappoint you all, but you'll have to think of something else to flame at Apple for. Think hard, something will come to you.
