Mr. LIU, I don't understand how you can distribute, on the net,
an article which contains a statement that:

	Any reproduction of this article without
	the express written consent of the author
	is illegal. {Spelling corrected by TR}

Net distribution is itself a completely uncontrolled activity.
There is no way you can ascertain what sites will receive your article
before you send it.  You have certainly sent it to sites without
giving written permission.  In addition, you have sent it to
COUNTRIES that, based upon the format you used, would refuse to
enforce your copyright in the courts.

Why am I complaining?  I think that when copy rights are misused,
it tends to weaken other's rights in the confusion.  Please be more
precise about your own rights and permissions next time.
