I disagree with that -- the "notes" interface to the outside world is
simply not adequate, no matter how good it is for human beings.  Notice,
for example, how "notes" has truncated the the subject line in the
followup to which I am following up.  A more suitable "proper" response
would be to run "rn" -- I can't speak highly enough about how well it
has been engineered, both for human beings and for other news computers.
