4) The Entrance Ramp Crawl --
I just named that one myself, knowing no other. This is where the person in
the car in front of you entering the interstate appears to completely forget
that he is about to embark on a journey on a high-speed freeway, where the
speed limit is 55mph and the normal traffic speed is something more like 65
(particularly at rush hour). This person, oblivious to the environment
around him, calmly proceeds along the entrance ramp at a 35mph crawl, thus
preventing me from being able to enter the interstate properly myself. This
problem is particularly evident in the state of New York. Geez, what do
people think those entrance ramps are for, anyway?

* If only they would go so fast as to crawl. Here in the midwest I have to
* deal with the entrance ramp stop. The problem stems from the fact that
* merging lanes are very short. This causes panic and fear in the hearts of
* many drivers who then proceed to turn the triangular sign(yield) into an
* octagon sign(stop). They think the entrance ramp is for people to line up
* and wait their turn to proceed onto the interstate. I think this should be
* a requirement to pass before receiving your license(ie merging capability).
