Thanks for the reply, but note that I was asking about TMS2716's
rather than INT2716's. The former are three-voltage parts. As it turns
out, I was able to locate 300ns parts from Newark Electronics (at $19
ea. - ouch!)

I am surprised that you say the 2K parts are obsolete - they are used
in a lot of existing equipment, and besides, I need these parts for
exisiting hardware (Scion Microangelo boards to be exact). If you
needed 2K of program in an Eprom, would you use a 2764 or a 2716?
Granted, the three-voltage parts are a little ridiculous to design
into any new equipment.
