Stereophile magazine ran a bunch of mini-reviews of loudspeakers recently.

One of these reviews was of a speaker system that cost a mere $45,000.
(I didn't bother to remember the manufacturer because I have no
possible use for the information)

Anyway, the reviewer said that this was the best speaker system
he had EVER heard, period.  However, if he had 45 grand to spend
on sound reproduction, he'd rather spend it on concert tickets.
