    And then there's the new Sears shocks and why they were clunking around.
Turns out the mounting hardware was only finger tight.  But they could take
care of that in only 3-4 hours when a mechanic was free.

    I've noticed real deterioration in Sears' overall customer service of late.
Wonder if it has anything to do with becoming a financial supermarket, thus
forgetting about their regular customers?
