In the CACM article "Dynamic Storage Allocation in the Atlas Computer, Including an Automatic Use of a Backing Store", by John Fotheringham, v4, n 10, pp 435, reference is made to a paper by Kilburn, Edwards, Lanigan, and Sumner, entitled "One Level Storage System", which was "submitted to a technical journal for publication". I'd like to find a copy of this paper. Does anyone know if it was ever published, and if so where? Thanks, Chris Kent Purdue CS
