Any help finding the following in the public domain
would be much appriciated:

a)	A 68k assembler that writes hex output files, in VERY
simple format. Pref to be written in C, but will take
	just about anything.

b)	A Z80A assembler that writes hex output files, in VERY
simple format. Written in C would be a godsend, again,
	will take anything.

Anything in the way of C compilers for the above two processors
and public domain monitors/OS software would be appriciated as well.

	Thanks for you time,
