Have you fellow flamers ever considered how easy it is for the Russians
to snarf your gems off this disorganized yet *international* ''network''?
Do you really think that with net.everything being shipped off to places 
like Israel, just about anyone on the other side of this planet can 
arrange to read it?  Think about it when you scream about the Big Bad Reds.

I'd also *much* rather see this move to arms-d or poli-sci, where it
belongs.  That's what *interest* groups are for.
