Before we start (another) range war on the notes/news fight, let me
clarify:

NEWS sites that have not upgraded to 2.10.2 should. Now.
Immediately. You are losing out on significant features, fixes, and
fun. You can also be creating lots of grief for your neighbors and
other sites on the net if your don't (what you do or don't do DOES
affect the rest of the net, and you DO have a responsibility to the
	net... *gripe* *gripe*

NOTES sites should make sure that their systems conform to the news
standards. Many don't. Versions are available that do. The big
complaints (the ones that usually start the range wars) are caused
by the notes sites that don't bother to run decent software or fix
	it when it breaks.

WHICHEVER you use is up to personal preference. I like news. He
likes notes. It doesn't matter, as long as the software you DO use
	is up to date.
