Another annoyance in the UNIX System V Release 2 unformatted manual
entries is that the links for secondary names have been removed.

Also, every entry begins with a bunch of [nt]roff definition that
would seem to belong in the -man macros instead (unfortunately there
are small variations from entry to entry in the exact form of this).
