Yes, George Carlin has a good one:

	When ever you see an accident, you should be sure to slow down
	and see what is going on.  If you can't see, just ask one of
	the policemen to bring the bodies over for a closer look.  That's
	what they are there for:  To protect, to serve, and to bring
	the bodies over for a closer look.

The all time annoyance is people who stop with the front of their cars
in the intersection.  I always wanted to mount a big snow plow on the
front of my car to truncate people like that.
