It cost me $125 two years ago. The fun part comes when the needle wears out. You have to send the cartridge back to the company, and shell out an additional $60. However, if you decide to upgrade to their next model up, they give you $60 to that. I am not sure how common this is, but it seems like it would make upgrading a little easier.
