OK, maybe I don't know anything about medical technology...
(Could we have some real facts from those out there who do?)
But I seriously doubt that a woman under general anesthesia
would (could) scream in ANY case. Sounds to me like this 
so-called abortion film was either deliberately faked, or
doctored in such a way as to make the procedure seem as gruesome
and terrifying as possible (if you can't get 'em with reason,
get 'em with fear...). If this is the case, doesn't it seem
counterproductive for an anti-abortionist to corrupt his
position with outright and absurd fraud?
