They call the product Localnet/PC.
The only problem is that they advertise a data-rate of 2Mbits.  It is
possible however that each channel is running at 128kbits and some
concatenatin of channels gives them an aggregate of 2Mbits.  In fact
since they seem to want virtual disks across this network, it would be
a real loser if the transfer rate was limited by one channel@128kbits.
