		Before the discussion, a bit of polite applause for
	rick@seismo.  In the past few weeks I have mailed him a bunch of
	questions/thought/complaints and he has yet to flame this
	"average user" of vnews for my lack of C/UNIX/programming
	expertise.  I just thought I would take this moment to say that
	I like the new news stuff.  It is all around Better than what we
	had before.  Thanks rick!

		How about making the +/- commands parallel?  If '+'
	moves you forward one article in a newsgroup, shouldn't '-' move
	you back? 'b' already covers 'back and forth between two articles'.

		Just for consistency, how about letting 'D' take a
	count?  Would this slow it down much?
