     Everyone knows that the weather forecasters on different stations give
differing forecasts because they use different methods.

The methods most used near as I can figure out:

	Dart board
	{Drawing out of a} Hat
	Dice
	Cards, both Tarot and standard deck
	Pennies(with apologies to I Ching(tm) freaks)
	Random number generation on a hand-held calculator

     Also, if you try complaining to the Weather Bureau, remember that they are
government and will not help you.  Of course, if you are proficient at any of
the above things there may be a job for you with WB.

     When I was a child, I asked my mother if she got to help throw darts in
the forecasting room, but she gave me no answer, so I am still in the dark,too.
Maybe they hire the blind to perform the forecasting to make the results more
statistically random.
