Turns out the mounting hardware was only finger tight. But they could take care of that in only 3-4 hours when a mechanic was free. I've noticed real deterioration in Sears' overall customer service of late. Wonder if it has anything to do with becoming a financial supermarket, thus forgetting about their regular customers?
