Someone recently asked what the "Tempest" specs were.  I just read
that these are radiation leakage specs.  A tempest computer should
be well shielded so that EM and RF radiation does not leak out.
There is speculation that enemies with well honed receivers can
pick up classified information from this leakage.  Zenith recently
contracted to sell $300 million worth of Tempest Z150's to the
army, navy, and marines.
