Huh? I don't understand this. In our version of RN there is an "f" command to post a followup and an "F" command to post a followup that includes the original article. The prefix mark is defined by the -F flag and defaults to ">". This is not a new feature -- we were a Beta test site, and this has been in from the very beginning.
