I have some Al Kreitler rollers and am VERY pleased with them. I don't
have the wind attachment, so I just sweat profusely, instead.

I find I get a *great* aerobic/cardiovascular workout, but because of
the lack of resistance, my legs don't get the workout of riding outdoors
(granted, there are lots of hills outside my doors). I am still like
the workout I get, but it doesn't replace riding outdoors!

I am not a racer, so I don't think I would get a trainer. I like the
rollers for improving my riding style.
