	If you really want to do something about littering, pick up
just one or two pieces of trash a day and throw them away, and comment
about it to passers by ( something like 'another twerp to lazy to throw
his own trash away' ). If enough people do this regularly, the litterers
will come to realize that we think they're lazy twerps, and *hopefully*
stop.
