Fannish porn I enjoyed (slaver, drool :-) ) was The Obs`zine, published out
of Michigan. It started as issue #20 of Warped Space, a fanzine that I
(and many others in the Boston Star Trek Assn) consider to be the best
of an uneven lot. The editor (sorry, I can't remember her name) found she
could get enough good writers to have it stand on its own, as a seperate mag.

Some perrenial favorites among women writers:
What really happened while the Enterprise was orbiting Omicron Ceti III?
    "I'm a doctor, not a lover!"
Why do those companions hang around Dr. Who? (Whoops, wrong newsgroup.)
"Captain, the gonads cannae tae it any more!"
What happened between Uhura and Kirk after "TV's first interracial kiss?"
Will Chapel find the right aphrodisiac for the plomeek soup?
Will Kirk get the girl? Any girl?

Also, there is a whole genre of K&S fiction, about what happens when Kirk and
Spock are marooned on a desert planet, and Spock goes into pon farr....

Another branch is exemplified in Marshak and Culbreth's _Price of the Phoenix_
and its sequel. It consists of the "Hack Spock Until He Bleeds And Dies In
Kirk's Arms" school of sadistic literature.

I haven't been reading the stuff lately, but I imagine that they are now
picking on Savik's early life in the slums, complete with savage rapes and
knifings.

Wife: "Its the episode where Skywise and Cutter crash-land in their city,
and the Enterprise has to rescue them!"
Husband: "Finally got around to reading my back issues of ElfQuest, huh?"
