I was reading an article in net.games.rouge and noticed that someone
said that wands/staffs are more powerful if they are "wielded". I've
*never* wielded a wand/staff before using it; is it true that they are
more powerful if they are wielded? Now that I think of it, it would
make sense that they would be more powerful, but is this really true?

Thanks,

Steve Wall
