Oh no -- the existence of a right turn signal (while swinging into
the left lane to make the right turn) IS germain -- without it, there
is the great sport of watching some innocent driver on the right
start driving past the car which has just pulled left and having the s**t
scared out of him/her when the right turn happens!!!!!!!
