This package allows vaxen to talk successfully to their equipment (Iris) on a single net. Greg's software is solid, but I advise you not to mistake it for a complete XNS implementation. In the pieces that he has chosen to implement he has conformed to the specs very well, but he has (at present) severe limitations on the usage of his package ==> It will not work with Xerox product software. If you have SGI equipment, it's probably very worthwhile to install Greg's "XNS" package, but if what you want is full XNS you should probably wait a little longer.
