Depends on the framework in which you want to teach them,
e.g., if you're a Christian or not.  If you are, then you
can probably find a couple of good ones in Christian
bookstores.  Unless the proprietors are some of those, um,
"inhibited" Christians that we all know about from net.singles.
Larry Christenson has a good one out.
