Nebraska : 75 mph day and night on the Interstates
Iowa : 75 day, 65 night
Kansas : 75 day (and night?), 80 on the Kansas Turnpike (toll)
Colorado : 70 day and night
Wyoming : 75 day (and night?)

Anyone supporting the 55 mph speed limit should be forced to drive at 55 from
Eastern Iowa to Western Wyoming. I used to drive regularly from Denver to
Omaha in 7 hours, 25 minutes (avg. speed 74-75 for trip, actual about 80
with one time out for gas and whatever). The trip is now 10.5 to 11 hours,
and I feel one heck of a lot more tired (bored?) when I get there.
Ah, to be back to the days when you could expect a warning ticket for 82 mph.

55 - Blackmail we can live without!
