The only thing AMERICAN about the Rabbit is the place it was assembled together
since the desin is 100% German and parts are 99% German. The only parts that
are American is the Alternator which is made by Motorola,, and a few other
small parts which do not contribute much to the safety of the car. The seat
cushion is German.

Now one thing that is AMERICAN about the Rabbit, is the service the dealers
give it and that plainly SUCKS.
