He was asking for "TMS"2764's which are 3 supply EPROMs built by Texas Instruments. They are still listed in the TI 1984 MOS Memory data book so apparently you might still be able to get them from TI. They must be part of an OLD design 'cause nobody in their right mind would design these parts into anything. The best thing to do would be to redesign whatever these turkeys plug into to take the 5V only 2732A's ( a few cuts and jumpers ). They'll probably be easier to get than the 3 supply 2716's in the near future and it'll be easier getting the faster speeds. Either that or buy a lifetime supply of 3 supply 2716's. Of course this is all assuming that there still some life in the design to make it worth it.
