Could any one help me decipher the following post error message and
suggest a remedial action? I am a new user of post and following the
instructions has been of no use.

Database error occured. "postmark" dbfirst, -1 error code.
Contact CEM team by sending electronic mail to whuxg!post.

My experience has been that it takes the post team at least two weeks
before your mail is acknowkedged. It was about eight weeks before my name
got on the post user's list.

If the CEM team is so busy (or indifferent) that they can not respond to
the needs of users, don't you think they should publish documents that are
more helpful to the user so they (the CEM team) don't have to answer as many
questions?
