It would seem that this Paul character is the antichrist that Christians have been speculating about for thousands of years. He takes all of Jesus' teachings of love, tolerance, and justice, and subverts them into "thou shalt not"s and intolerance and the same "letter of the law vs. spirit of the law" that Jesus was supposedly trying to eradicate.
