One guy replaced his monobanders on 20, 15 and 10 with a KT-34XA ! It's a big antenna, but offers great performance in a tri- bander. If you're worried about an antennna surviving the Massachusetts winters, then maybe a TA-33 is the way to go. But at a height of 30-35 ft, perhaps a Quad is the best bet; Gem Quad products (they advertise in QST) sells 2-, 3-, and 4-element quads. If you have a bit of real estate, maybe you should consider phased verticals. They are electrically steerable and offer good performance.
