The book you are looking for is "Apple II Monitors Peeled", Apple product
number D2L0013 (950-0018). I don't know the price, but it's outrageous,
as usual. I don't know if the book has been updated for the //e and //c
monitors; it was written around 1981 by someone outside of Apple, I think.
Having a hardware reference manual for your Apple is a must, since it
probably contains a monitor listing to which you will need to refer if
you use A2MP.
