The saddest thing about seeing the programmer lightbulb joke
over and over againis that what you usually see is the least funny
answer.  MUCH BETTER is:

Q: How many programmers does it take to change a lightbulb?

A: Two.  (The first one quits in the middle of the project.)

An entriely new answer (I just made it up):

A: WAIT!! Maybe the bulb doesn't need to be changed!  Let's try
turning it on one more time and see if it works.
