   I would be interested to know if anyone is using the UNIGRAFIX
package written at Berkeley and descibed by Sequin & Strauss in the
Proceedings of the 20th Design Automation Conference (Miami Beach June
1983, pp 374-381). Information about how to obtain a license, and
how it performs in practice, would be helpful. Please reply to
