The strategy I've found to work best (it is the one that has been used for
most of the wins here at nsc) is this:
	Until you find magic mapping, read at the beginning of a level.
	If you have found magic mapping but not aggravate monster read
		at the end of the level.
	When you have found (or identified, of course) both, read when you
		get them.

Aggravate monster can be a real bad scroll, but the percentages seem to
show that mapping is more likely so reading for it is the better bet on the
long run. After that, and especially on lower levels, you don't want to
wake up all of those nice monsters.
