I talked to Bay Tech Sales today ( the local National Sales arm) about
availability of the 32032, FPU, TCU, and ICU. I am looking for highest
speed parts available. I though the net might be interested in what
they told me.

6 MHz parts should be available off the shelf at distributors now.
What were to be the 10 MHz parts have been downgraded to 8 MHz parts due
to a signal which will not operate at the full 10 MHz. This run of parts
should be available from the factory in 8-10 weeks. Full 10 MHz parts
may not be available until 1st quarter '85.

As a side thought, I'm interested in hearing from anyone using the SYS16
development system (from National) or the emulators that can be tied
to a VAX with an RS232 line (also from National).

Happy designing!
