At least I don't use a computer called "smurf"!

I did not. I only said that perhaps they are intelligent. If they are
intelligent, then killing them is murder. If they are not intelligent,
then killing them is not murder. Perhaps you don't know what 'perhaps'
means.

Here's what I said, so you can try again to misinterpret me: "Animals,
with the exception perhaps of some monkey, dolphins, and whales, aren't
intelligent. Therefore you can't murder them. Perhaps killing a
Dolphin is murder; the issue is unclear."

Another unsound and completely wrong conclusion!

It's already too late for you.

Computer Science. Philosophy. I think that you're just jealous that in
6 months I'll have better employment oportunities than you'll have in
your whole life.

I can tell by now that you have no ability to address the issues and
have to resort to personal attack, but maybe you can change and try to
muster up some rationality into your sadly confused head. Here is my
main argument again, to help you: "Murder has nothing to do with the
victim being a member of the species Homo Sapien. If we were to
discover, for example, that there are intelligent aliens living on Mars,
wouldn't it be murder to unfairly and purposely kill a Martian? I say
yes! What do these hypothetical Martians and Homo Sapients have in
common that makes killing one of either class murder? Intelligence."
