If you can tell me where to get blue or white LEDs, I'd much appreciate it. Last I heard, blue LEDs were horribly inefficient laboratory toys, not production parts. And to get white, you needed blue. This is not to say I disagree with the contention that red is over-used. Incidentally, if DEC has wised up in this regard, it must have been pretty recent.
