If it is too small (i.e., a little forcing won't do the trick)
then the best solution is to take it back and exchange it. You could, of
course ream it out with a reamer, but even small errors in centering can
cause you big troubles in record wow. However, I've never seen one yet
that was "" too small. hound!rfg
