Close, but no cigar.  It is the Cowardly Lion who is told that he 
is a victim of disorganized thinking.  Basically, the Wizard 
says to the

Scarecrow:  'Why anybody can have a brain.  That's a very 
	mediocre commodity.'

Tin Man:  'You don't know how lucky you are.  Hearts will not be 
	practical until they can be made unbreakable.'  

Cowardly Lion:  "You, my friend, are simply a victim of 
	disorganized thinking.  Because you run away from
	danger, you think yourself a coward."
