The original note having apparently vanished, I would like to thank the
person who recommended the *Stereo Review* issue with the CD brouhaha
article. It contained some extraordinarily humorous lines easily as
good as "There is an extremely high content in the dog's saliva!" (from
*The Killer Shrews*), like that of the fellow who said something about
how digital reproduction filtered out music (leaving cold, unfeeling,
accurate sound, I guess).
