Granted, I don't use public restrooms very often; but only rarely have I seen the "lounge" and/or "diaper" facilities mentioned here. In fact, the only places I've seen women's lounges were in the large *older* department stores in downtown Chicago. And the only diaper changing facilities I've ever seen were in Disneyland (which, by the way, has very adequate restroom facilities, unlike some amusement parks I've been to). If lounges and diaper facilities are enough to generate all of this discussion, I'd like to know where they are. They certainly are *not* found where I work, play, and shop.
