Hello,

In the Portland, Or. area we are currently seeing the Tom Baker episodes
and this question has come to mind. On Tue. I saw the final episode of the
Key to Time series (The Armageddon Factor) where the princess turns into the
sixth segment of the key to time. In the next show (Destiny of the Daleks)
Romana regenerates. Well, I missed this episode so imagine my surprise when
I see (on Thu.) the princess, wearing a long coat and scarf, captured by
daleks. Now I quickly figured out that this was Romana II and what I would
like to know is ... Was there an explanation for this new form or did they
forget that Lalla Ward was the princess in the previous season?

From previous discussion in this group I am aware that Lalla Ward was
married to Tom Baker and would not expect a mistake such as this. Also, why
did Romana need to regenerate?
