We saw the bad guy/high priest push past the kid and the goil, after putting them on there to convince IJ not to break the bridge, so as to be in on the kill (I suppose). On the other hand, I consider nit-picking of this order to be a sign that someone didn't enjoy the movie. It's all "the willing suspension of disbelief", after all. Why not complain about the rigidity of the inflatable life raft and the difficulty of balancing it well enough, or the tedious "I hit you, now you hit me" scene on the conveyor belt (real fights don't work like that), or the irrelevance of the girl in the first place, or the amount of fuel needed by a rather short-range 'plane, or... I happen to be a firm believer in "good=enjoyable", "bad=nitpick". -- Nigel Sharp National Optical Astronomy Observatories Tucson, Arizona (602) 325-9273 UUCP: {akgua,allegra,arizona,decvax,hao,ihnp4,lbl-csam,seismo}!noao!sharp ARPA: noao!sharp@lbl-csam.arpa
