Well, Doug, I have talked to some other men here, and we think you need
to go see a doctor.  None of us experience the "pain and difficulty" that
you seem to think is normal.  If you have ever been thru childbirth
classes you should have learned about Kegal exercises - try them.  If not,
ask you wife/SO/friend's spouse about them.
