It seems that, when one uses the "N net.something" command while
running readnews, the .newsrc entry for group "net.something" is
ignored, and the reader is presented with the header for the
first posting in that group that remains on his host. Why is this?
Why isn't he presented with the first unseen entry, as would seem
to be the desired action?

(I guess I'm asking if this is intentional, and, if so, for what 
reason, or if it is a bug.)
