In my area, new '82 Yamaha Visions are
available for $1700. The problem I am
aware of in this model is its lack of
suspension adjustability. Does anyone
know of any reliability problems?

I have been offered a couple of
interesting used bikes:

'83 Interceptor, 5K mi, updated
handlebars, updated camshaft oil feed
fitting, original tires (rear might last
the summer), immaculate appearance. It
has been rebuilt from a wreck, but
everything is straight and there are no
scars. Price is $2900.

'83 GS750E for $2300, supposedly in
excellent condition. I haven't seen it
yet, and I'm not familiar with this
model.

I would like advice on the reliability
and saleabilty of these bikes. I've
already got too many *projects*, this
one's got to run!

I'm leaning towards the purchase of the
Interceptor. I want something I can sell
at the end of the summer for a house
down payment, and I think the market is
best for this model.

Thanx much,
