The IBM-compatible add-on unit for the BBC micro (called the Graduate), designed by Data Technologies, will be distributed by Torch Computers in the UK. The spec is: 8088 up to 256K RAM twin floppies two IBM compatible expansion slots Prices start at #599 for the 128K model, rising to #999 for the top of the range (# is pounds sterling). This is quite a breakthrough, since it means that you could have a PC compatible machine (but with better graphics) for around #1400. Not bad, eh? mcvax "You can't clean the \ toilet Neil, real students ukc!west44!gurr don't do that!" / vax135 Dave Gurr, Westfield College, Univ. of London, England.
