Times and locations of the roadblocks will not be made public (as are radar locations), and each roadblock will attempt to stop all vehicles that pass the checkpoint. Officers will then "check for signs of alcohol in the car or truck and for behavior that indicates a driver might have been drinking." Someone driving drunk will undergo a field examination with an "Alco-sensor" device...and the rest you probably know. Is this not illegal search and seizure?
