They were written by one Gelett Burgess. I plead an old and faulty memory and I am having the service reps come in to check it out as soon as they can. In spite of the fact that no one else commented on it, I should poinit out that I do not know of any relationship between Ogden Nash and Nash the Slash. P.S. I am sure that Ogden wishes he'd written the purple cow poems.
