Nice ride, with very mellow (what else, it's California) volunteer train crew. Evenmn mywife, who usually gets dragged along on these thintgs, enjoyed the ride. As a ride, it isn't much. But it's nice to ride behind coal-burning steam in an open car along the banks of a river. The round trip is a bit under one hour. And, of course, the museum is worth the visit. The quality ofo the exhibits reminds me of the Smithsonian, but less, of course.
