I am a million years behind (well 3 months) on movies because I prefer to
watch them on cable than fight with the rude and obnoxious audiences here
in LA (I don't know why people can't SHUT UP in movie theaters). But
I just saw "The Hunger" and it was excellent. If this has not already
been discussed (I don't read these notes often enough to remember) I would
like to say it is EXCELLENT!!!! This film is everything I think a film
should be. And for one major reason; they don't explain things.

A reasonably intelligent audience can figure things out from inuendo. And
part of the fun of the film is the way in which you have to figure things
out. In fact, it is better on second viewing for that very reason. You see
things in it you haven't before.
