[!]

There has been data given on drunk driving and I was wondering if there
was data on the 55 mph speed limit. When they changed the speed limit, it was
said that it would save lives and gas. Is this true?
It would seem that the probability between a higher speed and the
duration of being on the highway would be in conflict concerning a wreck.
Also, I have seen no savings on gas between 55 and 70 on my '67 Mustang.
