I agree the Braves would seem to have gotten a steal for the moment - a .300,
good-fielding infielder, but what are they going to do next year if and when
Horner gets back?  It would be quite a waste platooning the two at third, and
with Hubbard already at second, the Braves can't simply move Oberkfell back to
his old position.  Maybe, with Chambliss and Watson both aging, they'll try
Horner at first next year.  Or perhaps they're already thinking of trading away
an infielder (for a top quality pitcher?)  Then again, it may just mean that
Ted Turner will vote for the DH this December.
