	I might point out that the person who wants to turn the
	trademark UNIX into a generic term is on verrrry thin ice.
	There have been numerous cases of companies protecting their
	trademarks via the courts.  To even suggest that people begin
	using the name as a generic term could get that person hauled
	into court in very short order.  I would suggest that the
	person retract their suggestion before someone in the Legal
	Department sees the posting and decides to make a case out of
	it.  You can only lose this one.
