It is mainly regarding to the 'slam' you put towards secretaries in general. Being among that simple minded group of people I took mild offense to the implication that secretaries are lacking in a certain amount of intelligence. Oh, you poor innocent little man. Don't you realize what you have done? You have just insulted the one person who could make your working life a living hell. Have you ever had the experience of having your paycheck suddenly disappear off the face of the earth, or having the locks on your desk suddenly changed, or your security clearance mysteriously vanish? Now, we are not a vengeful lot. We are meek and mild. When we receive the 25th job that day (to be done in our "spare" time) we smile and say "Oh, sure" when we would like nothing better than to stab you in the heart and scream "NO" at the top of our lungs. We have to dress nicely when you engineers get away with wearing shorts, T'shirts that should have been condemned years ago and in some cases roller skates. Personally, I don't care whether you think I am intelligent or not. I won't loose any sleep worrying about it. But, I can't help thinking that it didn't show any intelligence putting an article like that on a system which your own secretary has access to. It's a good thing you aren't in my group hon, I would hang you by your heels. I suggest you watch your hind end toots - every secretary in the building is out for blood - yours!!! Cordially yours, Nancy Hill P.S. You spelt 'regrettably' wrong. Nancy
