As you can guess, not much information was given. But the person doing the stand-up had a metal band over his forehead that measured "muscle tension". The game was a kind of "breakout" where you bounce a ball to knock out sections of a wall. The cursor was controlled through the metal band -- relax it moves to the left; tense up and it goes right.
