Problem:

	Obtain at least one particular solution to the following ODE:

		p'' - axp' - (a - bi)p = 0,

	where p = p(x),
	      i = sqrt(-1),
	      a, b are real and positive.

	The solution should be in closed form or definite integral form,
	if possible.

The problem arises in semiconductor device analysis.
