On the ticket was a block that was checked by the officer and the caption said "Seatbelt Use" or something of that nature. When the officer put down the fine on the ticket he wrote "-$10" for the seatbelt block being checked. I don't remeber what the town was, and it definately was a local cop who nailed my friend.
