A Visa card from Bank of America is not necessarily the same as one from Bodunk Bank of Biloxi. In particular, the larger banks tend to be somewhat more reasonable about mischarges on accounts. I had a problem with a "mystery" charge on my bill some years ago (on a B of A card) and they happily removed the charge. --Lauren--
