I don't know the price, but it's outrageous, as usual. I don't know if the book has been updated for the //e and //c monitors; it was written around 1981 by someone outside of Apple, I think. Having a hardware reference manual for your Apple is a must, since it probably contains a monitor listing to which you will need to refer if you use A2MP. -jns
