This statement is unfortunately false. Looking at the latest net.news
statistics on the top submitters, I see that #1 submitted 34 items
(over two weeks, I think. Anybody know for sure?), and number 17
submitted 14 articles. Therefore, we have 16 people who submitted
more than one, and less than three, articles per day. You therefore
cut down on the net traffic by roughly 16 articles per day.

I don't think it's worth the trouble.
