The closest I know of is 1969, when the Jets beat the Colts, the Mets
beat the Orioles, and the Knicks beat the (Baltimore) Bullets.  That
was 3 out of 4, all losers also from the same city.  (The basketball
might have been an earlier round.)  Since few cities have all four teams,
it is unlikely to occur.  Two happens often, and there is probably another
three that I don't remember.
