Computer Vision Lab Lines: 26 These are 30,000 mile item. I have replaced mine at roughly 30,000mi, 60,000mi, 90,000mi., and 120,000mi. However, since my 76 Accord is starting to age, I may sell it before 150,000. It's at 130,000 now and the engine is running great! Are you losing anti-freeze around the water pump? I was, so I changed it. I don't THINK any thing will outright bust for a good while after the noise starts. BUT IF THE NOISE STOPS COMPLETELY AND YOU START OVERHEATING, WATCH OUT. My noise was intermittent at times, though. I changed my own once at a tremendous savings. The parts are around $20-30 and the dealer will charge you $75 -$100 I think. But the hassle is that you need to drain the cooling system first and then fill it up afterwards. Good time to flush it. Good luck. Fred P.
