Hmmm.  That sounds really wierd.  I assume one of those Dysans you received
was the one I sent you.  I was able to format it okay, and I have used most
of the other diskettes that were in the same box with no difficulty at all.
I don't recall checking the tightness of the media.  I suppose it's remotely
possible that something happened in the mail, but I doubt it.

Is it possible that your drive isn't clamping down on the disk hub hard 
enough?  If true, the disk might be slipping...
