	I know this isn't net.flame but this kind of "Well, I've got
mine so you can just get one too" statement gets to me.

	I can't believe that I'm in the minority when I say that we
don't decide what kind of machines to use by the requirements of net-
news.  I have enough trouble getting my employer to let me spend my
time (time for which they pay me) and use the EXISTING resources to
read the news.  Now this bozo comes along and says I'm supposed to tell
them to scrap all our PDP's and spend >$1E6 on VAXen so I can continue
to do so.
