Romana I decided to rejuvenate and use Princess Astra's 
appearance as her model.  The Doctor was quite confused
when Romana II appeared and even had her try some other
bodies first before agreeing to let her look like the
Princess.  Apparently she had little or no problem during
her regeneration and could even select the body style she
wanted.
