    In the charter for NET.MAG, it was stated that the group was to be used
for magazines that are of general interest, or technical journals, and that
other periodicals would be best described in a more appropriate newsgroup.
    I would like you to vote on whether or not we should keep the original
charter, or just use the newsgroup for *any* periodical.
    Send all votes to me, I will summarize them in about a week.
