This is really a nit, but at home we have "life-line" service, which
means that you get ~30 outgoing calls a month before you have to pay
for them (and even then, the price/call is pretty low, you have to
make ~70 local calls a month before you break even with unlimited
service).  I was told that you can't have an additional line installed
and still maintain this service...
