I am just trying to see whether there is a simple solution to the question
of posting to "wanted" groups in distant areas.  If you see this in net.test,
ignore it.  If you see it in ba.wanted, could you send me mail with
probability 1/32 ?  (Or greater, if you're the SA.)

This is my second try.  I really want a way that needs no changes to the
code and it appears that the references line will suppress the 'no such
newsgroup' error.
