Whenever you follow up an article with control characters or escape
sequences in the title, PLEASE CHANGE THE SUBJECT LINE!!!!!

This article had an escape n in the title, and all but one followup
to it caused my terminal to clear screen and print EEEEE all over
the screen. (Shades of 212A UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU problems!)

The only safe control characters to use are tab and backspace,
and even then the reader may not see what you expect. For other
characters, even including control L:

Remember! Don't use them, and don't let them propagate!

their own.)
