Those users who need the speed in scrolling should
consider using on of the 80 column cards designed for
the Apple ][+.
The slow scrooling is particularly bothersome when using a
spreadsheet so I got a Micromax 80 column card that fits
in slot 3.  Of course you cannot use the
Apple
card in the Auxiliary slot at the same time.  Also using
one of these cards will not allow you to use double wide
lo res or double hi res( with the extended cards only), nor
will it permit 80 columns on an rgb monitor because of the video
not being on the motherboard where an rgb card looks for it.
Consider your application.  Perhaps its a worthwhile investment for you.
