I have no objection to point defense against ballistic missles.  I have
a major objection against weapons in space.  One day either I or my 
decendents will live in space.  I'd would be awful nice if there were
no really effective weapons that could harm us there, which, basically,
is the present situation.  Let's keep it that way (Yes I know the USSR
has a space weapon, but it's not very good and if testing is banned
they'll lose operational capability anyway).
