C.S. Dept., St. John's Lines: 21 I was wondering if such a thing as waterproof footwear coverings existed? I seek protection from rain, and front wheel spray ( the type that effectively soaks one's footses ) when wearing light ( running ) footwear. I was thinking of something that could be easily removed and folded up once point B ( or Z ) was reached. I was NOT thinking of wearing boots, which are quite horrible when on a bicycle. From between the sound permeable foam pads of Howard Campbell. {akgua, allegra, ihnp4, philabs, princeton, utcsrgv}!garfield!howard
