aw come on, give david a break. i really enjoyed his letter
(being the fatherless bachlor i am...) and didn't take it as a
slam against women or childbirth or anything like that. it
was cute. who cares if his historical stuff isn't accurate??
(well, obviously YOU do, but for the other 98.6% of us...)

probably the second hardest i've laughed in my life was watching bill
cosby on cable tv last month talk about HIS childrens births. the audience
was on the FLOOR laughing. (so was i, but i was trying to study for
a test at the time, so i tried to stay seated most the time)
bill's first comment when he saw the child: 'put it back'.
the first thing he said to his wife: 'honey, you've given birth to a lizard'
it was FUNNY. i don't think i've being strange here. THOUSANDS of people
were cracking up at his concert. cosby wasn't putting his kids down or
anything, just sharing his view of the experience. david did the same
thing. probably every person on this net went through birth
sometime early in their life. it's a topic common to us all.

i say lighten up. this is net.jokes* if everything said here had to
be accurate..... well, exaggeration is a HUGE ENORMOUS GIGANTIC part of comedy.
