After making half a dozen tapes, I noticed that a 2400' tape is not
necessary.  A 600' tape is probably enough, and a 1200' one is
certainly sufficient.

For those who missed the first announcement, for a limited time only
I'm making a free distribution of CHISEL.  Send me a magtape, and I'll
return it with CHISEL sources and executable (for UNIX 4.2bsd).

The only documentation is my thesis (from University Microfilms or Stanford
Computer Science STAN-CS-82-959).
