FOR A WHILE They are not intended for many connect/disconnect cycles; the last spec I saw was for 100 cycles. The DB-25's are good for about 1000 or more. Also, when your telephone makes static at you, you can wiggle the plug and make it better - I'd hate to do that in the middle of ANY screen editor or other idiot break-on-every-character program. Use them for (for instance) office wall jacks or other low-wear places. They will work quite well there - not for patch panels, etc., where connections are changed daily.
