"motss" was taken from the 16th century composer "Hugo Motss".

Motss was best known for his work as a Basso Profundo on the
giant Wurlitzer organ.  Not so well known was his attraction
to young Chinese boys.  He was later ex-communicated from the guild
for his sins.
