Interestingly, the decision was not relating to an old Utah filing, but to that of another state which tried to block the showing of certain advertising on a cable outlet. The decision applies to both commercial and non-commercial satellite programming, including movies. Editorial: One shudders to think of the ramifications of a more conservative Supreme Court to various aspects of our personal liberty, given the many close decisions now coming from the court. --Lauren--
