Hope my 'n' key survived all that Star Trash. Can't net.movies.sw be recycled into net.movies.st? How about leaving it as .sw for "StarWhatever". Oh well, I didn't really want to start another "new groups" forest fire. Forget I said anything.) I saw "Seventeen" at the Ann Arbor 16mm Festival earlier this year. I thought it was quite well done. Having spent a little time in the wilds of Indiana, it seemed to me that it rang true. I suspect that one reason it was not aired on PBS is simply that, although it is quite "liberal" not to take offense at the occasional "shit", those responsible just couldn't quite see being held accountable by the genteel viewers of PBS for an hour of the constant stream of epithets that makes up Standard Highschool English. In general, I think it was just a little too honest for their tastes. Michael Sleator Ann Arbor Terminals {cbosgd, cosivax, mb2c, psu-cs, ufom-cv}!aat!sleat
