If anyone has pointers to either commercial or non-commercial 
programs that implement some kind of parsing I'd appreciate it.
I'd especially be interested in a program that converts from one
spoken language to another or from one computer language to another.
Any information will be appreciated.  Sufficient useful responses
will be saved and bulk posted to the net.  Thanks:
