hmm. . .
	International Hobbies (formerly AHM) has a model of
Stephenson's Rocket, which is the earliest steam loco.  I believe it is
a British model (by Hornby?) in OO/HO (OO scale, HO track).  It comes with
appropriate coaches.
	Bachmann also has an early loco, but I can't recall which one.  I don't
think there are any commercial models of the Tom Thumb available.
(Bachmann's might be "Best Friend of Charleston (sic?)" but I'm not sure)
