Just thought I'd offer a vegetarian source for vitamin B-12:
Tempeh is an excellent source of the vitamin. It is a product made
by fermenting soy beans. I eat it fairly regularly, it can be pre-
pared in many different ways, but I enjoy it fried myself. It is mild
tasting and goes very well in a sandwhich. It is available in most
health food stores (at the usual rip-off prices), but I buy mine at
a cooperative. It is a very old soy product used in eastern countries
for years, the bacteria is available from the federal government if
your really serious. If there is some genuine interest I will post
more info on request.
