All of the UniSoft ports of UNIX have no /usr/tmp. Everything goes into
/tmp. On Berkeley systems, typically /tmp is cleared out at reboot, but
/usr/tmp is left alone (i.e. you can leave things in there for extended
periods of time). I don't know the beginnings of the split, unfortunately.
