Lines: 16 How does one go about getting a traffic light installed? This case is not exactly as straightward as "I don't want my children hit by cars while running across the street." There is a place in NJ that is just begging for a light. It is not the usual place for a light but I think it would help traffic flow greatly. I am constantly amazed by the stupidity of highway planners. This spot annoys me every day on my way home. Whoever thought that a stop sign would be effective was on drugs. For all you people who drive home on 287 to the GSP you know the very spot I speak of-the merge at the bottom of the ramp that is always a zoo. For the rest of you, be glad you don't know where it is. Any info on how to convince whomever that a light might be a good idea would be appreciated. Sharon Badian
