In San Diego there is a rather ritzy area named "La Jolla" (pronounced
"la-hoy-ya") that brings the following to mind...

Q. How many La Jollans does it take to change a light bulb?

A. Two...One to change the light bulb and one to mix the martinees!

Along the same line (this really is a wealthy community) ... La Jolla
was at one time considering the purchase of several Mercedes Benz autos
to be used as police cars, but the citizens convinced the town council
not to purchase the automobiles (that part is true). They objected on
the basis that the vehicles would blend in with the normal traffic so
well that the cars were considered "undercover" vehicles, which the
citizens wanted no part of!
