The pro rated warrantee was only good towards the purchase of another Sears battery. Although I'm usually a Sears fan, I will no longer buy Die Hards. The JC Penny battery (a Die Hard competitor), boasted a lifetime warrantee. I wish I had bought one. Has anyone else had a bad experience with the Sears Die Hard battery? -- ========================================================================== Bob Parnass, AT&T Bell Laboratories - ihnp4!ihuxf!parnass - (312)979-5760
