How net.religion gets this one is beyond me, but if you're interested in a 
model of all-time-exists-at-once which contains free will, read Hogan's book
"Thrice Upon a Time."  It's SF, but Hogan knows a good bit of science, and his
speculations are logically sound (if you grant his fictional premises).  The
problems of information transfer through time are similar to a-Ghod-outside-of-
time problems, from a logical standpoint.
