...was paging thru my Cadillac Cyclopedia this morning before
heading to work, and ran across a SC-case between a southern-
state and some individual whose last name starts with "B",
on the issue of the constitutionality of requiring school-attendees
to recite the pledge of allegience; basically, SC shot down a lower
court ruling favoring the requirement, stating that the "right to
silence" was at least as important as the "right to speech"; any
ideas on whether or not this might apply in the School-Prayer issue?

...and given the fact that RR pledged 4 years ago to do something
on this issue, then forgot about until now, does anyone really think
that he won't do the same again, that this isn't just a piece of
political-hype designed to garner votes without the slightest 
intention of seeing it all the way thru?
