I'm really looking forward to one machine instruction in particular...

	RAN	Read All Notes

This microcoded instruction saves several hours a day by implanting
directly in the invoker's mind just those things they would remember
if they read all their new notes for that day.

For systems that run News instead, the same mnemonic still applies.
How's that for portability?

If execution of RAN would require more than 150 states, it simply
pushes a random number instead.  However, this seldom happens,
since the memorable quantity each day can usually be processed in
only 42 states.  (This article, for instance, can be processed in
only 12 states, leaving plenty of time for the rest of net.jokes.)
