Welcome to net.abortion.

Please don't expect anything to be solved here, as we all know this is
a very emotional issue. Please try and keep personal attacks down to
a minimum. Avoid shouting "Baby-Killer!!!" and "I can do what I want
with my own body, you damned red-neck!!"

This will get us nowhere.

There are two different issues in abortion. The so-called "pro-life"
issue (what I prefer to call the moral issue) deals with whether abortion
is right or wrong. Ie. you are pro-abortion or anti-abortion.

The other issue, the so-called "pro-choice" issue (what I call the legal
issue) deals with whether abortion should be legal or illegal. So
you can be pro-legalized or anti-legalized. While few people are
pro-abortion and anti-legalization, all other three combinations can and
do occur.

So try and indicate which issue you are talking about. There is a third
minor issue of whether abortion should get public funding. This is a
sticky one and people can go either way on this.
(For example, I am pro-abortion, pro-legalized and anti-public funding)
