Andrew Koenig:

The Grace report claims that if the tax rate were increased to
100% for income over $75,000, that would bring in at most $17 billion
a year. So much for soaking the rich.

Excuse me, but where do I get a copy of this report? And did it say
*personal* income, or *corporate income*, or ALL income? If one wanted
to truthfully "soak the rich", one would probably be better off taxing
the corporate income more. Many rich people have almost "no" personal income
after deductions (or even negative!).
