Every now and then there is an article worth "cutting out and saving", and that was one of them. However, being fussier than most people, I usually find it worthwhile to take a moment and neaten up "saveable" articles before printing myself a copy. I did that in this case and herewith post the results, for two reasons: First, for other fussy people who might prefer this format; second, as an example of how I, for one, like to see "saveable" articles presented.
