In Appendix B of "Installing/Operating 4.2BSD", is the code to load the
bootstrap monitor off the distribution tape. Two questions:

	1. Will the "HT" bootstrap work for a System Industries' 9700
tri-density tape drive emulating a DEC TU45 on a CMI (MASSBUS)
	   card?

	2. If so, what are the MASSBUS addresses and the register B value
	   for a tape on a 750, mba2, unit 0 ?
