	This order was not rescinded until 1976 by the Governor of Missouri 
	(I think his name was Carlyle(sp?)). I know of no recent cases in which
	this was used.

Hmm.. I'd bet that if anyone had tried to justify a murder using that order in
the 20th century, he would have been locked up anyway.

	Maybe I just have too much faith in humanity's good sense.
