I agree completely that "RESENT" is an unfortunate choice.  I was told
that Dave Crocker thought it was cute.  At the time that RFC822 was 
written, HERMES and MSG used "REDISTRIBUTED" and MM used "REMAILED".
I don't know that anyone was using "RESENT".  HERMES spells the fields
"ReSent".  What else can you do?
