My VIC seems to have a lot of problems getting its signal to my TV.
I have used it on a couple of TV's and there is a lot of interference
in the picture that is related to the processor activity. I have an
5-slot expander that contributes to the problem. Still, even without
nothing plugged into the expansion port, there is noticable picture
quality problems. The best picture is when I hold the reset button
down on the expander board. Also, the sound with AFT is terrible, almost
drowned out by buzz. I have to manually tune (or mistune) the pic to
get halfway decent sound.

Is this a common problem? Is there simple way to improve the situation.
I don't want to buy the Commodore monitor at this point, although I
am sure that would help. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
