Message-ID: <2092@ihuxf.UUCP> Date: Thu, 15-Mar-84 14:11:33 EST Article-I.D.: ihuxf.2092 Posted: Thu Mar 15 14:11:33 1984 Date-Received: Fri, 16-Mar-84 02:13:44 EST Organization: AT&T Bell Labs, Naperville, IL Lines: 16 I would like to hear if any of you out there that are bragging about how long your batteries have lasted can meet the following criteria: 1) you live in a climate that has freezing temperatures for some portion of the year. 2) your battery is trying to start an engine with a displacement of more than 300 cubic inches ( 5 liters if you are metric happy). Every battery, particularly Sears, that has been in a car of mine that fits the above classifications has died young. I am sure other readers would be interested to hear if there are decent batteries out there. Richard Schieve ihuxf!rls
