    Does some RFC exist specifying fields such as this?  Is there a

    FLAMING-DEATH-TO field?  or maybe a

    VOTE-FOR field?

Yeah, RFC822, I believe.  You're no longer allowed to REDISTRIBUTE mail,
and this has caused a notable increase in user RESENTment.  It also
subjects us to a lot of chatter between mailers about who got what from
whom and other interbeing private topics that really shouldn't be told
in public.  I've taken to censoring my headers!

If you don't wish to cause RESENTment, you can always be straight FORWARD!
Unfortunately, the response does not always go as you'd like.
