I have exchanged broken screwdriver (used as a lever by my son), a 10 year old broken wooden handled hammer, and some very old work out sockets (belonging to my late fater-in-law) with no questions asked. I avoid their cheap power tools -- the top of the line ones are ok when you wait for them to go on sale (everything in the tool department does at least onec a year!). The other big win is replacement parts for major appliances.
