And I'm often befuddled by the SLOW MOVING TRAFFIC signs in Pennsylvania.
I often get the urge to put my car right on the center stripe and decelerate to
about 20 mph so that I can do my civic duty and slow down all the moving
traffic. Still, why does the sign say "moving"? One can't slow down motion-
less traffic, no? Negative velocity?

You should see what happens when I'm driving on I-91 north of Hartford CT
and see the sign which reads: HEAVE.
