On Hawaii Five-O, McGarrett always told his comrade to "Book 'em, Dano". Just
how is "Dano" spelled, anyway? Is it "Dan" with an "o" added, or perhaps
"Danny" with an "o" instead of an "y", or is it some Hawaiian name, or what?

For that matter, is it "Five-O" or "Five-Oh" ?
