I am looking for information on a couple of products I have seen
mentioned here. First, a friend of mine recently purchased a David
Clark headset and allowed me to try it out. Indeed it is excellent; it
ought to be for the price. My question is, how much can I expect to pay
for an adequate noise- attenuating headset w/mike and switch? Who sells
them? Personall experiences would be very useful. Also, I am also
curious about an aircraft frequency hand-held tranciever. I would like
to have one for automobile to air communications. Do FCC/FAA regulations
permit this?
