What I'd like to get hold of is the hitherto unknown waltz by
Johannes Brahms that Spock plays on the piano in that episode
with the several-thousand-year-old guy and his robot daughter.
Who really wrote it?  Is the score available, or a recording?
It's a remarkably good imitation of Brahms's style.
