MartinI've bought quite a bit from B. A. Pargh. Their service is excellent, and they are totally trustworthy (when they sent the wrong thing due to a packing error, they paid for UPS to pick it up and return it). They definitely are a WHOLESALE house, however. They will be happy to ship to you COD, but you must present the appearance of a business. Give them a business name ( Enterprises will do fine if you don't have a business name to use already). The minimum order for free shipping is $200; otherwise you pay the UPS charge and COD fee. Every now and then we get together a group purchase to go over the $200 breakpoint and order stuff for a number of people here at the office. We have a business name due to my wife having a retail store for a while; she bought stock and supplies from them for the business. Their complete catalog is well worth having; call the 800 number for a copy before ordering. They sell everything from cigars to low-end stereo gear to radios to candy to office supplies. With that range, it is easy to accumulate the $200. The main problem I have run into is out-of-stock merchandise. They enter your order on-line as you call it in, and tell you right then if it is in stock. Backorders incur shipping charges (see the catalog for details), so have enough on your want list to get over the $200 even if some items are not available. (If you are willing to pay shipping, the $200 isn't important, but I always try to minimize costs.) Will Martin -------
