I also got one of those "Cancellation Notice" blurbs ... in the same
mail delivery as the renewal notice for my auto insurance.  

I also am hacked off at this outfit, as this is the umpteenth
advertisment that we have received.

I have an idea, however.  They give an 800 number to call to make an
appointment to be brow-beaten by one of their salespeople.  I am going
to call this number to let them know of my displeasure with their
marketing gambet, then set up a background shell to use the ACU on this
machine to call that 800 number ... every 10 minutes.

Does anyone already have such a shell procedure (so I don't need to
spend too much time inventing and testing)?  Are there any legal
ramifications that I should be aware of before starting this process
into execution?
