I understand the Conservative movement has OK'd the ordination of women
rabbis.  I'd like to know exactly what they decided (i.e. is this another
one of those "we leave it up to the congregation to decide" deals), and
what the halachic grounds for such ordination are (or other applicable
grounds).  Finally, any idle speculation as to what this will do to
the Conservative movement?
