	I don't want to rain on this guy's parade, but there are copyright laws
which prohibit this practice.  Analog recently had a survey of its reader on the
subject of piracy, and they said that you must buy the magazine if you are going
to get a copy of any program in it from a friend.  I know the rules are somewhat
blurred on this point, but I don't think it's worth a possible law-suit.  If    
this guy keeps a low profile, he might be safe, but if he makes any money at it,
the lawyers will be at his door.
