[] Black Flag

The version I have has:
4 limerick oysters (like <862@cvl.UUCP>)
6 pairs of Don Alverso's tweezers
8 brass monkeys from the sacred crypts of ancient Egypt
10 ... of the deep who haul, stall around the quo of the quay of the quivvy,
   all at the same time.

However, I recently found an older version that was actually used by the
US military in WWII. It was designed to test short term memory by
presenting patterned nonsense.

Among other changes:
1 <==> 2
3 ==> 4 ==> 5 ==> 3
6 brass monkeys (the way cited in <862@cvl.UUCP>)
8 pairs of Don Alphonso's tweezers
#s 9 and 10 bear only a slight resemblance to the modern version.

As best I can recall, #9 (modern version) had crutches instead of roller
skates, but roller skates seem to have been substituted spontaneously
in different places. (If enough people are interested, I could post the
story of the re-appearing Klingons).

There's also a version for D&Ders and Moorcock fans:
7 thousand melniboneans in full battle array
	[That includes dragons, of course]

and an extremely ingroup version for the coventry imaginary world:
7 thousand methylonians in full battle array
