So much for soaking the rich. Excuse me, but where do I get a copy of this report? And did it say *personal* income, or *corporate income*, or ALL income? If one wanted to truthfully "soak the rich", one would probably be better off taxing the corporate income more. Many rich people have almost "no" personal income after deductions (or even negative!).
