It would be interesting to see what Penneys will do with any of these battery warranties. According to a JC Penney executive (my son's godfather), JC Penney will continue to honor ANY warranties granted before discontinuing a product line (tires, batteries, computers, etc). If you have a problem, try and take your battery with warrenty to the Penney's where you bought it (not necessary, but saves time), and they will send you to a Firestone dealer to replace it! T.
