Has anyone seen the new John Varley novel "Demon"? It's the climax of the
trilogy that started with "Titan" and continued in "Wizard". When I saw Varley
at the Oregon science fiction convention last year he said that the manuscript
was finished and "in publication" with an expected release in the spring. I
know spring doesn't start for three weeks, but I've been waiting YEARS to
finish this series. Any information appreciated...

By the way I would strongly recommend all of Varley's work to anyone interested
in SF. He tends to focus on the effects of "soft" technologies (biology,
software), which makes a refreshing change from the physics/engineering slant
of (say) Larry Niven or Arthur Clarke.
