Constant Records since purchase:
				'Round town	commute long trips
1970 MGB GT: (purchase 12-82)
  in top form... 20 24 28-30
in bad form... 18 20 never

1976 Kawasaki KZ400 45 50 55-75

The commute has averaged 3-5 miles over the years. The variation in
long trip MPG for the bike was due to road type. In the summer of '82
my roommate and I worked for a branch of Victor Tech (RIP) in San Luis
Obispo - and had almost weekly commutes to Corp HQ in Scotts Valley
(near Santa Cruz). As some of you may know, that particular stretch
of Highway One is a biker's dream... and we took it an average of
twice a week, for fifteen or so weeks. Then, of course, the road washed
out. If only they could keep the RV's off that do 12.5 miles per hour
on those sensuous curves. Ah well, now that I'm in Oregon, we've got
some great spots here too.
