Subject: bug in shell's built-in echo fixed

The built-in echo in the shell was ignoring all signals. This behaviour
was not terribly troublesome under normal conditions, but something like:

	echo /zoo/*

at 300 or 1200 baud wouldn't interrupt and would take some time to finish.
Incidentally, in fixing this bug, I noticed that the exit code reported by
the shell upon catching a signal has changed: in the V7 shell it was 3 and
now it is 2000. I can't imagine this causing any problems.
