  I admit that there is no way that I can prove the existence of
God to you, any more that you can prove the non-existence of
God to me.  Conceding that, I think that there is still a great
deal of room for communication between theists and atheists.
I don't think that many atheists really understand (for example)
the implications of the Christian Claim, and perhaps we
don't correctly understand why you have the views you do.
  I think that the best way to do this is to avoid 'instant
judgements.'  We are commanded not to judge people, and I think
that to be good advice for non-believers as well.  I am
no more a cretin than you are an 'infidel who should be
destroyed.'  If I can clairfy or expand on any religious
topic about which I have discussed, please post me to find
out where I'm coming from;  I'll do the same.
