What about my expenses incurred for reading the technical (net.lang.c, net.unix-wizards) newsgroups? They would certainly seem to be a technical journal (or possibly a conference or convention), and I should be able to deduct my phone bills, modem cost, terminal cost, etc. Has anybody done this? Any ideas? -Jack Applin (hplabs!hp-dcd!jack)
