And Interestingly enough there was a proposal about 10 years ago to do just that with all of the US Air carriers jumbos. Lots of our (US) pilots are in the reserves (in fact probably most of them) the Airlines like to hire Military pilots (lots of Multi-engine time) and once you have a commissionit's *REAL* hard to get rid of it. -- Stephen C.
