Has anyone had any expeience with ABLE Computer's 'ATTACH' communication
system? If so, what are your impressions? Does it work reliably?
For those who haven't heard of 'ATTACH', it is a one hex-slot 64 channel
multiplexer that connects to a demultiplexer/distribution cabinet up to
1 km away, via a 1 MBit RS-422 cable. Our problem it that we must travel
a greater distance, and are wondering if anyone has interfaced the 1Mbit
RS-422 to a T-1 line. Is there such a beast as a RS-422 to T-1 modem?
