If the junk mailers get bricked enough times, it is no longer economical to mass-mail their drivel. And if enough postal carriers get hernias, maybe their manage- ment will be motivated to eliminate the problem. And if neither scenario occurs, the junk-mailees (that's us) may have to escalate to cinder blocks.
