Citing the deficit (for which the height of Congress is to blame), like citing the stock market, is a sure sign of economic illiteracy. ---------- I'm at a loss as to what "the height of Congress" is supposed to convey. The last person I heard using the stock market as an economic indicator was the President, so maybe you're right. Blaming the deficit on Congress is about as silly as anything I can imagine. The Administration has dramatically cut its income and increased its expenditures and that is why the deficit has increased.
