Message-ID: <3564@utcsrgv.UUCP> Date: Sun, 18-Mar-84 23:19:57 EST Article-I.D.: utcsrgv.3564 Posted: Sun Mar 18 23:19:57 1984 Date-Received: Mon, 19-Mar-84 08:31:39 EST Organization: The Law Society of Upper Canada, Toronto Lines: 12 The girls in the word processing department here (old IBM system) consistently use "play out" as the verb for obtaining a printed copy from a diskette. I have always used "print out" or "run off" (my experience in these matters has been almost entirely on UNIX systems). Has anyone else ever heard the term "play out" in this context?
