	While perhaps every UNIX should have such a directory most do
not. The .lists directory is a brl convention. The file called master
is also a local convention. As Ferd mentions, it does contain a summary
of the net digests and is available by anonymous ftp from sri-nic
as "sri-nic:interest-groups.txt".
