a Diet for diabetics:

There is a lot of discussion on this in the books. The only
authoritative person I have ever spoken to on the subject
suggested that those who have been diagnosed as hypoglycemics
by use of the 5-hour glucose tolerence test should stick to a
low carb - high protein diet if they want to advoid latent
	diabetes.

The diabetics I know range from those who eat anything and balance
it with insulin, to those who attempt to follow a very strict
diet in an attempt to lessen their dependance on insulin.

The ones who try diet control are all on hi-pro low-carb diets.
Since this is only noting my experience, I highly recommend that
anyone who has diabetes consult BOTH their doctor and a professional
	dietician/nutritionist.

Excuse the spelling - it is late. Good luck.
