I received about 20 replies to: "why don't my turn signal blink?"
Two answers were offered:

1- Check the light bulbs. If one is burnt the turn signals on that side
won't blink.

2- If you have the problem on both sides and all the light bulbs work,
replace the flasher.

My problem was the second case cited. I went out to buy a flasher.
The guy in the first store said I needed part 536 that goes for $1.97,
but they were out of it. The second store had a Sylvania (sp?) flasher
compatible with 536 that went for $3.94. That's exactly twice as much
as $1.97. I was tired of running around, so, I bought it.

I spent 15 minutes looking for where the flasher is located in the car.
Then I remembered that it would still blink once in a while! I turned it
on and after a few tries it worked and I found where it was. Hidden
behind a column!

Lots of thanks to every who replied, and those who wanted to reply
but thought that surely a lot of other people would, so why bother.

Be careful out there.
