   First, why don't you try "frogurt", which is frozen icecream-like
   yougurt?  On this net yougurt and lactose intolerance have been
   discussed in great detail so I will not repeat it here.  But it
   suffices to say that it is known that wmost people who cannot
   tolerate milk sugars can indeed tolerate and digest yogurt.
