I was on a trip to Washington last summer.
There was a pretty decent restaurant in D.C. proper called "Metro Kosher."
I believe (forgive me - its been a while) it is at 23St. and Avenue M NW
a few blocks north of the Foggy Bottom Metro station.

I don't remember who gave the hashgacha but the teudah presented looked
authentic. The food was also pretty good.
