I have an aquaintance who buys me "Xidex" (zie-dex) 5-1/2 floppies
at a very low price ($28CAN per 10 -- cheap for Toronto). His
claim is that these are high quality jobs, but I have never heard
of the brand before. Furthermore, the come with no brand name on
'em or anything, just a simple little label at the top.
My question is: does "Xidex" really exist?
My experience has been good so far with these things, at least
as good as el-cheapo CDC floppies, but maybe I have just been
lucky.
