This is in fact an old question, but the answer originally given does not apply in some jurisdictions, because it is not a crime everywhere. In fact, I expect that it is now a crime in fewer places than was once the case. But I have come up with a second answer, unrelated to the first one, that also answers the question and is a crime everywhere (as far as I know). So can you think of both answers?
