I can think of two problems with specifying the 'm' option for uucp
mail.  First, many mailers will insert a "To:" line if invoked with
more than one argument, which produces a completely mangled header.
Second, the limit on the length of a command line which can be passed
via uux is fairly small.  Exceeding the limit will produce undesire-
able effects such as core dumps from uuxqt.
