Their tool return policy is great.  I have exchanged broken screwdriver
(used as a lever by my son), a 10 year old broken wooden handled hammer,
and some very old work out sockets (belonging to my late fater-in-law)
with no questions asked.  I avoid their cheap power tools -- the top of
the line ones are ok when you wait for them to go on sale (everything in
the tool department does at least onec a year!).

The other big win is replacement parts for major appliances.
