When Telarc says "intersteps", they mean the steps between the original digital recording and the CD digital recording. Microphones don't enter into THAT at all. Interested net folks should look in Rabiner and Gold, "Theory and Application of Digital Signal Processing", or Rabiner and Shaeffer (similar title that's not at hand right now) for some basics of digital sampling rate conversion. -- TEDDY BEARS ARE NICER THAN PEOPLE--HUG YOURS TODAY!
