I am thinking about buying my first house/condo/townhouse/? (I'm not quite
sure) and would appreciate any suggestions from people out in net land
on things that I should look out for along with things that I should look for.

My current concerns are financing. Is it better
to get a straight 30 year loan or go for one of those other types
such as a 3/2/1 buy down. What other types of *creative* financing
are out there?

Does anybody know what CHAFA (sp?) money is and what the requirements
are for getting it. I think CHAFA stands for Colorado Housing
Financial Assistance.

Again, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
