The reason is that it would be silly.  I didn't have a damn thing to do
with it, and with the exception of a very few, very old people, neither
did anyone else in the United States.

On the other hand, I get the impression that certain federal judges
would be delighted to try this case.  So maybe we'll get treated to a
little federal court lunacy on the subject.
