	I second the motion as well as the one that recommended sending
a letter to the newspaper complaining of the practice (sorry, I lost the
reference to that article).  I'd also send a copy of the letter to the
above mentioned company president.  Don't be afraid to mention names if
you're sure of them.

	Call him first and then if it happens again, start sending
letters.

	If you're significantly inconvenienced (if you can't use your
phone, for example, especially in an emergency) consider suing.
