San Diego Lines: 8 As soon as I'm not interested, I tell them (this usuually is pretty quick!). If they insist on talking, I just set the phone down and walk away. I'll hear a beep in a few minutes. As a matter of fact, I started doing this after one person just wouldn't quit talking. I didn't hear a beep for at least 5 (!) minutes. I think he was becoming a sales machine. He was upset enough that he called back, said a "cute" phrase, and hung up (loudly). Ha Ha Ha. I warned him.... You know you got'em upset when they go out of their way to call you back. Heh heh heh.
