    The piece asked for is a theme that found its way into many
    Star Trek TV episodes.

    ...the music was later incorporated into many ST episodes, including
    "This Side of Paradise" for the Spock and Leila Kalomi affair.

    ...it was just (apparently) created for the "Shore Leave" episode.
	    
I can't remember ANY of the "many" episodes in which this theme was used
except these two.  Can anybody?
