I have added classification codes to /etc/ttys for use by the new
accounting software (now in the works). This is one of the uses that
the "flags" field of /etc/ttys was always intended for. Flag "d"
means dialup, "p" means public. The distinction between public CRT
and public hardcopy terminals has not been kept, since nothing ever
made any distinction anyway. Normal private terminals get no flag
at all, simplifying matters.
