What is the "wasted" parameter printed out by a 4.2 BSD pstat -s?  A
VAX 11/750 with 4 meg real memory is bottoming out with "not enough
core" messages running about 11 nroffs, and "wasted" seems high.  The
pstat code is not enlightening.
