First I broil the ribs to brown them and get rid of any excess fat (about 15mins) Then I but them in the crock pot and smother them in store bought BBQ sauce. Let them cook about 8-10 hours on low 4-5 on high and the meat will fall from the bones. Add a little liquid smoke near the end and it seems like summer time when its blowing snow outside. Of course some corn on the cob with gobs of butter, hot rolls, etc are required. -- From my runaway train of thoughts.... ~ ~ ~~ ~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~? ___xXx xxxx oooo xxxx xxxx zzzz xxxx Txxk___________________________ Bob Summers AT&T Bell Laboratories Naperville, Ill !ihnp4!ihuxk!summers
