HERE:	XCT	HERE	; LOOP FOREVER WITHOUT DOING AN EXECUTE CYCLE

of course, you can always do a

HERE:	JRST	@HERE	; ANOTHER WAY TO LOOP WITHOUT EXECUTING

Both versions burn up lots of CPU time on a KL-10 without EVER increasing
the "instructions executed" counter used by some utilities for billing  :-)
(Funny only if you're not the one wondering where the response time went...)
