I was glad someone sauteed the card and sent it back to them ! I had once (long ago) applied very seriously for a Sears card. I have had very respectable credit lines on my MC and Visa cards but Sears didn't think that was good enough for them. Too bad for them I thought ! I now go to Sears only to fill out more application forms in which I don't mention my income nor my credit references and since they are always having a promotion I always collect. So far I have got: 1) numerous Pen watches, 2) few sets of steak knives, 3) umbrellas, 4) a picnic jug and tumbler set, 5) free meals at McDonalds, 6) imitation jewelry. I think their not giving me a credit card is really paying off !! --Indra K. Singhal Bitnet: IKS at PSUVM uucp : :allegra, akgua, ihnp4:!psuvax!IKS@PSUVM.BITNET
