People copy all or part [my turn to flame: if you are going to copy an article in your reply the least you could do is edit out the parts of the header that nobody cares about (just about everything except From, Date, and Subject)] of an article so they can reply point by point or so that somebody who didn't see or forgot about the original can still understand the reply.
