A friend of mine lives in Falcon Heights, Minnesota, which is *not* a part of
St. Paul, yet it doesn't have its own Post Office, being serviced by the St.
Paul Post Office. Thus, mail to her can be addressed to Falcon Heights *or* to
St. Paul. Without looking it up to be sure, I would even guess that if you
looked in a Zip Code Directory, 55113 would be listed as being for St. Paul
rather than Falcon Heights. It's possible that the same relation applies to
Venice and Playa del Rey.
