Both Claudius books are excellent, as are all the books of Graves. I especially liked "Goodbye to All That", about life in England and Europe in the 1920s and '30s. Graves also writes poetry, which has been published by Penguin in anthology form. Last I heard, Graves was alive and living in Majorca. Does anyone know if this is still the case?
