I am looking to obtain interface specifications for the following systems (parent corporation names would help, too): EASYLINK(tm) TWX(tm) Western Union (?) TELEX(tm) Western Union (?) TELENET(tm) E-COM(tm) US Postal Service The SOURCE(tm) In particular, I need to know the precise interface and protocols in order to exchange information directly with the named source from my UN*X machine. For example, what is the initial prompt, what is my response,... I would be happy with the name or phone number of a sales rep or corporate home office. Are there any that I'm missing from Europe or Australia that I should add? Send responses to me, and I will post a summary. The one I am most successful with, so far, is E-COM, a service of the US Postal Service. Contact your local "customer service" representative (whose name can be obtained at your local post office), who will, in turn, contact the E-COM technical representative on your behalf. In the Northern Illinois area, call (312) 563-5414. Thanks in advance. -andy kegel, ...!ihnp4!ihuxq!agk, AT&T Bell Labs, Naperville, IL, 60540, USA (312) 979-7617
