I would like to know that if a state can only make gold
and silver coin a tender in payment of debts and only the
Congress can coin money, can the state force me to pay pro-
perty tax, license fees, sales tax or any other debt in
FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES (or in grass clippings)? If they can
not force me to pay my debts what would this do to the coun-
try? How could the government work if it did not have any
money to operate on? I would also like to know if the
federal government can force me to pay my debts in other
then gold and silver coin issued by the Congress?

If a man is free and acts that way why do we think he is
crazy?

                        Dave.
