I spent four years driving in the Boston area and one simple rule applies
in all cases:

       It's not survival of the fitest. It's survival of the fastest.

If you want into traffic, gun it. If you want to turn left at an intersection,
when the light turns green put the foot down and go for it. 

Enough about Boston driving. Somebody pick a new topic that isn't about:
smoking, 55mph speed limit, etc. How about Central America?
