If your going to count episodes where Spock is under
the influence of other beings, then wouldn't you have
to count " The Menagerie"

He is part of a landing party to rescue a group
of survivors from a shipwreck. As it turns out all
this was a illusion. While on the planet he smiles
  at a plant

Since it was all an illusion anyways, couldn't spock
  be affected by it ??
