I'm trying to learn to write good poetry, because I would like to be a writer
some day. Being of scientific bent, to some degree, I thought of the following
way to attack the problem with a sledge hammer.

I also am responsible for protesting "lack of form" in net.poems.

I would like readers of net.poems to suggest, via mail, some subject matter
for a poem (a word, an idea, a scene, something like that) and I will attempt
to write a poem about it. These poems I will then post to net.poems for open
scrutiny, lambasting, and constructive (?) criticism. I will also desist from
posting them if people think they are bad enough (and give up my ideas of
becoming a writer....)

Anybody game?
