Part 97 says we are not allowed to receive remuneration for
services provided by Amateur Radio.  This rule is probably
(at least in my opinion) the biggest boon for public service
by amateur radio.  A question though:  If I originate a message,
does the rule disallow me from offering to pay postage for
the delivering station to mail a copy of the message to
the recipient?
