I was a real snob about this back when I was racing, and only rode sewups. Now I'm getting back into biking, but as a tourista, and I'm using light clinchers (specifically 700 X 25 Specialized Ultralights). They seem to ride and handle nicely, but not as nicely as I remember sew-ups behaving. Do people who have used this sort of clincher side-by-side with sew-ups have any comments? rick floyd uucp: (seismo | allegra)!rochester!rick arpa: rick@rochester
