The key issue here isn't sex with minors.

It's the possibility of coercion (subtle or not). The parallels I seen drawn
in the press with teacher/student relationships are correct.

I see it as ethically wrong for a person who has authority/certification
over another person, to engage in sex with them. Particularly when the
junior in the relationship is (possibly) immature.
