At 22:30:48 UTC this evening (11 July 1983) the Amsat-Oscar-10 kick
motor was fired for the first time.  Firing duration was
107.52 seconds, and all telemetry indicates that the burn was
successful.  While actual elements are not yet available, a simulation
based on nominal motor performance yields the following elements:
