A couple months ago, a friend told me that there were about a dozen english
words (including proper nouns) that contained four vowels in a row.  The 
only ones I know of are:
Hawaiian  sequoia  and queued (reformations such as "enqueued" do not count
                               as new words.)
If anyone can help, please mail me ideas at my address below.  I'll post a 
summary to the net if I get enough responses.
