Sorry folks, I received only four replies - so it would be anfair to
generalize. Still there seems to be a consensus that

	1. It is like dealing with your car dealer - it will take
	   him a minute to sell you a new car but a week to change
	   a broken light bulb.

	2. Heathkit (have you read net.audio??) has an extremly good service -
	   which seems to be an exeption.
