readnews (we are running 2.10.1) ignores the Relay-Version header
in the article and merely prints out the current version running
on the local machine. As an example, I was reading an article
and wanted to test the H command (having just put up 2.10.1) It
said that the relay version was 2.10.1 when in fact the article
file said 2.10. This is minor, of course, but it is simply a lie
to say the relay version is the current news version; if the relay
version header is there, one might at least use it.
