Traffic radar has NOT been ruled unconstitutional in California. It is very legal, and is used here. Until recently, the legislature committee budgeting the California Highway Patrol has refused to budget any money to the CHP to buy radar equipment. Some local areas have, however, given their local CHP radar equipment, and I hear that some money may have come from Sacramento in the last couple of years for it. Alan
