I sure wouldn't mind travelling a little slower when I'm out riding to
catch the sights.  In the East (New England area) and on the west coast,
there tends to be lots of nice scenery to look at.  Unfortunately, here
in the Southwest, I get very bored looking at flat terrain and driving
on a very long, straight and level road for hours on end.  As it has been
said before, road conditions ought to govern your speed.

As far as sitting back and enjoying the ride, I find it rather hard to 
do nowadays with all the ugly billboards shoved in my face.  Is there
anyone else out there who is just offended by them as me?
