We just received an article with ident <333@nsc.uucp>. As you see the domain
is strange. (This article was not about double articles.)
OK we received the article back from some news 2.9 neighbour. And we
added here automacally the domain: <333@nsc.UUCP>.
news 2.10 thinks it is another new article...
According to the RFC822 standard it is not!

Yes the bug fix is a handfull of statements. But the action can be disasterous
if it is not done properly on all sites (like rebuilding the history file).
Mark do we do the fix? I.e. keeping a history file without domains and
with mapped characters?
