Their first distribution (VAX) was a little ragged, but the bits were there and I got it up with little trouble. The Sun distribution was excellent; almost all of the problems had been fixed, and it does really sharp stuff with raster ops and things. I expect that future distributions will be of high quality. The Unipress people were much easier to deal with than the people at my end. They were helpful, and even called first to see how I wanted my Sun distribution (choice of media). 264 has scroll left and right, parsed mlisp kept in files (loads bloody fast), mlisp debugging, a really ace undo package (not "undo", but "new-undo"), and keyboard-driven mlisp generation. There's probably more that other people would really like, but that's what I've come across. It isn't so different internally; many of the popular mods can be directly installed.
