Lines: 17 I originally met Peggy when I was in grad school at Duke, through a friend of mine whom she was dating. They eventually broke up, and I lost touch with her. Several years later I moved to Maryland and sent out forwarding address letters, including one to Peggy. We started keeping in touch sporadically. A year later I went to North Carolina for a friend's wedding (ironically enough, the same friend through whom I had met Peggy!), and I decided to visit her too. We ended up dating for nearly two years, living several hundred miles apart the entire time. I met Lise here at a dance. She thought I looked familiar, and when we started talking about it we realized we had been in school in N.C. at the same time and had met each other once before on a double date there! We dated for a couple of years. Although we're no longer romantically involved, we're still close friends. -- Dana S. Nau
