Adding to the list of Rob Botwin:

3) There is an operating system bug called 
"page six lockup" (I think).  

It goes like this:  If you make too many
edits during the writting of a program, the
system will lock up.


Solution:  Resave your program about every
20-24 edits.  Some back issues of Compute or
A.N.A.L.O.G.  magazine describe this 
infamous but common problem.
