Cozumel had some good diving last time I was there ('79) and some
cruddy diving - depended upon the weather and which guide you got.
If you go to Cozumel, be prepared to be your own and your buddy's
safety diver. Be sure you know how to do decompression problems
forwards and backwards (literally). Some of the guides don't seem
to know about the tables, or their use. If you take your tables along,
and use them, and insist that the guide gives you safe dives,
you can have some great diving.
