In 2.10, if the last article is long, a ':' is printed at the end.
But if it's the last article, the "Last article. [qfr]" message
comes right away. It should wait, because this introduces an
inconsistency: Suppose I want to 'e' an article which I am saving
in the hopes of replying to later on. I see the ':', and because
there is lots of (already-read) news and the machine is busy, I
go ahead and press CR, intending to type "e-" next. But lo and behold,
the shell is listening again and I get "e-: not found". Then I have
a devil of a time finding the article again.
When the colon is printed, readnews should ALWAYS wait for
a newline.
