	During the 1950's, the then mayor of Hartford, Ct. (DeLucca, I think
	it was) was addressing the populace of the city at the annual lighting
	of the Christmas tree at Constitution Plaza. As he neared the end of
	his speech he proudly held up the control box for the tree and announced



	"... and with this switch, I will eliminate the city.


	Obviously, eliminate and illuminate were synonomous terms in his
	vocabulary. Don't tell Reagan or we'll be in big trouble!!!!!!!
