It seems to me that I heard of such a bar in (I think) Chicago.  The
owner had the grand-daddy of all cherry lights (the type of rotating
light on topy of a fire engine) and a loud horn that would go off when
he activated it.  The activation occurred when he saw someone smoking.

Good gimmick, I thought.  Anyone know if there really was such a place?
