Here's the problem:  a source (IBM colour adapter card) producing an RGB
signal, w. TTL levels, in terms of the signals:
   R    G     B     I(ntensity)     HDRIVE   VDRIVE
and a sink (Panasonic CT-1350 monitor), accepting RGB video in terms of:
   R    G     B     SYNC
all TTL levels (2-5V pp), want to be connected.  Forgetting about intensity
for the moment, how do I combine the two sync signals out of the IBM to
produce the composite signal required by the Panasonic?  Unfortunately,
no waveforms are provided in the doc'n for either unit.
  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
