It is a unique group amongst the assorted, diverse offerings of the net. It is a place where you can explode. It is a place where you can speak your mind. It is a place where you can criticize without justification, where you can degrade without cause, and where you render totally arbitrary judgements upon your fellow members of society. This group is an escape. Here one can rant, and rave and misspell. Here one can abandon protocol and etiquette. This group is therapy. If OZ is upset with what he feels is an unjustified statement, then he is free to flame about that here in this group. If he (or anyone else) wants me (or anyone else) to clarify my statements or justify my opinions or expound upon my reasoning then he is free to make such a request; however, in my case the request will (in all likelihood) be ignored within this group, because my entries in this group are not for the benefit of others, they are not intended to educate the world, they are intended to help me cope with an increasingly frustrating environment. It is true, that we frequently (in what I feel is a misuse of this group) digress into some meaningful and rational discussion, but I don't feel that that was the case in the straightforward one sentence fairly pure flame that generated all this "discussion". The foregoing statements represent the views of the author regarding the intent of this group and do not necessarily represent those of the rest of the net (and frankly I don't give a damn). feeling better, Death Rowe hp-pcd!hp-cvd!mark Corvallis, Oregon
