As long as we're telling "real life" puns:

Back at the University of Pennsylvania, a friend of mine worked for the
physics department as part of a research team. One member of that team was
of Oriental descent, and had some unpronounceable first name, and the last
name of Lee. So his first name was shortened to its initials, and he was
known as "C.K. (see-kay) Lee."

C.K. was rather new to this country, and had not really mastered English
spelling too well. One day, my friend Eric found him marking boxes for
shipping: "by track(sic)".

Eric said something on the order of "C.K., that's not how you spell truck!",
which is how the boxes were to be shipped.

Dr. Lee looked at the boxes, thought about it for a while, and said
uncertainly, "U-C-K?"

To which Eric replied: "No, no! Me Eric! YOU C. K.!"
