In summary, yes there is intelligent life other than Humans on Earth, but only Humans have transmitted radio signals out where they could be heard by other creatures around other stars, and as far as we know only Humans have (built) receivers capable of searching for ETI out there. Thus only Humans are relevant (on Earth) in regard to SETI.
