    Voluntary non-smoking bars would be very easy to enforce!
Presumably, the people there went because it was non-smoking, and
anyone who stank up the place would be a pariah.  Service could also
be refused any smoker if necessary, of course, and this applies to
both restaraunts and bars.

    I am all for such things, but I remain against further burdening
our legal system with such trivial laws.  And by the way, I don't have
the time to go look up medical journals, sorry; if you want to prove
something to me, you'll have to present the evidence yourself.  This
is regrettable, but I just don't have the time.
