Insurance companies will charge more for non-use of seat belts and/or air-bags!
You can bet your life that they will never reduce premiums. If you don't
believe it, look at the rate hikes. If you qualify for a discount, the
discount is usually a lower increase in premiums. The insurance companies
wrote the book on "How To Get More For Less". The discounted item always
appears in the news at the same time the companies notify their policy
holders of an increase in premiums.
