Ok - I cope I can resolve the discussion about Kennedy's statement
once and forever:
"Ich bin ein Berliner" can mean both:
"I am a doughnut" or "I am a Berliner" depending on context -
its simply ambiguous.

I hope you accept my qualification to state that -
I am from Berlin/Germany and have lived there all my life.

By the way - in Berlin that sentence is not ambiguous because
doughnuts are called "Pfannkuchen" - not "Berliner".
