For those of you interested in getting in on the ground floor, I was in Harvey
Sound in NYC (2 W 45th St) yesterday and saw a number of Telarc CD's for sale
(I don't know the price, however). The releases included most of Telarc's
catalog (which is (with the exception of the very early "Direct from Cleveland"
direct to disk recording) 100% digitally mastered). I would be very interested
in knowing (from anyone on the net) how these CD's sound, since Telarc uses
a minimal number of mikes, which should solve many of the problems reported with
some of the early CD's that came out.
