There is a third book called The Wonderful O, which is not as good as the others but still worth finding and reading. There is also a pastiche by Samuel R. Delany called Prismatica. It is an interesting attempt, but I suspect the style is nearly impossible to duplicate: like trying to imitate Peake. The White Deer was produced for the stage at the University of Albuquerque a few years back; it came off much better than I expected. James Janney ucbvax!lbl-csam!lanl-a!unm-ivax!janney
