I seem to recall a case not too long ago where a
homeowner left a loaded shotgun to guard his
house while he was away. A thief arrived, broke
in to the house, and received a non-fatal shotgun
blast in the chest. He sued. And won. Unfortunately.

However, it seems that the kind of person who
goes around ripping off stereos out of cars isn't
going to have a lawyer on retainer in case he gets
his fingers cut off. But you never know.

Seems to me that Dave Ihnat's (ihuxx!ignatz) idea
is the best so far. Hopefully thieves aren't too
	smart...

I always take my car into the restaurant with me.
