I must admit that I have about as much regard for George Brett as a person
as I do for Billy Martin, but I'd love to have Brett on my team!  As for
the "pine-tar-home-run-bat" incident, I don't think a rule for any sport
should be so vague that it takes a league president and a week to make a
ruling.  Hope that the rule "to prevent ball discoloring" doesn't rob anyone
else of a potential game winning homer.

					Hard to feel sorry for Brett and
					it seems its always the #!%& Yankees!
