In response to your artical, Gene, it sounds like you have a great plan.
The points you touched upon seem to be well thought out... and well
practiced.  Personnally, I'd rather have the advantage.  That is I'd
rather feel the responsibility of deciding whether to call or not to
call.  Of course, I do have self-confidence and determination.
The route I take is a definite reflection on the type of man I am looking
for.  Before anyone starts, this is not game playing.  I've found that 
this is one of the more honest approaches to dating I've seed or heard of.
After all, how many of us have just a "certain set" of traits that never
change?
Let's get some response out there.
