I recently received the following response:

"95% of all illiterates come from UNC-Chapel Hill".
Really? I thought that Oklahoma and Texas had the market cornered!
(Although I have some very good friends in both places and will
end up finishing my degree there...)
				Jeff Bowles

As an incorrigible smart-ass, my first reaction was to reply: "Oh, you're
gonna graduate from Texas AND Oklahoma, huh? What's your major, schizophrenia?"
But other letters were waiting (us incorrigible smart-asses get lots of mail),
so I read the next message instead. Here is what it said:

Read the August 1980 article in Psychology Today, "The Hacker Papers".
			Jeff Bowles
			Lisle IL
(Also, put this on net.general --- I can't submit articles from here.)

I haven't read the article yet, but I'm ready to nominate Jeff Bowles
as "psychic of the year".
