OZ claims the right to be in the left lane at 55 if he is passing
someone slower. That's the way it should work, provided, as he says,
he gets back into the right lane when he has finished passing.
It doesn't matter whether he is going 55 or 155, if he is passing
someone slower, he has a right to the left lane, but at either speed,
he should stay in the right lane when there is nobody slower in front
of him. Even the 200 kph driver in Germany will wait patiently for
the 90 kph 2CV to pass an 85 kph Bulgarian truck, but if the 2CV
doesn't get back in lane when he can LIGHTS WILL FLASH.
