Under v7 (chroot is documented), chroot will NOT allow you to create
secure systems....even if you change the root  directory for a shell
to /usr/guest, /usr/guest/.. will still be linked to /usr, and /usr/..
will still be linked to /!!!!

Your suggestion is DANGEROUS! (under v7 - i haven't been able to test
it under 4.1 (due to lack of access...sigh))
