That's (N. B.: it's a contract'n meaning "that is" -- "thats" and
"its" in such places are horrible!) -- Now where was I? -- Oh, yes --
That's supposed to be "neuter", you slimy, cretinous slug!!!
The only thing that's worse than misspelling of words is the misuse and
abuse of words!!!  That makes me mad, MAD (weird grimace) . . .
