I have been waiting several months and others have been waiting longer (up to 7 months). In all cases, our checks were cashed within a couple of weeks and JRT has been collecting interest on our money since then. To all you other people in the same boat, do not dispair. There is a way to get the product (or a refund, which may be a good idea). JRT Pascal is a real product and I have heard several people claim that it is worth the $30. Two members of a computer user group I belong to tried this and got their JRT Pascal shipped within one week. I am trying it now. To get your Pascal, write the company a cordial letter. In it, say that if you do not receive your Pascal within 10 working days that you will inform the California State Attorney General and the US Postal Service of your predicement. This should work. If it dosen't then write to these two groups. Write to the Better Business Bureau, too. JRT has cancelled all their magazine ads, so writing to magazines may not help. Good luck. Ken Lee
