The last note about raising the speed limit has prompted me to enter
this FLAME.

I would like to see the speed limit raised to 100, a nice round number.

100 Km/H, that is.	(that's about 62mph)

This country needs to get off its duff and start using the metric system.
Just think, travel time in hours is distance >> 2 (decimal system, please).

It never ceases to amaze me that in the semiconductor industry,
line widths and feature sizes are measured in microns (that should be
micrometers, but then that's a tool for measuring fractions of an inch!),
but chips are measured in mils (.001 inch) and wafers in inches.
