Agressive people are by definition DEMANDING.  They demand that
something be done THIS way or that you go to THAT restaurant.  In
short they try and force their will on others.  I do not find agressive
people pleasant.

ASSERTIVE people on the other hand freely EXPRESS their opinions
and desires but do not try to force them onto others.
