Several companies market such devices, take a look at ads in COMPUTE! or COMMODORE magazine. The cassette is really a pain in the nether regions, the only reason I have one is that it was included in the system price. The 1541 disk drive has dropped down in price to about $250 in the Boston area, and is a worthwhile investment. Also, is there any interest out there in starting a "net.micros.C64" notesfile?
