There are apartment complexes in Illinois whose advertising is DIRECTED
towards singles, but I didn't know that it was illegal for them to
discriminate against people with children. There are also complexes
which reserve certain buildings for people without children--I guess that
is legal. I have heard that a family with 3 children cannot legally live
in less than a three bedroom apartment. IF this is true, perhaps a complex
with only ONE BEDROOM units can discriminate against people with children
in Illinois. I own rental property in Illinois and I do not even know this.
