Sure the net uses spoken English.  That's not the point.  If you
knew that (as is true in some cultures) to mention death was about
the rudest thing you could do would you feel that your freedom from
the convention makes it okay to talk about it?  WE ALL HAVE OUR
HANGUPS.  There is no way that you are going to make me believe
that it will cramp your ability to communicate to have
approximately 15 (20?) words removed from your vocabulary.  I won't
repeat all of the arguments as to why profanity isn't "nice", why
it's childish, why it's "wrong"...  I don't buy those arguments, why
should you.  BUT... if not using profanity on the net will make some
people happy, I am willing to take the "extra" effort required.
Hey, that kind of language REALLY bothers some people...
