A Mathematician, Physicist, and Engineer were called into a room
for a demonstration. In the room were a teapot, lying on the floor,
and a stove. The demonstrator picked up the teapot, placed it on the
stove, turned on the stove and soon the water boiled.

Later, they were called back to the room one at a time and asked to
boil the water. This time, however, the teapot was on a table which
had been brought into the room. The Physicist went through hours of
laborous calculation and measurements of the stove to determine the
exact setting to cause the water to boil in the same amount of time
as had been previously demonstrated. The Mathematician took the teapot
off the table and placed it on the floor, thereby reducing the problem
to one which had been previously solved, and the Engineer set fire to
the table.

Well, it had to come out sometime,
