Interesting. My first relationship broke up fairly hard, but then, through the years, it came full-circle and we love each other more than ever. No, we aren't "in love" -- I have my Strider now, though he's alone at present -- but there is an incredible closeness there. No one knew each of us better than each other, and though I have Strider, there is still enough between John and I to keep us extremely close and very very good friends. I might add that Strider and John are very close also. But my second relationship ended with a thud that never quite wore u off, and I think it is because we really weren't finished; the catalyst on my part to end the relationship was that Bri had never understood me from the beginning, though he was a sweet, warm person, and on his end, he never did understand why we had to break up. He let me go (what else could he do?) but we now only meet occasionally at parties and the relationship is quite painfully strained. arwen "It's a crazy world, but I live here..." - Mac MacAnally...
