   All right, so maybe I was kvetching unfairly about Harpo.  The problem
is that it appears in just about every path, but won't necessarily pass
a reply, thus leaving those of us who don't have directed graphs of the
net unable to respond to news articles or mail.  Perhaps *everybody*
should try to avoid mailing through it, thus taking a load off both
the machine and the recipient of the mail.

   By the way, I heard a rumor that a one (printer) page net map was
to be posted to net.news.map, but I haven't seen it there (though I
once saw a printout of it, nowhere near a Xerox machine).  Such a thing
might cut down on requests for paths, especially if it included the
directions of unidirectional connections.
