This came to me at about 2:00 in the morning as I was sitting on the can
so if your final assessment is that I'm suffering from a bi-lateral
lobotomy you're probably giving me more credit than what is due.
Here goes.

The first thing that our little mathimatical tree said as he sprung up
through the ground was, "Gee-om-a-tree". (It gets worse so if you want to
hit break now feel free). Because he's very logically minded it's quite
easy to tell that he will grow to be an APPLE tree. Let's call our little
tree Newton.
Newton started growing not far from from his parent tree Nary. As Newton
grew his trunk divided into two, then each limb divided into two and so on.
It was quite easy then to see that Newton was, due to his proximity to his
parent, by-Nary. He had many leaves and look quite beautiful.
As with all useless stories this one has a sad ending. One day Newton
got cut down into logs. It was difficult to differentiate one part from
another. Several logs were reduced to signs, most of which were placed out
on the hiway to indicate limits. The rest were turned into da carts that
Santa gives to little girls and boys at Christmas. All that is except for
one little stick that got made into a drum stick that a drum now uses to
create log rythmns on his drums. ^mer

As I said, it is now 6:30 in the morning for me and I'm not functioning well
