A while back, there was a joke here involving Quasimodo.
Thanks to Gary W. Johnson of Livermore, here is the second part of the
joke. I will re-tell the first part to spark your memory.

-------------------

Quasimodo was looking for a new assistant to help him in the Bell tower.
After seeing his ad in the paper, an amputee decided to call on
Q. to try to get the job.

When the amputee, who had no arms, met Quasimodo, Quasimodo was pessimistic.
"How can you ring the bell when you have no arms?" asked Quasimodo.
"Just watch," said the amputee. The amputee went to the far corner of the
bell tower catwalk, ran toward the bell, and ran face first into the bell
at great speed. The ring was resounding, but unfortunately the amputee
fell off the catwalk and down to the ground.

Fortunately, the amputee survived. As they were taking him away on a
stretcher, someone asked Quasimodo if he knew the man's name.
Said Quasimodo, "No, but his face rings a bell."

Later, the amputee's brother heard of Quasimodo's need, and went to
the Bell tower to fill in for his brother while he was in the
hospital. Quasimodo thought this was a good deal since the brother had arms
and was able to ring the bells normally. One day, however, the
brother slipped on the catwalk and fell to his death. Like before,
someone asked him if he knew the man.

"No, but he's a dead ringer for his brother."
