Dean Friedman, a singer/songwriter of the New York Metropolitan area,
are starting a new kind of Record Company.  It is going to be called
'The Record Co-op'.  It will be a consumer co-operative.  That is,
it will actually be owned by the record buying public.
	Dean writes: "We hope to be able to off you the most *exciting*
and *innovative* music of *all kinds* from artists known and
unknown, from across America and beyond."
	He continues: "We are looking for members and we are
looking for distributor/reps-people to help sell our product and
