They were written by Australian comedian Barry Humphries, who liked taking such matters to the extreme. In particular, he liked colorful euphemisms for vomiting, urination, etc. Some others: Crying ruth, pointing Percy at the porcelain, parking the tiger, punishing Percy with the palm (masturbating).
