People whom you allege must move their lips when they read because
they choose not to capitalize letters but who seem to have some sense
of perspective towards arbitrary societal conventions can be forgiven
these small foibles; better this than people who must capitalize
but who don't move their brains when they read. I would also submit
that readers above a certain skill level use clever things like
spaces after punctuation marks as well as capital letters whild
reading; that it would be in fact the lesser skilled reader who
needed the crutch of capital letters to spot the beginnings of
sentences.

It's a matter of taste. I happen to like writing with all small
letters occasionally. I also happen to enjoy using words like
obloquacity and eschew and mellifluous and circumnavigate and
defenestrate, and have often seen similar polysyllabic words in
netnews articles, but never have I seen a "stop using long words,
they're hard to read!" flame.
