Bill Siegmund of Cal-Tex Computers (the manufacturer of the Big Board II
single board computer) asked me to post this announcement.

----------------------------------------

He said that apparently an article appeared on USENET announcing that his
company has a retail show room to demonstrate their products.
Unfortunately, at this time, such a facility does not exist.

If people wish to contact Cal-Tex, they may phone 408/942-1424 or write
to:	Cal-Tex Computers
	780 Trimble Road, Suite 504
	San Jose, CA 95131.

They will also be demonstrating their products at the CP/M-83 show this
weekend in San Francisco in booth #1231. If you bring an 8" floppy disk,
there is a possibility of receiving some software updates.

----------------------------------------

I would like to add that their Big Board II is a well built system
(4 Mhz Z80, single/double 8" or 5.25" disk controller, 64K RAM, DMA I/O,
2 parallel and 2 serial ports, keyboard and CRT drivers, Winchester
SASI interface (requires an external SASI controller)) available for
$900 assembled and tested. Just add a power supply, disks, a keyboard,
a monitor, and you will have a complete computer system. I have had
one for a few months and am very satisfied with it.
