I do not argue with her right to use a title of nobility on the
net; the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) automatically defines
each person automatically to be a lord/lady (U. S. Constitution
notwithstanding) unless he/she actually wants to be a freeman or
serf -- rather rare.

I *do* think she is HIGHLY presumptuous to take the name of Arwen
Undomiel, Elrond Halfelven's daughter, one of the 3 most beautiful Elves
ever to have existed (those who have read Lord of the Rings will
understand; others won't).  Face it, Ar, you may greatly admire
Undomiel a great deal (as do I; otherwise, I wouldn't flame in this
*utterly* irresponsible and uncalled-for manner), but you are not
immortal and you \probably/ do not have unearthly grace and beauty.

Harrumph! (Really, don't take it very seriously, Ar!)
