The concept of joke encryption implies that anyone who takes the
responsibility of decrypting a joke him/herself cannot then complain
about its contents.  I.e. he/she has been warned in essence by
the author that the 'joke' may contain material objectionable
to him/her and that the author has taken reasonable means not
to let the joke accidentally fall into the hands of someone who
would otherwise not have read it.  Now, if we are going to censor
encrypted jokes, we seem to be going back on the whole idea, which,
I think, has been working out wonderfully.
