All right all you moralists and folks with an ounce of common decency
out there, WOULD YOU KINDLY GET YOUR FEET OUT OF MY UNDERGROUND SEWER!!!!

As I've tried to make plain, time and again, the whole idea of the
encryption scheme is to allow people a means of dumping whatever
garbage they have onto the net without the possibility of offending
people accidently. There should be no limits on what you may put here!
This encryption scheme was created for the express purpose that there
be NO CENSORSHIP and NO HARD FEELINGS. If you feel you must decrypt
jokes, please just ignore that which offends you. Being offended is
just one of those risks you take when you consciously make the effort
to see what was written. Nobody shoved anything in front of your face,
you specifically went out of your way and expended your own effort to
read it. If it offends you, either ignore it as childish, or
submit another article expressing an opposing view (encrypt it please,
we don't want those with weak stomachs to even be subjected to references
to specific filth). But DON'T try to make rules about what can and
cannot be submitted. I started this scheme, I get to make the rules.
If you want some other method to transmit a limited set of filth, invent
your own method.

	Thank-you,

P.S. Of course, if someone does encrypt and submit libelous material,
the defamed person has the usual legal rights to seek justice.
