We are looking for a system with 1024x1024 resolution and at least 8 bits per pixel, with a 256x18 color lookup table ( 6 bits per RGB gun) refreshing at 60Hz non-interlaced. Your experiences with suitable RGB monitors would be greatly appreciated. We intend to write a UNIX driver for whatever system we select and would be happy to share it with anyone involved in a similiar project. This system will also have stereo capability for you 3D freaks.
