It seems the bath water was so hot that the man was "burned" on 60% of
his body and had to be sent to a hospital burn unit.  I guess that it must
be that he was burned.  

Sorry for the above incoherence.  I sorta expect even a schlocky paper like
the Sun to use the correct words in common-place occurrences.  Isn't it
nice to be able to scream at somebody, even a bunch of strangers who can't
actually hear your voice exceed 25kHz, 60dB.
