Ozone is not an isotope of oxygen, it is an allotrope of oxygen.
The loss of a large part of the ozone layer due to nitrogen oxides from
a nuclear war would certainly do a lot of damage. I'm curious as to
whether the damage to animals or to plants would be the more signifigant.
Does anyone out there know about about effects of increased UV on food
