As most people know, (and hopefully most calculus textbooks would indicate)
the sum 1/2 - 1/2 + 1/2- ...                does NOT sum to 1/4 as previously
reported in this newsgroup, but rather the series diverges. The limit of
the partial sums as the number of terms apporaches infinity does not exist.

About, 0.000...1, what about infinitesmals from non-standard analysis?
