BBN has a screen-oriented editor called PEN which is designed to
be as terminal independent as possible. All information about
terminal features is kept outside the program in human-readable
files and it is easy to add support for new terminals. The
current version runs under UNIX or VMS. As distributed, there
is support for vt100, vt52, tek4025, gigi and quite a few others that
