Does anyone out there have first hand experience with Unix and
VMS installations coexisting or cooperating? Is it possible? Here is the
situation here, in a nutshell.
In the EE department, we run Unix. There are some people here
who work with Med school people. It looks like the Med school/hospital people
will be getting 750s, and are deciding between Unix and VMS. Unix will be
compatible with us, VMS with other hospitals they do work with. What are
your points of view on decision factors? Does anyone have Unix/VMS in close
quarters, i.e. one research project spread between two operating systems?
How is VMS C? Any Unix look-alikes running?

	Just wondering. Thanks in advance.

PS. I think the general issue of VMS vs Unix would support a good debate,
even in a Unix environment like USENET. Any takers?
