I heard this joke on WPLJ the other day:

A little boy was walking through the woods with his
father. He saw a bee hovering around a flower. He ran
over to it, and tried to play with it, but in doing so, he
killed it. The father wanted to teach his son a lesson,
so he said, "Son, because you killed that bee, you cannot
have honey for a week." The boy agreed that that was a
just punishment. They walked a little further into the
woods, and the little boy saw a butterfly fluttering
about. He ran over to it, and tried to play with it and
hug it, and accidentally squished it. The father wanted
to teach his son a lesson, so he said, "Son, because you
killed that butterfly, you cannot have butter for a week."
The boy agreed that that was a just punishment. They went
on home, and when they entered the kitchen, they saw the
mother stomping around the kitchen, exclaiming "These damm
cockroaches, I'm going to kill every last one of them."
The boy looked up at his father, and said, "Should you
tell her, Dad, or should I?"
