I would also submit that readers above a certain skill level use clever things like spaces after punctuation marks as well as capital letters whild reading; that it would be in fact the lesser skilled reader who needed the crutch of capital letters to spot the beginnings of sentences. It's a matter of taste. I happen to like writing with all small letters occasionally. I also happen to enjoy using words like obloquacity and eschew and mellifluous and circumnavigate and defenestrate, and have often seen similar polysyllabic words in netnews articles, but never have I seen a "stop using long words, they're hard to read!" flame. some of my best friends aren't capitalized -=- death -=-
