The game sounds like a fine idea, but you neglected one small point.
Where are you going to stack all the bodies of players who've lost?

The coroners office frequently takes hours to arrive and retrieve
bodies and you're likely to have so many that he's going to require
several trips.  The stench of decaying bodies and the inherent
problem of law suits from other players tripping over the previous
players bodies just about demands that adequate refrigerated storage
is available at any location the game is installed.

The inherent expenses are likely to be high in electrical costs and
square footage, especially if the game is located in a spacially
limited area.

Lets be realistic about this,  the game won't sell if its not profitable
or cost effective...
