Not only does the vt100 entry not work correctly, neither does the
entry for the Teletype 4424. On my 11/70 version of vi, I have a
4424 termcap entry from R. Ian Bardsley at WECo-Princeton. It works
beautifully in all respects. The distributed entry for the 4424 on
USG 5.0 is quite poor. Trying to be idiotically clever, I just
copied my old entry into the new termcap file. Utter disaster
resulted; absolutely nothing worked correctly.

So what's going on? Where's the problem? Curses lib? Vi?
