You normally execute the mkfs like so: mkfs /dev/disk 65000 7 418 Disk being some section of a DEC RP06 disk drive. I figured out how the 418 is calculated (number of tracks [heads] * number of sectors per track): 19 * 22 = 418. If this had been a RM05, 418 would have been 608 (19 * 32 = 608).
