First of all, these are not messages that failed to get to you (think about
it!), these are people that YOUR message failed to get to.  Normally, one
should forward the failure report to INFO-MICRO-REQUEST@BRL so the list can be
fixed (*not* to all of INFO-MICRO -- 99.99% of people on info-micro can't do a
darn thing about it either, and the ones who can are on INFO-MICRO-REQUEST)

People should realize that re-sending the message itself to INFO-MICRO is
totally useless.  Most people already got the message and will be getting
duplicates (YOU don't like it when you get them, do you...)  Those you did not
reach the first time most likely cannot be reached still, you will only get the
failure reports again.  If you are really really concerned about reaching
absolutely everybody, you can re-send the message just to the people it failed
to the first time.  Note that the failure reports include the names of the
people who didn't get it:
