It is good to see all the docket comments and ideas posted here on
the net. It is an excellent way to get numerous ideas on how to write
one's own comments. I also appreciate the various bulletins that
appear here. They are immensly useful for distributing on our local 2
   meter nets.

One thing that comes to mind concerning the no-code license. I
notice that some propose no voice priveleges for the new class. The
problem then becomes, how do they identify themselves? If they don't
know code and can't transmit voice, I see a problem.

Phil brought up an important point, about the crowding on 2 meters,
especially in California ( We are not far from it in the Midwest).

How 'bout something in between, like voice is ok, but no repeater
   operation?

I think it is too bad that the 2 meter band was chosen for some of
the satellite operation. I don't recall AMSAT worrying about
   congesting 2 meters...........
