Sponsered by AMUUSE (Adult Midwestern Unitarian Universalist Singles Enrichment). You don't have to be a UU to attend, but conservative fundamentalists would probably not feel comfortable. Where is it? At the 148-acre George Williams College Campus conference center, on the shore of Lake Geneva (about 65 miles NW of Chicago). When is it? June 26-July 2, 1983. What does it cost? the fee includes special-interest groups, lodging, bedding, soap, towels, 3 meals a day from Sunday supper to Saturday breakfast. All rooms are double. Rates per person (for the whole week!) range from 205 to 265 dollars depending on cabin location. What is the program? vacation enjoyment with new friends plus a choice of discussion and personal growth groups led by trained facilitators. Being part of a small special-interest group which meets each morning provides an opportunity for developing trust and sharing in a warm and supportive environment. Afternoons and evenings feature planned programs, informal get-togethers, and relaxation.
