No this is not another spelling and grammar flame!

Yet again, some vulgarity has appeared on the net.

As usual, this occurs shortly after the beginning of an academic
semester after some new "joker" learns about it. Then there is
a few weeks time lag until that person decides to submit something.
Then, that person's sophomoric mentality limits the contribution
to some vulgarity or other.

Some time ago, someone published some Rules of Etiquette for the
net. Could that same someone please post them again?
(And set up a crontab entry to do so around the beginning of each
academic semester at the colleges/universities which are on the net
so that we don't have to travel this particular Mobius strip again!)

Prior to any "free speech" flames:
No, I was not offended by the four letter Anglo-Saxon monosyllable, but
there are administrators and such on the net who may be.
If too many (their count, not mine) vulgar/obscene/ethnic/etc.
material is found on the net, it could be shut down, or severely
curtailed. Don't mouth off just to prove you know the words (we ALL
know them).
My rule of thumb is not to submit to the net any joke I wouldn't
tell my mother in law. If I was to submit such a joke, I would
encrypt it.
