Vegamite???, i'm english (and proud of it!!), we call it Marmite. in
fact not only Athletes swear by it, but mothers also. Babies are brought
up as 'Marmite Babies', given Marmite Soldiers from the age of 2 upwards
(maybe even earlier). In fact it was avaliable free from the 'baby clinics'
as part of the National Health.

Marmite contains:-

	Yeast extracts, Vegatable extracts.
	B groups vitamins.
	Riboflavin + Niacin.

It's made by 'Marmite Ltd', Burton-on-trent, England. And i'm sure it
was make well before Vegamite was introduced in Aussie Land. The two products
are the same.
Shoprite stores in NJ area carry it as stock, but it's very expensive. I have
the largest size jar collected from england whenever a friend comes or goes
to england.

On the note of taste, i have tried it out on a few americans, and they ALL
hate the salty taste or the FOUL smell. some have got use to it, but only
after trying a lot. great i say, more for me.
