Well, this caused two nasty things to happen: (a) most of the mothers couldn't read the instructions (in English, yet!) and so used the milk incorrectly and (b) often, the water necessary to mix the formula was polluted in that area. As a result, babies in these countries run high risk of being poisoned. The situtation could have been remedied if Nestle had sent some people out to police usage, and explain how to use the stuff correctly, but alas....money won out, and that's morality today, brought to you by, Lady Arwen
