Title: Rhubarb filling for peach cobbler

This goes with the recipe for peach cobbler I posted a couple of days ago.
By playing with the filling you should be able to get any kind of cobbler,
so here is the recipe for rhubarb.

Filling:

	1 cup sugar
	2 Tbsp. cornstarch
	1/4 Tsp cinnamon
	1 Tbsp water
	1 Tbsp butter
	4 cups rhubarb cut in 1 inch pieces

   Combine above ingredients & bring to a boil. Cook and stir for about 
one minute. Rest of the recipe as before.
