SGS-ATES in Italy has gone into production of the Z80C, the first
7.5 MHz Z80 CPU.  The CPU is fabbed with an Arsenic-Doped HMOS process.
The new part requires a memory access time of 160 ns without wait
states, easily hacked by 2K x 8 SRAMs or the faster 16K and 64K DRAMs.
Unfortunately, no prices were mentioned in the article.  The address
