One of the characteristics of disc brakes is that they squeal. Many
measures have been tried to alleviate this problem, with quite a bit of success.
One of the cheapest is to buy "MetalMaster" brake pads from Repco. These
are specially formulated to end brake dust, squeal and even stop you
better than stack pads. Many parts houses carry them, and ads can be found
in every issue of Road & Track and Car & Driver. My favorite source
(because they specialize in Fiat parts) is Bayless Racing in Marietta,
Georgia. They want $US 24.95 per axle for the pads for most cars.
Address:
	Bayless Racing Inc.
	1377 Barclay Circle
	Marietta, GA 30060
	USA.

They will take orders over the phone if you can charge it to Visa or
Mastercharge. I got my pads within a week of ordering.
