Harpo!floyde!jce is almost right in his discriptions of the "Professional"
computer.  (Who thinks up these names, I'll never know!)  The PC325 and
350 are both F-11 based systems.  They are not 11/23 or 24, per se.  The
F-11 is the processor chip used in the 23, 23+, and the 24.  The PC's
at least the 325 and 350, have yet another bus which is "private"; no
UNIBUS or Q-bus.  These systems are designed to run application code that
has been prepared on a "host development" system and linked with the
P/OS stuff, which is supposed to handle the guts of hardware support and
supply the menu driver and character set generator.  In other words, it is
not ment to be a general purpose system but rather a small "intelligent"
"highly programmable" terminal.
