	To copy text, one has to use "C" instead of "c". This is to
be consistent with "w" and "W". The capital letter usually performs
some enhanced function:
	"w" - "W" The capital includes the current text
	"c" - "C" Includes the text (maybe this should be changed so
			that both of them copy the text?)
	"m" - "M" include the text.
	"p" - "P" ditto.

some that aren't quite as consistent:
	"e" - edit the title of a note.
	"E" - edit the text of a note/response.

	"d" - toggle director message status
	"D" - delete the current text (if permissions allow it).
