To: INFO-CPM at MIT-AI CC: GAI at MIT-AI Sorry to take this to the entire list, but the only alternative is to completely ignore it. I received the following unsigned message, apparently in response to my message about patching apple-cpm input, and have no way to reply to it: Annoyed@MIT-AI (Sent by ___041@MIT-AI) 05/23/82 11:31:36 PLEASE DO NOT SEND APPLE RELATED ITEMS TO INFO-CPM. YOU ARE BORING MANY MANY PEOPLE, AND WASTING NETWORK RESOURCE. Does this message reflect the general sentiments of persons on this list? I HAD considered using only INFO-APPLE even for my cpm-related questions, and in fact I started out doing so!! The result was that other people began forwarding my messages to INFO-CPM, so I inferred (perhaps incorrectly) that I might as well send them there directly in the first place. Are there any Apple CPM users out there who do not also "subscribe" to INFO-APPLE ?? If not, should we begin using INFO-APPLE as the forum for discussing Apple CPM related issues? Are there non-Apple CPM users who would nevertheless still like to hear about Apple CPM? Comments, suggestions?? --Glenn
