Is there any way to discover the topology of USENET; i.e., what's
connected to what?

My specific need is to mail to someone who is connected through "mhuxm",
a Bell Labs, Murray Hill machine. But, I would like to not have to ask
these questions at all, or at least infrequently. The ARPAnet keeps an
up-to-date (reasonably) map of what's where (and connectivity isn't even
needed by users!). Is there anything comparable; any tool; anything at all
available?
