I also strongly support the creation of this newsgroup.  It might possibly
be the best current use of the USENET.  Tim Curry noted that a standard
format be used.  I second the motion and offer the following up for the
populace's consideration:

The Subject line should be the title of the paper.  If the title is too
long or not descriptive (tsk, tsk), something more concise could be
used.

Within the body of the article I recommend the following fields:

		Title -
		Authors - 
		Affiliation -
		Abstract -
			.
			.
			.
		Availability - 

For those of us with automatic bibliography systems, it might be nice if this
standard could be fairly rigidly maintained.  I realise this might be a problem
for the new/ignorant net users, but perhaps it's worth a try.  Comments?
