Does anyone know where I can get a T.V. Decoder kit???
I heard that a some company sells the kits at resonable price.

That depends entirely upon the encoding/decoding scheme. There
are several ways that the information is coded. They range from
quite simple to very complex to decode. I have a catalog at home
of a place in Hawaii, Don Britton Enterprises, that has "plan sets"
for all sorts of electronics projects. Some seem pretty interesting,
but I've only seen the catalog, so I can't vouch for how good the
plan sets are. If you are interested, I can bring the catalog in
and send the address out. They will send catalogs free of charge,
and they do have some decoder plans listed.
