Up to this point I have not entered into this anti-American
bull but I'm getting very tired of it. I have been actively
envolved in Boy Scouts of America for 20 years and am myself
an Eagle Scout. I spent five years of my life in the U.S.
(AMERICAN!!!) Navy. Although I maintain a healthy schepticism
of our government, I consider myself by no standards anti-American.

All of you people who believe that people who buy non-American
are anti-American should evaluate your own purchasing practices.
Perhaps I can help:

1) Do you drink coffee, imported beer, or tequila?

2) Do your Sears jeans say (made in the U.S.A.)?

3) Are the electronic parts in the computer you are using
to spread this nonsense made in the U.S.?

4) Do you wear Adidas or Nike tennis shoes?

5) Do you watch movies which were made in another country?
(This helps their local economy too you know!!)

The list of things goes on and on!! To label someone as anti-American
because of where the goods they purchase were produced, is in itself
anti-American. It goes against the very nature of the democracy
and the free enterprise system which America stands for.
