It seems to me that there should be a wind fry effect.  I
certainly felt that there was when driving recently to Death
Valley (I didnt make it - I was too fried...I turned back)
It seems to me that hot enough air would compensate for
skin perspiration cooling, espeically if it wasnt dry air,
so it didnt help evaporate the pperspiration.  But I must 
admit to complete ignorance in this area (other than first-skin
experience).  Anyone else know anything about it?
