For all of you that responded by mail for this recipe, I repeat it here.
I guess that you don't realize that things get missed now and then unless an
old recipe is discussed on the net. Its for that reason that when I use a
recipe from the net, I try to report on the results/modifications as soon
as possible.

                        Nachos El Cheapo

This tasty sauce is one that I Whipped up recently for a Mexican
dinner appetizer. This recipe is great for television watching and as a
late night munchie. A little beer or sangria also adds to the enjoyment
of this dish.

        Requirements -

2 Cans of concentrated cheddar cheese soup ( Campbell's was used )
2 Generous tablespoons of canned chopped chillies (not the hot ones )
2 or 3 Chopped hot peppers ( small ones, about 1 in. long )
2 Bags of nacho chips ( unflavored works pretty good )

        Makefile -

Combine the first two ingredients in a fondue pot or a chafing dish.
Warm until the cheese is fairly liquid. Add the chopped peppers slowly to
taste. Be careful not to "overheat" this sauce with the peppers since some
people may not like it very hot

        Optional Condiments -

Set various dishes of condiments such as taco sauce, hot sauce,
salsa ranchero, taco meat, etc. around the pot with the sauce.

        Eating suggestion -

Select condiments to taste and place them on a tortilla chip. With
a wooden spoon ( so it won't burn your hand ), ladle out some cheese sauce
over the chip. Blow on it slightly to set the cheese and eat.

                                Enjoy!
