 Time doesn't pass. We can only percieve it passing, since
perception (to humans, not Tralfamadorians or Winston Niles
Roomford) depends upon a change in something's temporal state.
Therefore, for a human to say that time does not pass, that it
is all "already there", is a crock. In fact, to say that time
exists is to imply passage. I still like the definition of
time that says it is nature's way of keeping everything from
happening all at once...
