If you're looking for a disaster film that shows what human ingenuity and determination can accomplish against implacable Nature, don't look to SHARKNADO.
This film makes films like "City Limits" look *good*. After seeing this film, you'll suddenly find *nuance* in "Invasion of the Neptune Men"....

Given that, I think that Mike, Kevin, and Bill got about as much out of it as humanly possible. I laughed several times, which is saying something for a film as soul-deadening as this one. They showed their new riffing of "A Case of Spring Fever" (featuring Coily!) before this, and it was quite good, but it's hard to compete against the *extraordinary* MST3K original: "Guns, huh?" "Lots of loose soil to bury someone out here" :-)

Given that I'm a relatively "tough case", I think this was well worth the money. If you missed it, they're reshowing it (direct broadcast to theaters through fathomevents.com) on July 15, 2014.
