I have a friend who just got given a Hes Modem, model 2,
A-series for his C64.  Unfortunately, he didn't get any
documentation either for the modem or for the software
which came with it.  We have figured out how to download
files from other computers into his C64 but cannot do the
opposite.

Does anyone out there have a Hes Modem, model 2, A-series?
Would you be willing to explain it to me?
