The environment is BSD 4.1 UNIX VAX 780, ibm pc running "pc-vt"
vt100/102 emulator, connected through Hayes 1200 modem, using one
of the latest ibm-pc termcaps (for color graphics) that came thru
this newsgroup this week, and within .login file "setenv EXINIT"
line includes "window=24" to allow full screen text display. The
problem encountered was that the ibm pc hangs up when exiting vi
through either ZZ or :q . Does anyone have a clue as to what is
causing this ? Any other similar experiences with "pc-vt" ?
