I am having trouble getting Terminal Emulator II to work. I have a terminal
that is set with no parity, 1 stop bit, and 8 data bits. I set the TE-II
with no parity, but the others I can't choose. Even so, I should at least
get some garbage sent, but I am not able to send or receive anything (the
transmit light on the modem doesn't light when I type something). I am able
to send to and receive from the terminal in BASIC when I connect it to the
RS232 card, but if I connect the modem instead, again I get no response.
Any suggestions?
   Thanks in advance.
