In a recent message, I wrote that Slackware has no 'real' packaging
service (as, say, Debian, has) that is not really true, a lot of
packages come with the basic system, and more are available from
slackpackages.

the basic system has more utilities than one really needs.

(I am very, very sorry for suggesting otherwise, luckily, I cannot
find my tanto)

The nice thing about Slackware packages is that they are simple tarballs, as
$DEITY intended. ;-)

P.S. Quando ci sarà lo switch-off, avrò problemi anche col
monitor del PC? Ho visto che è collegato in modalità analogica.
