I have a Mac Classic, that I have always had System 6.0.8 installed on, but
unfortunately when I started it back up today after several months of not
using it, all the icons and files and folders and everything are hidden,
but trash and hard disk. Even the floppies that I put in, the icons are
hidden.
But, the weird part, I can search anything and it will come up and work as
normal.
When I restart the computer, all of the icons I dug up by searching them
are all gone.

Could you guys help me make sense of this? I have no clue where to start. I
have searched everywhere.

You may have a corrupt desktop database. The desktop database is a
special file (akin to Window's System Registry) where MacOS stores file
associations, application and document icons, windows positions and view
options, etc. If it gets corrupted, the first symptom is wrong and/or
missing icons.

To rebuild it, press and hold Command and Option when extensions are
about to end loading, just before the desktop shows. It will show you a
confirmation dialog. Press OK and grab a coffee. If you have a large
hard drive full of applications, it will take a while to complete (it
basically looks for every single application and registers it in the
desktop database). When it finishes, the desktop will be shown.

Take into account that this is mildly destructive. It will return any
desktop icon (but the hard drive and the trash) to its original location
(same as Edit->Put Away in the Finder), and it will forget your windows
positions and view styles, but it will repair your missing icons. I'd
wait a few hours and see if anybody smarter than me comes with a better
(and less drastic) proposal before rebuilding the desktop.

Sincerely,

Antonio Rodríguez (Grijan)

Grijan is right, I'd re-build the desktop first.

How is the date? Did you check the PRAM battery?
