Hi. I've managed to collect a few Mac Plus over the last year or so. I'm
trying to make one good one and want to swap the analog board with another.
I've managed to disconnect all the cables except the anode cap. I stick a
flathead screwdriver underneath and try to pull up but it seems pretty
stuck in there. Is there some fine point of technique I'm missing?

If you look under the cap, you'll see two "L"-shaped feet that lock into the hole in the tube. Squeeze those feet together to get them out of the hole.

Thank you! I actually figured it out once I poked my nose in a little
further.. Mission accomplished! Thanks for your help though. :)
