On Tuesday evening (check local listings) the Perry Mason episode will air
on MeTV dealing with industrial espionage in research labs, including micro-
cameras and bugs. Interesting for 1965, reasonably decent plotline.

Sorry for short notice, but just saw the entry. This would be of interest
to people on this newsgroup (we discussed it before.)

We don't get MeTV, but we do get some other channel, I think it was
PETV, that carries those shows. DirecTV

This Perry Mason episode must be "The Case of the Baffling Bug", season
9, episode 13. The actress who played Dr. Nina Revelli (supposedly
Italian) was Alizia Gur. Gur was born in Israel and she was Miss
Israel 1960 in the Miss Universe Pageant.

If this is *not* the episode, then perhaps the episode is "The Case of
the Telltale Tap", season 8, episode 18. This episode involved a tiny
tape recorder connected to a small radio receiver... and a tiny bug
placed inside the telephone receiver in the next room.

The Perry Mason TV series had many lovely ladies in it, including former
beauty queens, Playboy playmates, and women who played opposite Elvis
Presley in his many movies. Though these actresses were memorable, the
actors in Perry Mason were almost exactly 2/3 men and 1/3 women.

And this reminds me of the news story about Lebanon banning the new
Wonder Woman movie.

According to my daughters, this is a reasonable reaction :)
I believe Lebanon is a notable source of pirate movies.

It was 9-13.

Did anyone catch it? I'm curious as to what people thought of the
episode them (industrial espionage) as well as the "high tech" devices
utilized in it.
