The Observer newspaper has carried rave reviews for two animated movies:
"The Red Turtle" - an international co-production with links to Studio
Ghibli.
"My life as a Courgette" - about an orphan boy. European studio, IIRC.

"Your Name" should be out on DVD/BD later this year.

I'm not aware of much else that's of particular interest.

Studio Ponoc's "Mary And A Magic Flower" directed by YONEBAYASHI
Hiromasa has gotten populality. Yonebayashi directed "The Borrower
Arrietty" and "When Marnie Was There" at Studio Ghibli. After the
studio was dissolved by the retirement of Miyazaki, many creators
and staffs of Ghibli were gathered and Studio Ponoc (Croatian:
midnight) was established in order to retain Ghibli's culture and
quality. Like "Kiki's Delivery Service", the film is about a story
of a girl who gets a magic. The film seems to have Ghibli quality
and to be aimed at kids of all ages.

Unfortunately, I haven't watched the film yet.
