Now that is cool. I wish things today were built to last like that. If
you build your own rig/tower it is not too bad. But in a few years the
OS is no longer current and you can't run some programs and that list
only increases with time. Not to mention the time that a particular OS
is "current" is getting shorter all the time. :(

My thought is they finally get a OS nice and stable, works well, all the
vectors are known. And it is retired for something new, shiny, and full
of holes. How is this progress? Crazy world we live in.
