There is an SCP program called "PSCP" included in the PUTTY package, but I
can't see a PUTTY port to Atari,

There is also a PSFTP program in the same package.

The documents for the windows release include details on using these packages
here:-

Take at least a fast 68020/030, or it will be unuseable slow. Under MiNT
you should be able to compile/use "dropbear", a lightweight ssh2
client/server.

I really can't figure out what the new reply in here is, or even why its
in a new thread. Convention has it you indent/mark the existing stuff
but Ben seems to have indented/marked the new. Result chaos. So in short:-

1. There are no SSH capable clients for Atari that I can find so you are
stuck with Linux or Windows.
2. The PUTTY for Windows package includes the file transfer utilities.
3. Instructions on how to use then are in the help file included in the
package.
