Definitely, in some way.

Despite claims she was "better" now, all her recent interviews still
reeked of her being "on" something.

You would have to check her medical records. If she ate something
privately without telling her doctor(s), then it's up to the coroner.

Given her history of mental health issued, it'd be very surprsing if
she were *not* on prescription meds of some kind. Biploar, IIRC, most
of her adult life.
