I recently hauled this beast from 1999 out of storage for use with my Hackintosh. To my surprise, it’s still working after 15 years, as is the no-name ADC/DVI KVM I have it connected to the PC with. However, I just noticed a problem with the edges of the screen. There is an area of discoloration averaging about 1/8” around the edges of the screen. It’s not extreme, but it is noticeable. Colors are slightly skewed towards blue/green/purple. Is this a known issue with these old panels? Is there any way to correct it?|
Sorry if this isn’t quite the right group for this, but since this panel was designed for G4s and G5s…
