I've added a web-based front end to WorldBankBBS. It uses the awesome fTelnet embedded widget to proxy into the BBS. You can connect to the BBS using ANSI or PETSCII from anywhere with a web connection, no firewall fiddling required. The address is:

http://worldbankbbs.com
