Atom - The Beginning
Status: Ongoing, Atom The Beginning 3 is coming next...
Rank: 7728th, it has 10,580 monthly views.
Rating: Average 4.75 / 5 out of 4 total votes.
ATOM - THE BEGINNING Manga
アトム ザ・ビギニング
Released: 2014
Author(s): Tezuka Makoto, Yuuki Masami
Artist(s): Kasahara Tetsuro
Genre(s):Comedy, Drama, School Life, Sci-fi, Seinen
The manga tells the story of what happens up until
the birth of Astro Boy and is considered an "episode
zero" story.
The characters are average to grotesque
and represent some of the characters of the
later stories as youths and yet to develop
the more radical aspects of the adults.
Some of it is in color. Only a couple of
chapters up online. This is an extension
of Osamu Tezuka's original work. I find it
worth reading,
bliss

Have you had a chance to read Pluto by Urasawa Naoki? It's a re-envisioning
of an Astro Boy story but Urasawa decompressed it into eight volumes. It
starts off as a robot murder mystery where some of the most advanced A.I.s
are being destroyed by an unknown force.
