I would possibly be interested in joining. I haven't seen many anime's but I still like the genre nonetheless. Any information you would be able to tell me about it would be helpful.

So you go to a search engine and type in "Buffalo,NY-Anime/Manga Club"
to find this bit of data. I use DuckDuckGo
but probably Google would have good results.

Somehow I think that expecting a reply from a 17 year old post is a bit optimistic. Last millennium and all, you know. I've noticed this happening on a number of newsgroups, and it seems like the Google Groups interface is leading to some truly epic necroposting for some reason.

Well I fell for it. I seldom check dates as I expect Thunderbird to
line these things up according to most recent
posts. I don't expect much in the way of replies to a post
made today much less 17 years ago. Thanks for pointing out
the futility of this attempt to raise the dead message.

Using DuckDuckGo and searching on "Anime Clubs in Buffalo NY"
it appears that there may be several.

Unofficial Anime Club for Buffalo, NY : anime - reddit.com
anime. comments; other discussions (2) Want to join? Log in or sign up
in seconds. | English; limit my search to /r/anime. use the following
search parameters to ...
reddit.com/r/anime/comments/4kxeb4/unofficial_anime_...

UB Anime - About
ub anime: About: Officers: Events ... Smash Club, Pokemon Club, and DDR
Club. Our office has an ... UBAnime is funded by the University at
Buffalo Undergraduate ...
ubanime.buffalo.edu

Lots more listings and I advise learning to use search engines.
Search engines can find lots of information and some shows as well as
the manga I mostly read.
