Atari Mindlink (Atari 2600, Atari 7800)

The Atari Mindlink was going to be a unique control for the Atari 2600 and 7800 that would allow the user to control characters on the screen. The Mindlink was an early biofeedback device that could detect whether the wearer was tensing and relaxing the muscles in their forehead. Only a few prototypes were made. Some of its concepts ended up being used in modern devices to help the disable use computers and other electronic devices.
