I just ran across this on Manga Fox today.

Summary:Tomo Aizawa was able to successfully confess to her crush
Junichirou Kubota. There is only one problem: He just sees her as his
buddy. He thought that she was a boy until they went to middle school
together, because her grade school was in a different school district.
Tomo raised by her father to be a karate master the boy went
to that class with her.
In HS she is well-developed but even beats the boys Karate
Club regularly. The members of the girls Karate club were too weak
not having trained for the past 10 years or so.
Gradually it seems Junichirou is beginning to get the idea
that she is a actually a girl but he consciously has no clue.
The style of presentation is a bit odd as each chapter is
a whole page and about 10 chapters end to end is a sort of mini
volume. This is very cleverly done. only 60 chapters (remember
a page per chapter). Those pages have 4 panels each, but it
seems like a lot more.
Look around for this one if you need a HS comedy.
