CHUUGOKU YOME NIKKI Manga
中国嫁日記; A Chinese Wife and an Otaku Husband; Chuugoku Yomenikki
Released: Author & Artist Genre(s):
2011 Inoue Junichi Comedy, Romance, Seinen, Slice Of Life
From DrCoke at MangaHelpers:
This is a diary-style 4koma manga that depicts the daily life and
observations of the 40 year old author, who married a 26 year old
Chinese girl. The author immediately states that this manga-style blog
was meant to show the quirky and interesting nature of his young wife.
He is an extremely stereotypical "otaku" (Japanese nerd), while she is a
Chinese girl enjoying and learning the Japanese culture.
Bliss notes: This is quietly funny. Only one chapter out so far.

Writing/drawing about one's wife appears to be a popular genre in Japan.
This one is about an otaku game designer that happens to meet someone
oversea. The courting process was bizarre but the girl's family lives in or
near Mongolia and she was not a gold digger, at least how things are
portrayed.
The level of technology shouldn't be that different in Japan in China these
days but because the girl grew up in Mongolia, they didn't even landlines
until few years ago, let alone cellphones.
Not surprisingly, in most cases it's Japan women that marry a foreigner
because of strong U.S. military presence over there.
In San Francisco, there's a jazz club called Yoshi's founded by a Japanese
lady that married an U.S. officer after WWII.
I have few copies of ダーリンは外国人/Dārin wa Gaikokujin/My Darling Is a Foreigner
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Darling_Is_a_Foreigner
Although the husband was born in U.S., his parents are immigrants and he
doesn't appear too American in his thought process.
This one is my favorite:

うちの妻ってどうでしょう?(Uchi No Tstuma Wa Dou Deshou?/How About My Wife?)
This is a very honest story about a young man who was completely lost (I
think he repeated one year of high school three times) that finally got his
acts together when he met his wife.
What's interesting is that he has two series about his life published
concurrently by two different publisher. The above one focuses more on his
wife and the other one perhaps not so much.
