Still the 8th here in the UK as far as I can tell... :'(

It's crazy.....it's picking up high scoring reviews right across the board.
I was worried about taking too much notice of the reviewers, but I got an
email from a friend that was at the UK premiere whom I know is a huge fan,
and unlike me he wasn't in the positive camp beforehand, and he assures me
it really is all that...and more. Looks like JJA pulled it off. It's no
secret that I had every faith he would. Paramount are shrewd
players.....they wouldn't throw money at someone to put the last nail in the
coffin......Trek is one of their babies, they knew he'd pull this off too.

Can't wait to see it.....and I certainly can't wait for the next TV series
that will undoubtedly get green lit off the back of this movie's success
(perhaps after another 2 movies).
