for a dedicated dlna client for OS X; ppc or intel. I'm desperate.

Anyone know of a solid dedicated UPnP/DLNA *client*? I say dedicated
because I've tried VLC and don't really like it for that purpose. This
will run on 10.5.8, if you know of an intel app, that will be good for
research as well.

Thanks a lot in advance.

There is an older version of mediacloud that is on this site for download.

http://archive.keymolen.com/legacy/hmediamac.html

It states it will run on 10.4 or 10.5 Intel Mac.

The newer version states 10.6

Everything else I can find requires 10.6

Thanks a lot for this link.

Please send the ones you found for 10.6 as well.

I got desperate and expanded the search to include PPC, but the
application is also needed for the newer forms of OSX.

Does XBMC do what you need it to? They still offer support for PowerPC.

It will but it would like using a shot-gun to kill a fish.
It's good that they do still support PowerPC, however,
And thanks.
