Atari cartridges can use two 2532 eproms which is a 2732 with two
chip enable leads. the Atari uses (not ce) for both of them.
The reason 2532 were used is because you can use a different
eprom which uses the second chip enable leads as a12, which gives
you a total of 16k instead of 8k for the cartridge. I think Motorola
MCM68a764 eprom is the one to use for a 16k cartridge.
