Anyone managed to compile the SDL version of Vice 2.4 on a Mac? I have downloaded the source and followed the compile instructions but it always fails during the build.

Thanks for your replay.

I have downloaded the source from:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/vice-emu/files/releases/vice -2.4.tar.gz/download

...then I have started compiling with the following two commands:

../configure --enable-sdlui
make

After running the 'make' command, I eventually see the following error

../archdep_unix.c:673:10: fatal error: '../unix/macosx/platform_macosx.c' file
not found
#include "../unix/macosx/platform_macosx.c"
^
1 error generated.
make[5]: *** [archdep.o] Error 1
make[4]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[3]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all] Error 2
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

When I then try to use 'make install' I get, "this platform doesn't use "make install", use "make bindist" instead"
