my new Toshiba LED Cloud TV.

There’s not a whole lot out there I found this <http://apple.stackexchange.com/a/83078> referring to Leopard explicitly, and the Wikipedia article on UPnP/DLNA article.

I use tvmobili with great success streaming from my mini (Mavericks) to my Samsung blu-ray, Samsung tv and even my PS3! I think they offer an older unsupported version for ppc leopard if I recall correctly. There is also Plex and a few other options. Google “mac dlna server”. Have fun figuring out the options!

There are a couple of options (XBMS, Mythbuntu, etc) that will run on
PPC if you're looking for a media front-end to connect directly to a
TV, not sure about streaming. However, most PPC probably won't do too
well with HD due to their graphics hardware.
