I would be interested in the results of a survey as to which of the
currently-available home video games (that is, which cartridges)
are "the best", and/or "the worst".
How 'bout this: Anyone with the slightest interest in this could mail
me a list of a few (not more than 5 or so, preferably) of the games
which he/she thinks is the greatest under the sun, and possibly an
equal list of those that should be consigned to the Black Hole of
Calcutta for offenses against our pocketbooks. I'll dutifully play
secretary, and post the results in a couple of weeks, or whenever the
rush dies down. For the sake of the survey, please indicate, if possible,
the machine upon which the game runs (Atari, Intellivision, Colecovision,
or whathaveyou), and the company which manufactures the cartridge
(Atari, Data-age, etc.)
Of course, if I have missed a similar survey or if one is going on,
please let me know. No need to waste bits, after all...
