Kevin McCarthy will be eulogized for his work on "Invasion of the
Bodysnatchers", the classic "Twilight Zone" episode "Long Live Walter
Jameson", and for play Biff in the stage version of "Death of a
Salesman". But here is a part he did that I will always cherish:

Sorry I'm late replying to this, I don't get to RATMM very often
anymore.

I saw Mr. McCarthy in a college production of 'Equus' some years ago -
the college thought it was a big coup to get a name star, but frankly,
and I hate to say this, he was terrible. Good film actor, but he was
either not a very good theatrical actor, or he didn't take the
production seriously enough.

Too bad - I've always enjoyed his film work. Loved his cameo in the
movie-in-a-movie 'Mant' from 'Matinee.'
