Nothing? But if there is nothing that we can do that cannot
defeat you then it must follow that if we do everything then it cannot
not be the nothing that cannot defeat you. Guards! To action! You
bunch, watch The Price Is Right online! You over there, open and
close filing cabinets until the drawers get stuck! You, cookies, many
sizes and many shapes, some of them frosted! You there, drywall! No,
don't install it, impersonate it! Kevin, you ... just be shiny. The
rest of you follow their lead, we'll figure this out!

Hey, I make all my picks on sentiment, so who am I to judge.
Oddly enough, my sentimental choice this year happens to be the number
1 seed.
Who'd a thunk?

And it turns out that through the first thirteen games I was doing
great, on top of the league, what with the bonus points for calling
underdog wins right (a custom rule I do quite like).
Then three outcomes later and I was on the bottom. Tough pack this
year.

That's what I love about the NCAA - anything can happen, and often
does!
WKU gave me a bit of a boost - although most of us picked them anyway,
so only a little boost.
I'm hosed for the rest of the tournament though - it's what I get for
picking MIss. State for my F4.
Sentiment, like I said.

Indeed, it just did. With all the fuss tonight I bounced back
up to the top! This is clearly going to be a roller coaster tournament.

Siena and Wisconsin, both sentimental picks, really worked out
for me. You could see CBS Master Command breaking down in agony at the
combination of two really tight contests going into overtimes with
leads shuffling back and forth every few shots. At one point they cut
from Wisconsin to Siena as one ball was mid-arc.
On the other hand, I'd also had Wake Forest and Illinois picked
to get to the Elite Eight, and that hasn't worked out nearly so well.
