You're getting tired of seeing it, and I'm getting tired of writing it,
but....

I'm looking for a Vic-20 game, "It's A Living". It was written in the early
1980s by the now defunct company "Nufekop". (Which appears to be "poke fun"
spelled backwards.)

There are 2 possibilities why after 11 years no one has answered this
request.

1) No one on the entire planet has the game.
2) Everyone on the entire planet hates me.

At least <http://www-sul.stanford.edu/depts/hasrg/histsci/GamesI.htm>
lists it, but might not be any help at all.

OK Stanster, gimmie a clue, and I'll see what I can find. What kind
a game was it ( shoot 'em up" , text adventure ??? or ??? ) What
was the general layout and object of the game ???

A lot of games from back then were "re-named" or mod-ed, to post on
BBs....... there is a good chance it exists under many names now.

i.e. one did not want to post Paperclip III on a BBs "under that
name", right after it was released, but very likey might have posted
"Office Assistant.ARC" , and described it as a "does it all" word
processor or something... Unless a SysOp, checked every file uploaded
to the BBs, he would never catch it..... and then of course, some
SysOps would have those "special" files in a "special" secured area,
for "special" users too. And the smart ones even re-named them to be
safe, anyway.

That list shows it as "Wunderware" instead of "Nukefop"...

Now, that's an idea. It may have been renamed. As far as I can remember, I
had the original cassette at one time, but the game was pretty much like
many of the early games of that genre.

In the game, the character was in the middle of the screen, and items would
drop off of "shelves" from both the left and right side of the screen. You
had to continuously pivot back and forth to catch these objects. Naturally,
the higher the level, the fast the objects would move, and obviously, if one
of the objects hit the floor, you would lose a turn. Let me know if this
sounds familiar, and thanks for the reply.
