For the longest time I've been able to use my CBM/Atari sticks with
emulation on XP using the following:

http://www.orrville.net/petjoystick/joystick.htm

For some reason, XP Service Pack 2 appears to cause some real issues
with NTPAD. Has anyone found any other working solutions for this?
