That question is probably better suited for comp.sys.cbm (follow-up set)
but AFAIR the drive in question requires DD media with 96 tracks
certification. I expect that as with 1541 and co. HD media you refer to
may work acceptably well for a short time, may work unreliably from the
beginning or may not work at all.
